Sunny makes the impossible possible, and pulls it all off with a smile and amazing energy! Building up to the day, she toured several venues with us explaining their pros and cons. She also had a wide selection of vendors to help us hone in on exactly the vision we wanted. She found us a bakery that could do a very niche flavor that we wanted (pandan and lilikoi!), vendors that could make the most beautiful flower arrangements for a great price, and a videographer. All of that makes Sunny an amazing planner, but that hardly scratches the surface on how wonderful she was. On the morning of our big day, the large Kona Low storm came in and closed down our venue. What could have been a disaster turned into the most magical day. Within a handful of hours, Sunny planned a whole new wedding at a safer venue that turned into a perfect fit! Not only that, she worked with all of our vendors to safely get all staff and guests to and from the venue. A TRUE MIRACLE WORKER! She saved our day in so many ways and we couldn't be more happy we chose her to plan our wedding.

We decided to work with Hawaii-Day Wedding & Events after speaking with a few wedding planners in Oahu; they have the most professional attitude and offer a reasonable price. CJ has been working in this field for over a decade, and their whole team is very responsible and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend the Hawaii-Day wedding team; they have accommodated some of my last-minute needs with friendly and professional services. We can tell that they love their job and they are happy for their wedding couples.

Weddings of Hawaii helped plan our perfect wedding day. We were a little nervous with this being a destination wedding, but their consultants went beyond our expectations to answer questions and plan every detail. They offered suggestions for dining and other activities while in Oahu too. Our wedding day was spectacular and our minister, photographer and videographer were kind, helpful and professional. Everything about our special day exceeded our expectations. Our officiant was truly kind and his messages throughout the ceremony heartfelt and meaningful. The photos and videos captured the special moments and are cherished treasures! Thank you to the entire team!!!!!!!!!!

Our daughter got married in June of 2024 at Kualoa Ranch. It was a dream wedding thanks to Zenju Weddings. Yanicke Lim Sango-Washikowitz was fantastic to work with even when we were planning from Oregon. She had great ideas, kept us on track and was budget minded. We absolutely loved working with Mina, Jayvee, Chiara, and everyone else on the CIHW team! Everyone is so nice, sweet, and easy to work with, and you can tell that everyone really loves what they do. They really put in the extra mile to make your wedding day perfect, and we received so many compliments from our guests on how smoothly our wedding went, and how on top of it the entire CIHW team was. There were more team members than we expected on the day of, which was a pleasant surprise! Because of all the planning and meetings we had with CIHW leading to the wedding day, we truly felt at ease at our wedding and didn't have to worry about anything. I loved everything about doing my wedding! Hans was an amazing coordinator. He was very responsive through emails and phone calls, answered any questions I had, and planned everything perfectly. My wedding photos and videography came out amazing. They knew exactly how to pose us and were super nice the entire time which made us even more comfortable. The musician was also wonderful. He played so many beautiful songs and was truly a pleasure to have there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their weddings in Hawaii.

After getting engaged in 2022, I struggled immensely to start planning our wedding due to the recent loss of my mom, my partner's father, then later my father and oldest brother. By January 2025, I knew I needed professional help. Signing with Tammy of Kealoha Weddings was the best decision we made. She provided not just excellent planning, but also the motivation and easy process I desperately needed. Tammy and her assistant, Samantha, are incredible hard workers! Our November 13, 2025, wedding was flawlessly executed and absolutely beautiful. They are professional yet incredibly warm and easy to get along with—like old friends. We are so glad we found Tammy and Sam, and we wholeheartedly recommend Kealoha Weddings to any couple!

When our wedding co-ordinator became ill 2 weeks before our destination wedding on the North Shore of Oahu, we were worried. 40 international attendees, a unique ceremony and creative reception plan needed inspired co-ordination. When Latarnya from Praeclara stepped in with genuine care, quick perception, respect, incredible attention to detail, vision and an honest desire to know who we are and what we wanted for our day, we breathed out again. Latarnya quickly absorbed all the existing information, generated a plan for moving forward and made herself available to us generously as we dealt with each step along the way. Our vision was to design a wedding event truly reflective of who we are in each element, the transitions between and with an understated elegance, where guests would enjoy being a real part of the day as opposed to an audience. Latarnya brought huge waves of calm, ease, clarity and her fierce communication skills to our planning and to our day. Guests - many of whom manage events, co-ordinate performances and have a history in entertainment and production – quite simply said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Latarnya played a pivotal role in so many unique ways – liaising with the Matron of Honour to surprise the brides with a bridal party/guest flash mob, bringing to fruition the specialised catering and detailed décor vision, bringing together the team of vendors, leading, listening and then making suggestions with a gentle but clear energy. We hope to stay in contact with Latarnya – we will never forget how she unflinchingly went above and beyond to bring our wedding day to life. Having someone independent co-ordinate an event as personal and significant as a wedding is an exercise in trust and confidence in the professional you choose.
