We couldn’t have asked for a better day-of wedding planner! She took care of everything, from managing all the vendors and keeping everyone on schedule to setting out the décor and place cards. I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my daughter’s special day.
Her calm, reassuring demeanor was priceless. She always seemed to be one step ahead and made me feel confident that everything was under control. As the mother of the bride, that peace of mind meant so much to me!
At the end of the night, she packed everything up and loaded it into the van, so I had very little left to put in the car when we were ready to leave. Her husband works alongside her, and having him there to help with the heavy lifting was an added bonus and made everything run even more smoothly.
She went above and beyond to make sure the day ran seamlessly from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner who is organized, dependable, hardworking, and truly cares about making your day special. She was worth every penny, and I’m so grateful we had her there to take care of everything!

Kara was splendid to work with, from beginning to end.  She served as the Day Of Wedding Coordinator for our wedding on Aug 29, 2926, in Elgin IL.  Her communication with me and my fiancé during the planning phase was superb.  She helped us make final decisions and also took the lead on communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.

We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator.

Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated.

Kara worked with us for our July 2025 wedding reception. She is absolutely phenomenal! Our wedding reception was an absolute dream, and she coordinated each vendor perfectly. She took the stress away. I even hired a vendor last minute, and she somehow rearranged the room to fit them effortlessly.  Her communication was always friendly and extremely professional. We cannot thank her enough! 

I was lucky to work with Kara who was the wedding coordinator for me and my husband. Kara went above and beyond to make the day special! She was professional and organized with scheduling meetings with us so that she could understand our vision for the wedding. She coordinated with the vendors for proper delivery and set up of flowers, desserts, and sound system for the DJ, and she set up the reception hall with the place settings, center pieces and flowers. Still in awe at how she was able to do so much as one person! She took so much off of my plate, making for a stress free wedding that I was able to enjoy! Her calm demeanor and understanding nature were also so helpful in keeping me at ease, because I was able to trust that she would keep everything on pace. She was very attentive and helped our special day go on without a single problem. Even when problems arose behind the scenes she solved it long before it got to us. Would definitely use their service again. Also a very pleasant and easy to talk to person.
