My husband and I were so stressed when thinking about planning our wedding in Hawaii as we are from Chicago, we knew whoever we picked for full-service planning had to be incredible as this was going to be a big task planning a wedding for 115 guests from another state 9 ½ hours away.

We booked several calls with different planners and Brianna was our first call, we ended up cancelling a few of the final calls because we knew right away that’s who we wanted, on the call Brianna was kind, informative and to the point. We told her how nervous we were and how we didn’t think it would be easy and she was so unbothered by all of the details we gave her, she just kept saying no problem, we can handle it.

I am a very detail-oriented person, I work in the hospitality/culinary industry and have high expectations. Brianna knew this and assured me every step of the way that everything was going to be perfect, she answered all of my texts within 24 hours, all emails and any issue that popped in my head, she helped me. We worked with Brianna and her team for 1 year basically before the wedding and honestly, she became like family.

The detail and amount of time we wanted put into our wedding was A LOT, but Brianna went above and beyond to ensure whatever we needed she and her team could handle, if it wasn’t something her and her team could do, she always had a solution. She worked with all of the vendors, figured out behind the scenes issues that we didn’t even know about until after the fact (saved us tons of stress and money). We can’t say enough about Brianna and her team, she even still messaged us after the wedding.

We got married at Kualoa Ranch, Jumanji and it is up on a mountain (no water, generators, bathrooms, etc.) we planned every single detail and even the things we forgot or didn’t think about, Brianna helped us through it, which wasn’t easy as we had SO many vendors we wanted and 115 guests.

The team gives you tools (budget tracker, day of organization, seating chart, and so much more) in a drive and keeps everything organized for you and anything we needed to change she updated flawlessly.
Brianna spent time traveling to each of our vendors taking pictures for us, ensuring we knew what everything would look like, reassuring me every step of the way. Every new idea I came up with and wanted to do, she assisted us every step of the way. We had an issue on the way to the wedding with a couple guests missing the bus (all of the parents of bride and groom) lol which would usually cause a HUGE issue, but Brianna handled it with grace, ensuring we had enough extra time in the timeline and then messaging with the transportation company after the fact to ensure that we were not charged.

Up until the day, we had tons of shipments going to Brianna, she would go pick these up in her free time and store them in the warehouse and take pictures for us and keep all of our shipments organized, we stayed with all of our family a week before the wedding and Brianna even met us a couple times before the rehearsal and wedding to pick up/drop off items to us. (at many different times, she was so incredibly flexible and kind)

On the day of, when I pulled up, I cried because not only was it everything we imagined but it was so much more, the day ran by so smoothly and Brianna kept everyone on schedule, especially after my husband and I had added so much more to the day than what we had originally said.

Every single guest who was there told us after that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too, and everything was flawless.

We had such an amazing experience with The Charming Estate and genuinely could not have asked for a better team for our wedding.

From the beginning, one of our biggest priorities was making sure our guests had an amazing time and felt that celebrating with us was worth the time, travel, and effort it took to be there. Madeline and Heather understood that completely, while also making sure all of the little things that mattered to us as a couple came to life. We had plenty of specific, unconventional, and occasionally theatrical ideas, and somehow they always took us seriously and found a way to make them happen.

They paid attention to every tiny detail, and whenever something slipped through the cracks on our end, they quietly took care of it before we even had the chance to worry. By the time our wedding day arrived, we truly felt like we could just enjoy ourselves and trust that everything was being handled behind the scenes.

The entire staff at The Charming Estate was also incredibly attentive throughout the day. The food was amazing, the setups and transitions felt effortless, and someone was constantly making sure we were taken care of. Between the ceremony, photos, and reception, there always seemed to be someone nearby to hold our phones, find us a drink, bring us snacks, make sure we actually ate our dinner, and even bring us cake. On a day when we were being pulled in a hundred different directions, those little acts of care meant so much to us.

Our guests had an incredible time, and we received so many compliments about the food, the venue, and the overall experience. Looking back, we’re so grateful we chose The Charming Estate. They didn’t just help us put on a beautiful wedding, they made it possible for us to actually be present (and a little irresponsible) and enjoy it.

Heather is the best! We had our wedding at The Charming Estate in August 2026 and were paired with Heather, one of their in-house coordinators, four months out. She met with us monthly to start and then more frequently in the month leading up to the wedding.

She was incredibly patient as we asked a million questions and changed our minds multiple times on things like floor layout, cocktail hour activities, signature drinks, and seating.

We had booked most of our vendors ourselves before being paired with her, and the handoff was seamless — we gave her all their information, put her in contact with them, and everything magically went well. She helped us build lists of everything we needed to bring for the rehearsal and worked closely with us to nail down a timeline for the entire wedding day.

She and her team took all the worry out of the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself, setup and teardown included. On the wedding day we didn't have to do much thinking at all and could just enjoy it with our friends and family. Our parents and other guests told us the same thing — that everything ran so smoothly and that Heather and her team were so kind and helpful.

We also really appreciated her communication around the open bar. She made sure the paperwork was taken care of up front and kept us informed throughout the night, so we never had to wonder about the bill at the end.

Maybe what we appreciated most was just her calming presence through the whole process. She gave us grounded advice on vendors, layouts, and schedules, and reassured us there was a plan in place in the event of rain or unsafe weather (our wedding fell on a weekend during a very busy hurricane season).

We got the package at Charming Estate that came with 4 months of planning/coordination before our day & it was the best experience ever! It made wedding planning a lot less stressful, especially during the crunch time of wedding planning. We were assigned with Heather as our lead coordinator & have nothing but a good experience with her. She was understanding, patient & flexible when we wanted to revamp our schedule 2 weeks before our big day. NOTHING went wrong or not according to schedule on our big day & that’s all thanks to Heather!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Our coordinator was Heather and she helped us so much. She took care of helping us plan almost everything and gave incredible insight throughout the entire process. The Charming Estate is worth the price tag- and the price tag is pretty fairly priced! They took care of almost everything for a reasonable price with a wonderful coordinator, delicious food, and amazing entertainment!

We used Charming Events Hawaii for in-house coordination at The Charming Estate. Heather was our lead coordinator with Lauren as her assistant for the day. I really wanted a good timeline to maximize our photography hours, and Heather made sure everything was running right on schedule. Our coordinators did a great job organizing our larger group photos and making our guests feel welcome at our wedding. They also took care of all of our DIY setup and take down at the end of the evening so my family and wedding party didn’t have anything to worry about.

The Charming Estate package included 4-month coordination services, so I had already booked most of our vendors by the time Heather took over. However, she did a great job taking over vendor communication and setting up services with vendors contracted through the venue package (DJ, Emcee, Officiant). We had a couple of cultural elements (breaking of Japanese Sake Barrel) that had not been done at our venue before, but Heather helped work out logistics with venue staff and coordinate everything to bring our vision to life. We are so happy we trusted Heather and Charming Events with our wedding day!

My best friend got married here on April 4th and it was actually PERFECT ✨ Beautiful day, beautiful venue and no issues at all. If there were any issues, Our coordinator Heather made sure we didn’t even notice. She is a superstar! The staff is amazing and food was heavenly 🤩 100/10

We had the pleasure of working with Bri and her team for about a year leading up to our wedding, and we truly couldn’t recommend her more. From our monthly check-ins to quite literally saving our wedding from being canceled, Bri took incredible care of us every step of the way. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning outdoor setting that captures the best of Hawaii’s landscape. While we hadn’t originally planned to use this venue (our outdoor wedding was canceled due to the storm), it would have easily been our first choice.
