If we could have a wedding everyday, we would hire Simply Flawless Weddings and request Ilana every time. She is detailed, compassionate and kept us grounded. We truly felt that this was money well spent, as she made our wedding day a stress-free experience. We shared our vision with her and she made it 100x better than we ever imagined. We are extremely thankful to have been paired with her and if you have the chance to work with her, you won't regret it.

I cannot recommend Farrah from Simply Flawless Weddings enough. She was out of this world exceptional as our wedding coordinator!!

My husband and I live in Colorado and had never been to our wedding venue before, which was slightly nerve wrecking. When we started to work with Farrah, all of our fears subsided because she knew the venue like the back of her hand and was clearly a seasoned wedding planner.

I truly enjoyed all of our wedding intake calls with Farrah. She was so friendly from the very beginning. She knew all the right questions to ask, she handled all of the coordination all of vendors, she helped us think through gaps in our planning to ensure we were accounting for every last detail. She even called us the night before we boarded our flight to Hawaii to ensure we were not forgetting anything.

Her consideration continued to shine when we met her in person the day before the wedding at our rehearsal. She was so knowledgable and made sure everyone knew exactly what to do on the day of. She really went the extra mile that day to pick up a few of our items for our tables so that we were prepared on the day.

The day of the wedding, she was an MVP. We could not have done it without her, and I truly mean that! She gave great advice, handled all the vendor setup and coordination, helped put the final touches on our our tables, assisted with decor, gave our antsy mothers jobs to keep them busy, and ensured that no one was stressed. During the ceremony, she was so sweet and on top of queuing the music and bridal party. It went off without a hitch! During the reception, she made sure my husband and I were well taken care of by offering to get us food and drinks. She offered to watch us practice our first dance, assisted our friend that emceed for us, and made sure everyone was having a good time.

At the end of the night, after she helped with cleaning up, she even took a couple of our friends to the nearest town to get an Uber because no drivers were willing to pick up at the venue that late in the evening. She was truly an angel and we were so lucky to work with her for such an important milestone. Even our guests mentioned how amazing she was. She went above an beyond too many times to count.

Even after our wedding, she checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed our wedding and were doing okay after our trip. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have changed a thing. We loved working with Farrah and know anyone would be fortunate to benefit from her expertise and kindness. It was simply flawless :)

I hired this duo before Covid, and through the entirety of 2020 and 2021 were very responsive and flexible. Hawaii wedding guidlines changed a lot over the last year, and Jane really made me feel comfortable through the whole thing.

We love Simply Flawless by J! The staff were so helpful and professional! They made my wedding so beautiful and memorable.

I am beyond disappointed with this wedding planner and her staff, espcially having to hear it from all my guests of how bad she was.
So we had already gone over what was suppose to take place the day of my wedding and the details of how we wanted everything set up, she didn’t even need to send me any outlines to fill out, i had already sketched a venue layout of how i wanted things, and i drafted my own schedule timeline for her to go over. For paying $2000 I did not ask for a lot attendant. She literally seemed to care more about the parking spaces and the license plates of every single vehichle on site rather than the set up of the venue. She didn’t even stick to the timeline we had gone over, we did start 15 minutes late, but that shouldn’t have changed the schedule everything was so jumbled up. And when guests had asked her questions she literally would shrug her shoulders and tell them to come up and ask me. For hiring a wedding coordinater to have some stress lifted off your shoulers they did nothing but add even more stress. All my guests had told me whenever they would ask her where things were or when they can start things, she would just shrug her shoulders. . . There was even the owner of this busienss, Jane just standing by watching as everything was happening and didn’t do anything about it nor did she advise the actualy day of coordinater.
Again i could not be more disappointed. Please do not book with them if you just want a parking attendant.
