Aloha Artisans was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They handled nearly all of our rentals—everything except the cutlery, dance floor, and chargers—and everything was set up perfectly without a single hitch.
Their furniture and pieces were beautiful and really helped bring our vision to life. Even though the ceremony chairs were provided by our venue (Kualoa Ranch), Aloha Artisans handled the setup seamlessly.
Their team was professional, timely, and clearly experienced. It made such a difference knowing we could fully trust them to take care of the details. If you want gorgeous rentals and a smooth, stress-free experience, Aloha Artisans is the one to go with. Mahalo for helping make our day so special! -

Every experience with this vendor was seamless; from the contact response time, the contract, communication, visuals, product quality, delivery, pick up and value for rentals. We got our diamond arch from them, dance floor, pillars, and lounge set with pillows matching that colors of our wedding theme. AMAZING! -

As a destination wedding and special event planner from Your Plan A Events, I do not believe that a verbal review will even begin to do this team justice. Our couple had an absolutely phenomenal experience renting from Aloha Artisans at Kualoa Ranch. Their communication was always extremely clear, they were quick to respond to emails, and their day of delivery team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was beyond perfect. I highly recommend Aloha Artisans for your wedding or event! We had a destination wedding on Oahu and despite living in a different state on a different time zone, Tawni was easy to communicate with throughout the process and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had wonderful suggestions for rentals and answered any questions I had with ease. We rented many different items ranging from the ceremony altar to much of our reception seating and layout and we were impressed by the quality and presentation of the pieces and the attention to detail that was put into set up. Rentals to Dream For
Aloha Artisan has the most amazing rental selections. Every item was a dream. The team was so helpful and responsive as well. We had several questions regarding the decors and lighting and they expertly helped us decide on the pieces and quantities that were exactly what we needed. The whole booking process through delivery and pick-up was so smooth and painless.
The ceremony and reception turned out so beautiful with the pieces we rented from Aloha Artisan. -

When we were picking wedding rentals for our February 2020 ceremony, I was having a hard time finding vendors with modern designs. I was so delighted when our wedding planner Laura from Parasol Events found Aloha Artisans for us, and we rented a lounge set, sweetheart thrones, and all of the dinner chairs for our wedding. Their designs are clean and beautiful, and I was even able to go to their design studio and warehouse to pick the colored textiles that matched our wedding colors perfectly. Their team was also incredibly flexible when working with our planner and venue manager for odd pick up and delivery schedules. Aloha Artisans is certain the top event design vendor for Oahu! -

When I found Aloha Artisans during our wedding planning process, I came to them with an idea that I wasn't sure if anyone on the island could do for us. Due to COVID-19, we had to adjust and be creative with the times we live in now. We still wanted to have our wedding but still keep our friends & families safe. So we decided to have a drive-through wedding reception and a Zoom ceremony. But for the drive-through, I imagined having this beautiful "string light tunnel" just surrounding our guests' cars as they drove up to see us and around the port cochere area. (FYI - that's A LOT of string lights haha). I wasn't sure if it was possible but when I told Tawni, Jeff, and Holly about my idea, they were SO EXCITED and more than willing to take on this challenge. The light tunnel turned out BEAUTIFUL and everyone loved it! It totally went above & beyond our expectations too! (It looked even better at night when it was dark and we had our first dance) They were extremely helpful, friendly, flexible, and creative! We are so grateful for the beautiful decor they put together for us and all the correspondence back & forth when we had to postpone several times and relocate to a new venue. They also custom made large 7 foot "ALOHA" letters for us to set up outside that had lush green moss on them that totally fit our theme. We rented their blush tufted chairs and wooden circle arch as well, which looked gorgeous and tied everything together. Huge thank you to them for everything they did for us and helping to make our wedding dreams come true, especially during times like these. You won't regret checking them out! -

Aloha Artisans had beautiful rentals for our wedding.
We wanted a special triangle arch to complement the view and they had the perfect item.
It made our special day so memorable and fun to have a lovely arch that perfectly framed our ceremony, fun games for our loved ones to enjoy, and wonderful furniture so we could rest our feet during the reception.
Everything was of great quality and style. I would highly recommend using Aloha Artisans for any party rental need. -

I was astonished to find this company had so many truly unique options available for us to make our decor stand out at our wedding. I wish I had found them sooner because they eased the stress and made our already gorgeous venue at Kualoa Ranch just POP with color with the Wicker Styled Lounge. They have huge Moss Walls too and were able to make shelves that fit champagne glasses for a Champagne Wall to welcome our guests. And the Altars offered were so pretty for pictures, we chose the circle arch. The customer service from Tawni and Holly were just warm and helpful and I would love to get married again and again with their help if it was allowed :) -

It was a pleasure working with Aloha Artisans for some of our wedding decor! A previous renter damaged a set of chairs the night before that we had rented, so to compensate, we were given similar chairs and an additional lounge set and lawn games! It was such a nice surprise to see the lounge and games, and it was a sweet gesture for them to compensate for the chairs. I would definitely rent from Aloha Artisans again! -

Aloha Artisan were great. We hired multiple items for our wedding at Molii Gardens in October. We hired the circle arch. aisle end pillars and a selection of lawn games. All of the items arrived on time and were set up quickly, which was great as we were having a first look photo shoot. The booking process was extremely simple and Aloha Artisan were super helpful. Highly recommend. -

Our arch was BEAUTIFUL! We added a spray of greenery and roses to the side and everyone wanted to take pictures by it! Very happy we rented from Aloha Artisans, as no one else has an arch quite like it! -

I saw Aloha Artisan’s rental furniture on Instagram and fell in love. They were the first vendors I hired for our wedding and I’m so thankful for them. Tawni and Jeff were amazing to work with! They are super responsive and go above and beyond for their customers. Their furniture is gorgeous! I rented two lounge sets and two of the low hairpin tables with rugs and cushions and used them as our kids tables. Everything came together beautifully and totally made the reception space memorable and luxurious! Absolutely worth the money spent. Mahalo, Aloha Artisans!!! -

Katie Sent on 09/16/2018We rented a gorgeous grey lounge set for our outdoor wedding at Lanikuhonua in Ko’olina. The lounge set was delivered in pristine condition and looked amazing nestled under the trees with twinkle lights dangling from above. The lounge provided a pretty and cozy place for our guests to relax. Tawny and Jeff are very sweet and were so easy to work with. They made adding that special touch to our wedding effortless! I love that they are so open to customer feedback and continue to expand their inventory to accommodate requests and keep things fresh and exciting! Angela Sent on 09/16/2018I rented two large Kona pillars, and the peacock chairs! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the final product. They were massive and statement sized pieces! We also purchased a custom sign!! Everything was beautiful!! They really gave our wedding an added touch! Working with Aloha artisans was a breeze too! They were awesome and delivered the items during a hurricane.

Caitlin Sent on 09/09/2018I initially found aloha artisans because I was looking for a local company to make the classic “welcome to our wedding sign” but when I got to looking at their website I saw the couch lounge set and knew I just had to have it. We placed ours near the bar and dance floor so it was definitely ultilized by our guests ! Also, I was able to communicate solely via email which was great!

Jason Sent on 08/11/2018Jeff and Tawni supplied us with two peacock chairs and a hair pen table. I met Jeff and their son when they delivered The pieces and they are wonderful people. They were very kind and professional. Very prompt and had everything they needed to get the job done. The furniture was delivered on time and they were very responsive with all emails. One thing I would recommend that Jeff told me was with the deliver charges it would be more beneficial to order more than one piece from them which made it much more worth our time and budget. They are a small family business that is slowly starting out and after researching a lot they are by far the most affordable. Personally, I rather be supporting people I can meet and gain a relationship with rather than paying someone and not even knowing them as people. Thank you Tawni and Jeff you guys definitely reached all expectations on our special day. We will be contacting you folks for any other events we may have coming up! Mahalo Nui!

Planning a wedding from oversea's isn't the easiest, but when you work with a vendor like Aloha Artisans it becomes an enjoyable experience. Tawni & Jeff were always very quick and helpful with their responses leading up to the wedding. And the day off, Jeff was an absolute legend! My wife and I recently worked with Aloha Artisans for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch, which unfortunately left us with mixed feelings due to several issues we encountered during the planning and execution of our event.
We faced a few disappointing instances that affected the overall quality of our experience. Firstly, we were notified just days before our event that 30 wishbone chairs of the 240 chairs we had planned our wedding aesthetic around were damaged and unavailable. We were left to hastily reconfigure our layout with substitute chairs which were not what we had initially envisioned or agreed upon. Furthermore, they made us pay for the substitute chairs. The late notice and lack of professional handling of this issue caused a significant amount of stress and inconvenience.
The ambiance we desired was further hindered by the smaller chandeliers provided, contrary to our explicit request for the larger variant, and the absence of promised lighting on the tree behind the bar. These oversights affected the atmosphere of our event and left us feeling let down by the lack of communication and foresight from the team.
Lastly, the vendor failed to fulfill their commitment to pick up and set up items from Event Accents, which had been confirmed by both Jeff verbally and Holly via email. This lack of follow-through added another layer of unnecessary stress to our preparations and resulted in additional inconvenience for us. When the owner of the business gives you his word, you should be able to rely on it. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Jeff or Tawni, the owners.
While we understand the challenges inherent in event planning and execution, we expected the services we paid for to align with what was delivered. We hope that our honest feedback helps future clients and spurs improvements in their service.
After sharing our grievances with the owners, they dug in their heels and refused to even apologize for their missteps. Therefore, we believe a 1-star review is a fair reflection of our experience. -
