Kea & Loa was an excellent rental partner for our wedding. Their pieces were beautiful and added so much character and style to our event. Everything was delivered on time, set up smoothly, and in great condition, which made the day feel effortless. Their rentals blended perfectly with our overall vision and helped bring the entire design together. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. We would highly recommend Kea & Loa to anyone looking for unique, high-quality event rentals.

I used JMJ for my wedding tables and linens. They came in and set everything up for me very quickly! They also took everything down very quickly and efficiently. I've seen their tents and they are beautiful and well kept but it was out of my budget and not really needed in July.

I worked with Hali at Kauai Tent to book my wedding tent and rentals. She was fabulous - so responsive, quick to get back to me, and answered my many questions. I really appreciated working with Hali and her team from start to finish. I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of our HUGE wedding tent, the table rentals, dance floor, outhouses, etc. Our guests were blown away at the size of our tent - it was stunning! It goes without saying these guys do a great job! From planning, to set up and strike, it was great working with Kauai Tent.

Big Island Tents was an absolute joy to work with! They have an impressive inventory, offer reasonable pricing, and were incredibly easy to work with. Their staff was extremely kind & knowledgeable. They are a family business that clearly care about the people they work with. Do yourself a huge favor and hire BIT for your next event!!!

Decided to go with Bambooth based on a friends recommendation. I really wanted a photo booth for my guests but I only had a certain $ amount allocated. Most photobooth companies require a minimum of 4 hrs but Bambooth was able to customize a package for me that was in my budget. I think they really went out of their way to get me what I wanted while still staying in my budget. They have a graphic designer that can take any picture/idea and turn it into a logo. They had fun props and at the end of the night, they provided a flash drive with all the pictures of the night. Glad I went with Bambooth. My guests loved it.

Worked with Mark during the entire process. Soooo friendlym helpful and accomodating! As many times as I had to request changes, he never had any problem following through. Beautiful clear top tent and chandelier lighting! Made our reception look amazing! Thank you JMJ Rentals!

The photo booth was a vendor that I hired as a fun souvenir for our guests, but I was a little indifferent to the idea. Hawaiian Photo Bus is by far the best booth I have ever experienced. The layout is trendy without being tacky. The booth came with two very helpful attendants. The pictures were such great quality; I was really impressed. I even made a photo album (8.5x8.5) that perfectly captured everyone's personalities. Highly recommended!

We got married at Lanikūhonua. During the early stages of planning, we were told that we’d have to rent everything. That sounded daunting, but we were assured that with Pacific Party rentals we’d be well taken care of. That turned out to be absolutely true. PPR made our wedding aesthetically beautiful and logistical seamless. PPR has an incredibly wide selection of products from which to choose, so we were able to curate the exact vibe and feel for which we were aiming. Their team was very communicative and helpful when we had questions about payment, and they proactively reached out when we needed to make equipment substitutions due to availability. On the day of our wedding, as stated, the venue and design were beautiful, with everything looking exactly as we had envisioned. Our planner let us know that setup and breakdown went smoothly, which she said has always been her experience with PPR. Ultimately, with equipment rentals, you want options, decent pricing (though PPR is not the cheapest), and reliable service. With PPR, we got all three. We highly recommend PPR and would work with them again.

Debra and her team made my wedding day just that much more special. Debra is so accommodating and flexible with all our requests. The prices were reasonable and the food was so delicious. Everyone kept on talking about the poke, the mahi mahi, the amazing coconut cake, the coconut shrimps, the crab cakes .. I can go on and on. The services the team provided was top notch. They were also timely and the presentations were also very pretty. We are so blessed to have found you to be part of our special day.

Our wedding venue fell through 6 days before our Big Day and Jeremy literally saved the day! Needless to say, hiring Hanai Events and working with Jeremy was the BEST decision & investment we made when it came to creating & executing our Big Day. We started working with Jeremy 9 months before our wedding date & from day one he was such a pleasure to work with--enthusiastic, knowledgable, attentive, personable, grounding, resourceful, generous, vivacious and so much more. We told him what we envisioned and referred to the quality and hopes of what we liked about the venues/restaurants we had previously checked out. In return, he provided us with amazing recommendations for vendors. Given he is a local, he knows all the hidden gems Oahu has to offer, which were AMAZING! Jeremy also provided creative solutions to manufacturing our vision, while so eloquently keeping us honest about what are the most important aspects, to us, for our special day. In addition to our wedding, we tasked Jeremy with: securing an After-Party spot, he helped us put together our Day After BBQ (of which he was incredibly generous with his time & resources) and hooked us up with Pink Sails Waikiki for the firework catamaran ride to close out our week-long festivities. Who ever said you can't have your cake and eat it, too, has not met Jeremy! As noted, our wedding venue (a private estate) had a pipe burst, flooding the venue. Jeremy had SIX DAYS to find a new venue and basically re-work the 9 months of planning into 6 days--inclusive of many logistical curve balls. Everything was pulled off beautifully & the new venue exceeded all of our expectations! Our family has since adopted Jeremy, or what the Hawaiian culture terms as officially "Hanai'd"--coincidence? I think not! Jeremy & Hanai Events could very well be the wisest choice you make when planning your special event!
