My husband and I were so stressed when thinking about planning our wedding in Hawaii as we are from Chicago, we knew whoever we picked for full-service planning had to be incredible as this was going to be a big task planning a wedding for 115 guests from another state 9 ½ hours away.
We booked several calls with different planners and Brianna was our first call, we ended up cancelling a few of the final calls because we knew right away that’s who we wanted, on the call Brianna was kind, informative and to the point. We told her how nervous we were and how we didn’t think it would be easy and she was so unbothered by all of the details we gave her, she just kept saying no problem, we can handle it.
I am a very detail-oriented person, I work in the hospitality/culinary industry and have high expectations. Brianna knew this and assured me every step of the way that everything was going to be perfect, she answered all of my texts within 24 hours, all emails and any issue that popped in my head, she helped me. We worked with Brianna and her team for 1 year basically before the wedding and honestly, she became like family.
The detail and amount of time we wanted put into our wedding was A LOT, but Brianna went above and beyond to ensure whatever we needed she and her team could handle, if it wasn’t something her and her team could do, she always had a solution. She worked with all of the vendors, figured out behind the scenes issues that we didn’t even know about until after the fact (saved us tons of stress and money). We can’t say enough about Brianna and her team, she even still messaged us after the wedding.
We got married at Kualoa Ranch, Jumanji and it is up on a mountain (no water, generators, bathrooms, etc.) we planned every single detail and even the things we forgot or didn’t think about, Brianna helped us through it, which wasn’t easy as we had SO many vendors we wanted and 115 guests.
The team gives you tools (budget tracker, day of organization, seating chart, and so much more) in a drive and keeps everything organized for you and anything we needed to change she updated flawlessly.
Brianna spent time traveling to each of our vendors taking pictures for us, ensuring we knew what everything would look like, reassuring me every step of the way. Every new idea I came up with and wanted to do, she assisted us every step of the way. We had an issue on the way to the wedding with a couple guests missing the bus (all of the parents of bride and groom) lol which would usually cause a HUGE issue, but Brianna handled it with grace, ensuring we had enough extra time in the timeline and then messaging with the transportation company after the fact to ensure that we were not charged.
Up until the day, we had tons of shipments going to Brianna, she would go pick these up in her free time and store them in the warehouse and take pictures for us and keep all of our shipments organized, we stayed with all of our family a week before the wedding and Brianna even met us a couple times before the rehearsal and wedding to pick up/drop off items to us. (at many different times, she was so incredibly flexible and kind)
On the day of, when I pulled up, I cried because not only was it everything we imagined but it was so much more, the day ran by so smoothly and Brianna kept everyone on schedule, especially after my husband and I had added so much more to the day than what we had originally said.
Every single guest who was there told us after that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too, and everything was flawless.
