We had a destination wedding and didn't know what to expect. We planned our wedding through emails, phone calls and websites so being the bride I was very stressed. Mishell took a lot of that stress off my shoulders. She returned all of our phone calls and emails in just hours. She was very helpful with anything we needed and gave great input and ideas. She is extremly nice and professonal. Compared to other prices for coordinators on the island we felt we got more then what we paid for. Very reasonably priced. We definitly recommend her services. The day of the wedding couldn't have turned out any better. I couldn't have did it with out her. She made sure everything was in place and set for our big day.

Justine is by far the most amazing planner there could possibly be. From the first conversation we had to the very last, she was on it and made us feel like we were the only couple in the world. Appointments were on time, every time. She did all the communication on our behalf for the vendors we chose, and made it so simple to just feel like we were arriving to our wedding. I will recommend Justine to anybody and everyone who asks for a wedding planner because she truly is the best.

Nathan and Renell are amazing! They were there for us from start to finish, and looking back I swear we couldn't have done it without them. They are not like other coordinators that limit your access to them. They were there for any questions, opinions, and just to keep me on track, especially because I tend to be all over the place! The one greatest thing I remeber about my wedding was that I GOT TO ENJOY IT!!! That in and of itself was worth every penny. There are so many times looking back and hearing stories that could have ended up making that day more stressful or not quite as carefree and enjoyable. But on that day I was oblivious to all but my husband and my guests. MY WEDDING WAS FUN! And it's all because of Nathan and Renell! And, it was beautiful! (they did my flower arrangements) I couldn't have asked for two better people to have on that day! And, they were so fun and easy to work with! I really can't thank them enough for all they have done! I highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience using Something New for our Day-Of Coordination for our recent wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Charelle was fun to work with, organized, easy to communicate with and a wealth of knowledge for every question I had in the lead-up to the wedding. She met with us the week before the wedding and also ran our rehearsal for our bridal party the day before the wedding, which helped everyone feel confident for the ceremony the next day. The wedding day itself went by flawlessly -- Charelle and her assistant Jillian did a great job managing all the vendors and we were able to stick to the timeline without any delays. Having the two of them there coordinating everything definitely helped me stay calm and enjoy the wedding day instead of worrying about things. We received so many compliments from our guests on what a smooth day it was, resulting in an amazing wedding everyone enjoyed. Initially I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but my husband and I think it was one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Something New for doing an incredible job and making sure our wedding day was perfect!

I have worked in the industry for many years, and I have not met a wedding coordinator who has gone above and beyond to the extent I witnessed. From ensuring the decor was beautifully set before the ceremony, to packaging the catering at the end of the night, and putting out any micro fires in between, ensuring the wedding was as smooth as could be. My fiancé and I were engaged in Dec 2019 and I first spoke to Gabby in Feb 2020 as she was highly recommended by our Oahu venue. We just started planning and hadn't pinned down our venue but then COVID hit. We had decided a year into the pandemic it was time to pick up on wedding planning again. We opted for an intimate destination wedding and I immediately reached out to Gabby once we booked the Four Seasons Ko Olina. I chose her month of coordination package best suited our needs for a small wedding. Gabby is kind, experienced, and gracious with her time. She is adaptable and understands the wedding process inside and out. Later in the planning, I called her my wedding lawyer because she truly represented us as a couple and stood for our best interest when we had issues with restrictions and vendors. She understands the concerns in budgeting and is a great resource to reference pricing and throughly review vendor contracts. Due to COVID restrictions, we were forced to make adjustments even just a week before the wedding. Gabby was truly empathetic to our situation when I felt like having our event was hopeless. She provided options/ contingencies and in the end, we had a very fun and smooth wedding day. Our friends even contacted her to help coordinate surprise entertainment at the wedding as a gift. The whole thing was a complete surprise and went off without a hitch. I provided guidance on general decor/ preferences as well as took time to discuss her detailed timeline and checklists but Gabby really did the work to make a beautiful event happen. One thing I wanted to mention which is a more personal note to Gabby's work and personality is her compassion and warmth. Just before I walked down the aisle, she was prepping me for my entrance and she said "I can't believe we're finally here". Due to so many changes, I thought we might never have this wedding and this simple statement triggered my tears of happiness. Needless to say, Gabby is a pleasure work with and someone you want in your corner when navigating the wedding industry. I highly recommend her and her amazing team to anyone planning a wedding or event on the islands!

Once they stepped in, I immediately felt a wave of relief! Taylor was assigned as my lead coordinator and I can’t thank her enough for how amazing she has been from start to finish. Through our multiple meetings, she’s been so supportive, easy to talk to, dependable, professional, and so organized. Any last minute changes or issues? No problem.
