We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator.
Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated.
On the wedding day, Kara was calm, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about anything, which made such a huge difference—we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy the day.
Multiple people commented afterward on how calm I was and how beautiful the wedding was (and that I was not a bridezilla at all 😂). I truly believe that peace came from God—He gave both me and my husband such a sense of calm that day. And honestly, Kara felt like such a Godsend in that process. Knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes made it so easy to just be present and soak it all in.

We couldn’t have asked for better!! Kara did our wedding day and rehearsal coordination. She also guided us during our planning process (hello seating chart!), and she even arranged all our flowers and my beautiful bouquet! She has years of experience and it showed through her professionalism and insights every step of the way. She made sure our vendors were taken care of so I didn’t have to think about logistics on our wedding day. She is so kind and thoughtful and truly had our best interests at heart. I give her my highest recommendation! -

Kara - event coordinator
I was lucky to work with Kara who was the wedding coordinator for me and my husband. Kara went above and beyond to make the day special! She was professional and organized with scheduling meetings with us so that she could understand our vision for the wedding. She coordinated with the vendors for proper delivery and set up of flowers, desserts, and sound system for the DJ, and she set up the reception hall with the place settings, center pieces and flowers. Still in awe at how she was able to do so much as one person! She took so much off of my plate, making for a stress free wedding that I was able to enjoy! Her calm demeanor and understanding nature were also so helpful in keeping me at ease, because I was able to trust that she would keep everything on pace. I would recommend Kara as a wedding coordinator for any bride looking to lighten their load with the wedding planning process! -
