As both a bride and a wedding/event planner myself, I went into my own wedding with a VERY high bar for the vendors I chose, Aloha Artisans team completely exceeded it.

We booked them for the decor and rentals for our May 2026 wedding at Kualoa Ranch, and truly, Holly & Sarah were incredible from beginning to end. I changed my mind approximately 900 times 😂 and every single time she was patient, flexible, creative, and somehow always made me feel like nothing was a big deal.

I also really appreciated how much they worked WITH me and the idea I had in mind. I went a bit non traditional with no formal dinner and more lounge vibes! They also worked with me on overall budget from the start. There are plenty of places that hear “wedding” and immediately see dollar signs, but I never felt that way with them. I could tell the team what I was trying to create, what mattered most to me and what I was able to work with, and she genuinely helped me figure out how to bring the vision together. I honestly don’t think it would have come together the same way without her eye and ideas.

Even just a few days before the wedding, I came to her with another last-minute idea for the tent and she immediately helped us figure out how to make it happen. They even helped install of few of my own personal decor items brought in while they were installing their lights/drapes. It sounds like such a small thing, but being in this industry, I know those little extras are still EXTRA. They didn’t have to do it, and that level of care meant so much to me.

Then wedding day came and seeing everything actually installed was SUCH a moment. Everything down to the smallest detail was perfect for us. All of it came together AMAZING! Our guests were taking photos of the spaces and details all night and commenting on how stunning the pieces were!

Beyond how beautiful everything looked, they were just genuinely wonderful people to work with, which matters so much when you’re trusting someone with such a big day.

If you’re planning a wedding or event on Oahu, I cannot recommend Aloha Artisans enough. Truly one of the easiest 5-star reviews I could give.

Aloha Artisans was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They handled nearly all of our rentals—everything except the cutlery, dance floor, and chargers—and everything was set up perfectly without a single hitch.

Every experience with this vendor was seamless; from the contact response time, the contract, communication, visuals, product quality, delivery, pick up and value for rentals. We got our diamond arch from them, dance floor, pillars, and lounge set with pillows matching that colors of our wedding theme. AMAZING!

She had wonderful suggestions for rentals and answered any questions I had with ease. Aloha Artisan has the most amazing rental selections. Every item was a dream. The team was so helpful and responsive as well. Great rentals!! So modern and chic everything looked great and it was affordable. My sweetheart table chairs were everything and more! The mosterra Photo Booth wall with "you had me at Aloha" neon lights was the perfect touch! Not to mention the lawn games I was also able to book for my wedding. Definitely recommend this vendor!

When we were picking wedding rentals for our February 2020 ceremony, I was having a hard time finding vendors with modern designs. I was so delighted when our wedding planner Laura from Parasol Events found Aloha Artisans for us, and we rented a lounge set, sweetheart thrones, and all of the dinner chairs for our wedding. Their designs are clean and beautiful, and I was even able to go to their design studio and warehouse to pick the colored textiles that matched our wedding colors perfectly.
