    In-House Coordination at The Charming Estate

    We used Charming Events Hawaii for in-house coordination at The Charming Estate. Heather was our lead coordinator with Lauren as her assistant for the day. I really wanted a good timeline to maximize our photography hours, and Heather made sure everything was running right on schedule. Our coordinators did a great job organizing our larger group photos and making our guests feel welcome at our wedding. They also took care of all of our DIY setup and take down at the end of the evening so my family and wedding party didn’t have anything to worry about.

    The Charming Estate package included 4-month coordination services, so I had already booked most of our vendors by the time Heather took over. However, she did a great job taking over vendor communication and setting up services with vendors contracted through the venue package (DJ, Emcee, Officiant). We had a couple of cultural elements (breaking of Japanese Sake Barrel) that had not been done at our venue before, but Heather helped work out logistics with venue staff and coordinate everything to bring our vision to life. We are so happy we trusted Heather and Charming Events with our wedding day!

    The BEST wedding venue!!

    My best friend got married here on April 4th and it was actually PERFECT ✨ Beautiful day, beautiful venue and no issues at all. If there were any issues, Our coordinator Heather made sure we didn’t even notice. She is a superstar! The staff is amazing and food was heavenly 🤩 100/10

    The best customer service with Aloha I’ve experienced at any wedding, with some of the most professional staff I’ve ever met.     A Truly Charming Experience

    We had the pleasure of working with Bri and her team for about a year leading up to our wedding, and we truly couldn’t recommend her more. From our monthly check-ins to quite literally saving our wedding from being canceled, Bri took incredible care of us every step of the way. Even during the most stressful moments, we always felt at ease knowing she had everything under control.

    The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning outdoor setting that captures the best of Hawaii’s landscape. Every detail, from the ceremony space to the getting-ready rooms, was thoughtfully designed. While we hadn’t originally planned to use this venue (our outdoor wedding was canceled due to the storm), it would have easily been our first choice.

    Charming Events Saved our Wedding

    Brianna and her team are absolutely phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From planning process to wedding day, everything went so smoothly despite everything thrown at us. Long story short, our wedding happened the weekend of the Kona Low (biggest storm that Hawaii has seen in years). Our wedding venue cancelled 24 hours before we were supposed to say “I do” and Brianna handled EVERYTHING like the hero she is. She was able to get us married the same weekend, got us a new venue within minutes and got all our vendors to arrive on the new wedding day, Sunday (since the wedding got canceled on Saturday). Even through all the stress and the unknowns, Bri was our rock the entire time! She made sure we were part of every decision being made and kept us updated on everything happening. We were never left in the dark about anything.
    I would hire Bri and charming events again in a heartbeat. Her team not only plans and runs a wedding seamlessly, but with also so much heart and care.

    The absolute best!!

    I hired Charming Events Hawaii for their day-of coordination services, where they take over communication with vendors/make sure loose ends are tied up, a month before the wedding. Once they stepped in, I immediately felt a wave of relief! Taylor was assigned as my lead coordinator and I can’t thank her enough for how amazing she has been from start to finish. Through our multiple meetings, she’s been so supportive, easy to talk to, dependable, professional, and so organized. Any last minute changes or issues? No problem. Taylor made sure it was noted and taken care of. She also made helpful recommendations when needed. My husband and I truly had the best day ever at our wedding. Better than we ever dreamed. And it’s all thanks to Taylor and her wonderful team. Hiring Charming Events Hawaii was one of the best decisions we made and I will always rave about them when asked about my wedding 💖💖

    Cronin Wedding

    The Charming Estate was the perfect one-stop venue for a awesome wedding! They offered two packages to include various items to meet our budget with an exceptional team of professionals. The outdoor Deck for the wedding ceremony was absolutely gorgeous, a private bridal party room to get dressed, and reception room to accommodate 160 pax, delicious appetizers during the cocktail hour, and dinner buffet cooked to perfection.

    Overall Awesome Service!

    We just had our wedding a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely a dream come true! Charming Events coordinator Heather along with her team was so helpful along this stressful journey. Heather was very caring and supportive of my ideas, and helped tremendously with any communication with the other vendors a few weeks coming up to the wedding. Everything went smooth on the wedding day, and whatever little hiccups occurred Heather and her team would handle the situation. We really appreciated all the help with the setting and cleaning up of our receptions. They were all very sweet and would DEFINITELY recommend them to all my family and friends with their future wedding planning!

    The best ever

    We cannot say enough good things about working with CEH, especially Marie. We asked for Marie's support as our Month-Of Coordinator for planning our destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch, and from the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly grounded. On our wedding day, there were a few unexpected challenges behind the scenes, and Marie handled everything so smoothly that, as the bride and groom, we didn’t even know anything had gone wrong. She shows up so well under pressure and honored our contract with integrity and care. When family members pressured her to pivot from the itinerary, Marie protected our timeline and the overall flow of events, drawing clear and respectful boundaries. She is thoughtful, composed, and full of aloha. We are beyond grateful for her, and choosing her was one of the best decisions we made. If you have any family members who are going to put pressure on you/the event you're planning, I'd definitely go with CEH!

    The best coordinating team, on top of details and left me feeling relaxed and stress free on our wedding day

    We got married on 5/26/25 at Kualoa Ranch. Charming Events was one of the first vendors I booked back in 2023, and we're so happy we ended up choosing them! We started working with our Lead Coordinator, Heather, a month leading up to our big day, where she took over all communications with vendors, answered all of our (many) questions, and ultimately allowed us to focus on spending time with our friends and family.

    The day of the wedding, Heather and her team were on top of all the details, bringing my vision to life flawlessly and making our day run smoothly, on time, and allowing us not to have to worry about a thing. It was truly the best day of our lives, and I don't think we could have had such a beautiful day without their help! Thank you!!!

    I cannot stop reliving the perfect day that we had! Everything was so smooth and seamless. The staff were all absolutely sensational. The food was spectular, and of course, you can't get a more stunning venue. All our friends and family raved about this day, being the most perfect wedding they had ever been to!

    We are incredibly thankful to Charming Events for making our wedding so wonderful, despite all the last-minute changes. They were attentive to our requests and remarkably flexible.     The Best Coordination Team!!

    Coming from California, we had to plan our wedding from afar—a challenge on its own. The Charming Events Hawaii team was so helpful during the entire process, from the consultation call all the way until the day of the event, they never hesitated to answer any of my questions or concerns and when it got down to it, they made everything that we envisioned happen! Heather coordinated my wedding and I will never forget her or the CEH team for making this special day go on without a hitch for us, rain or shine—LITERALLY!     Charming Events Hawaii is amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day so perfect. I was so nervous about planning a long-distance wedding, but they helped ease my worries and stress. They paid attention to every little detail and were always so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. It allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy our special day.     Excellent!

    I hired Brianna to be my day of coordinator and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. Brianna and her team were extremely friendly and professional.
    In the month leading up to our wedding Brianna was very helpful, she offered many tips and suggestions that got us through those last weeks. I had several friends that I used for parts of my wedding to help save money. Brianna was helpful in communicating with them to ensure things went as planned. She was always quick to respond to our emails and requests for phone appointments. On the day of our rehearsal she was willing to take as much of our reception and cocktail hour decor and supplies that we had either DIY'd or purchased to make our day of as stress free as possible.

    They made our day absolutely PERFECT

    I had the most incredible experience with Charming Events Hawaii. Heather led me through the planning process with several check-ins with the months leading up to the wedding, followed up with vendors for me, looked into pricing and options, created a timeline I could share with family and friends, and coordinated with her team to make sure our big day was beautiful and memorable. She made sure we had thought of even the little things. I was especially grateful for a well-timed ceremony and the team member who miraculously fixed a broken snap on my dress last minute with a bobby pin. The team was so kind to us and our family members and so professional. If you are considering hiring a coordinator, you have found the perfect one with Charming Events Hawaii. They are a bargain at twice the price, I cannot recommend them enough.

    Best planners I've ever worked with!

    Planning a destination wedding for 80 people at a venue we'd never visited seemed daunting, but Charming Events made it a BREEZE! We opted for the day-of coordination package, including a 90-minute planning phone call, which ended up being GREAT! The folks at Charming Events are so knowledgeable — in our initial meeting and through the planning call, they pointed us to some incredible vendors and gave us a lot of great tips about the venue. They really listened to our wants/needs as a couple and didn't try to force us to do anything we didn't want to do, which we really valued! Most importantly, they were there every step of the way, checking in with us, and eventually fully taking over coordinating our vendors, creating timelines and floor plans, and making sure every single thing was ready. Best of all, they couldn't be nicer people to work with — Kau'i brought the BEST energy to planning and to our wedding day. She was calm, positive and truly took care of everything, which set my mind at ease. Charming Events goes above and beyond and I truly can't recommend them highly enough!

    Incredible is an Understatement

    I cannot imagine our wedding without Charming Events. Brianna & her team were there for me through every single step! The partial planning was worth every penny, but at the VERY LEAST you absolutely need this team for your day of coordination. Everything went over so smoothly, we were in awe. Our guests had an incredible time & we truly had the best day of our lives. We truly had a wedding beyond our wildest dreams thanks to this incredible team!

    Overall great coordination!

    Heather and her team went above and beyond in assisting all of our needs not only on the day of but the month leading up to it. From initial consultation through the wedding day, communication was very easy whether it was through text/email. She was accommodating with meeting in person/zoom calls with us and all vendors. She made sure I never missed any of the little details I had envisioned throughout the whole process. Charming Event's timeline was also very helpful and easy to follow not only for me but to all of our vendors. Our vendors really appreciated her team in communicating all of our needs and to make sure we were all on the same page. If I was organizing another huge party/event I would contact them again!

    Amazing team of professionals

    I highly recommend Charming Events Hawaii for your wedding or event! We had a destination wedding on Oahu and despite living in a different time zone, Brianna and her team were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. CEH had a lot of insight about our venue and gave many wonderful suggestions that made the planning process seamless. We had Heather as lead for our wedding and she was amazing! She was incredibly helpful, timely, organized, and thoughtful— anything we needed, she was there for us. She and the coordinators for our wedding kept everything on track and it allowed us to truly be present and soak in our wedding day as it unfolded.     Look no further - Highly recommended and trusted wedding coordinator!

    Brianna and her team are BAR NONE! From my first consultation phone call with her, I knew I wanted to work with her. Choosing a coordinator is a big deal and I wanted someone I can count on - Brianna was that person and more. She was extremely responsive and friendly on our first call and answered all the questions I had (and provided answers to questions I didn't even know to ask!). Brianna and her team are extremely organized and I was so happy to have her and her team coordinate all of our logistics. She was present at our wedding rehearsal and got to know our family and entire wedding party. We were able to give her everything we needed to have set up the day of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about a thing when it came... wedding day. Brianna took the time to understand what we wanted and we were truly appreciative and grateful to be treated like guests at our own wedding and wholeheartedly enjoy the day. We had the most beautiful wedding at Kualoa Ranch Paliku Gardens and Brianna and her team made sure to consult us on every last detail to ensure our day was absolutely perfect and stress free.     AMAZING! So helpful and professional!

    We loved working with Charming Events! We were looking for a new day-of coordinator 12 days before our wedding since we had a terrible experience with another one and had quit them. I am so happy that our venue referred us!

    Brianna was quick to respond and we started collaborating with Heather, another lead coordinator, within just a couple of days. Heather was thorough, sweet, experienced, had great tips and advice, and was very responsive. Heather helped us come up with a good timeline for the day and coordinated with all our vendors. I was so relaxed on my wedding day that I didn't even know when the wedding cake or bouquets arrived because Heather and her assistant took care of it all. My mother-in law was appreciative of their help with the floral arrangements for the arch and moving things from the ceremony into the reception. We forgot to add in a high chair for my friend's baby on the seating chart and Heather and her team were able to figure that out for us easily. Everything ran on time and smoothly at our wedding. Charming Events saved the day for us and helped us achieve our dream wedding day!

    Happiest day of our lives

    If what you're seeking is to have your wedding day perfectly executed as you envisioned, then look no further. Brianna and Heather at Charming Events Hawai'i are phenomenal. There isn't a detail that they missed and most importantly their presence allowed us to fully enjoy our day without having any worries.

    We reached out to CEH with less than 4 months to our wedding day and was planning our wedding from the mainland during Covid with many restrictions. Due to the changing Covid county mandates, we ended up having a venue change with lots of uncertainties but one constant was the support from Brianna and Heather. They provided solutions to any challenge that arose and their expertise put us at ease knowing our event was being handled.

    There are a lot of moving pieces on the day so if you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it - hire a coordinator and specifically Charming Events Hawai'i. I can positively say they made it the happiest day of our lives.

    Brianna is a gem!

    Brianna and her team were everything I could have imagined, I only wish I would have hired her from the beginning!

    We hired her for our wedding when the first venue fell through a month prior. We were both frazzled and needed boots on the ground coordinating all the changes between vendors.

    Brianna is very professional and prompt on correspondence. She helped us through 2 venue changes and handled everything we needed on the day. I cannot imagine not having her present to help us stay on track for planning and on our wedding day. Not having any of our friends and family run around and stress was worth it.

    I will definitely hire Brianna in the future for event planning. She is a gem!

    Brianna and Kau’i are incredible! They are so hardworking, kind and helpful. They saw my vision for my wedding day and it came out perfectly. They went so above and beyond (even sewing my dress strap back when it broke) and I cannot recommend them enough!

    Pandemic wedding 2021-thank you brianna

    Planning a wedding can be stressful enough but planning a destination wedding during a pandemic can be downright crazy. I knew that hiring a professional was the first order of business. We had interviewed several wedding planners but something about Brianna stood out. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, there was something about her demeanor and professionalism that resonated with us. She was calm, organized and she definitely knew what she was talking about! After our initial conversation, we knew we had to hire her, and we did, and it ended up being the best decision we could have ever made because our wedding was absolutely perfect!

    Before the pandemic, we had booked our venue at Kualoa Ranch. We fell in love with the scenery but then covid hit and suddenly we were only allowed only 5-10 people at our wedding. It was difficult to narrow down our guestlist so Brianna presented us with different venue options that accommodated 50 people just in case the restrictions weren’t lifted in time. And so 5 months before our wedding date, we decided to change our venue to the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club, and let me tell you, this venue was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The views were breathtaking and because it was in the valley, it was much cooler than it would have been at Kualoa. We would not have known about this hidden gem if it weren’t for Brianna!

    Our wedding itself went soooo smoothly! We felt so relaxed that day and enjoyed every moment of our wedding all because we trusted that Brianna covered every aspect of it. We definitely felt at ease knowing she took the reigns and allowed us to soak in the scenery and every interaction with our loved ones.

    As a nurse in the ICU and my husband, a respiratory therapist, the last thing on our minds was to plan a destination wedding while working this awful pandemic. We were emotional and physically exhausted, but Brianna was there through it all. As healthcare workers who took care of others, she was the one that took care of us. She answered every question and fulfilled all our needs. She was our eyes and ears on the island and sought her advice and guidance when it came to covid restrictions. She was optimistic and reassured us when she needed to be but she also maintained a healthy sense of realism. We had every confidence in Brianna to help pull us through this pandemic and achieve the wedding we had only dreamed about.     Brianna is incredible!

    I don't even know where to begin with Brianna! I found her so randomly and I'm so so incredibly glad I did. Due to COVID our wedding went from 150+ people to a small ceremony with just my parents. She managed everything with ease and always kept me calm through all of this craziness, I honestly felt like my older sister was planning my wedding. She made everything so special for us with the little details. If you are planning your wedding in Oahu, I cannot recommend Brianna enough!! So Brianna, thank you soooo much!!     I cannot say enough positive things about this business! Although our final wedding day had to be cancelled due to covid, Brianna went above and beyond throughout our entire journey together for planning our destination wedding. She made the whole process simple and easy; from finding our vendors, saving costs and advocating for us when we had some issues with our cancellations. Her responses to our endless enquires were done promptly, and her whole hearted professional nature put our minds at ease whilst planning from abroad.     Do you want a charming and hassle-free destination wedding?

    Brianna and her team at Charming Events were the best. We were married in November at He'eia State Park. Brianna was extremely organized, incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable about planning a wedding. She provided us with several vendor recommendations, which was very helpful and still gave us some choices. We were very pleased with all the vendors, including the photographer, musician and caterer. As the weather turned on the day of the wedding, she was able to adapt us seamlessly from an outdoor to an indoor location. We highly recommend Charming Events for your wedding.

    Life-saver and impeccable service

    I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brianna and her team at Charming Events. As someone who grew up in Hawaii but no longer lives there, I needed a coordinator that I could rely on to make my vision come to life while I helped plan from miles away. Brianna and her team fully delivered on that. She was always reachable, respectful and very on top of all the moving parts. When some issues came up with linens and decor, she handled it and/or found solutions. On the day of our wedding, everything was so gorgeous and went according to plan, and her team was extremely attentive and friendly.     Hire charming events hawaii!

    My husband and I wanted to have a fun, colorful and relaxed wedding that incorporated Indian/Hindu, Japanese and Hawaiian elements. Neither of us know much about weddings and, although I grew up on the Windward side, I currently live in California, so we decided we needed some help to plan our wedding at He'eia State Park.

    I'm so happy we decided to work with Brianna and her team at Charming Events Hawaii. Brianna is everything you want in a wedding planner: communicative, responsible, budget-minded, creative, adaptable, empathetic, calm, detail-oriented, kind and so knowledgeable.

    Our wedding day was perfect. And that is all thanks to Brianna and her team. If you're in the market for a wedding planner on Oahu, I'd highly recommend Charming Events Hawaii. I literally don't know what I would have done without Brianna!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bri and her team are fantastic! They were able to put everything we had pictured together for our wedding, and had many ideas that we chose to include that made our day that much better! Bri was very helpful through out the process of planning. It was like she knew what I wanted and needed before I did, always one step ahead. She and awesome vendor connections as well! Our MC, photographer, and venue were amazing! It was a great experience working with Bri and her team, I will definitely call her up next time I plan an event!

    Brianna and her team did a phenomenal job tackling the day of coordination for our wedding. She seamlessly transitioned all of the work I had done prior to hiring her services and turned my vision into a reality!! She clearly knows the business inside and out and had countless suggestions that I would never have thought of. I also really appreciated that she had a number of vendor recommendations which were super helpful. Brianna took time to attend meetings and site visits with me, and the one meeting she was unable to attend, she provided questions and input in advance to help me better prepare for the meeting.

    Brianna ensured that I was a relaxed bride and it's hard to put a price tag on that kind of peace of mind. SO thankful for Charming Events Hawaii and HIGHLY recommend their services!

    Super Awesome and highly recommended!!! I don't know where to begin. Brianna and her team went above and beyond to turn my dream wedding into reality. We hired Brianna to do day of coordinating and as soon as it became time, it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! She made all the timelines, organized everything with my vendors and even dealt with my crazy family. I would have been a complete MESS if it weren't for her and her team.     Brianna and her team are hands down amazing. She made my wedding spectacular and even more than I can imagine. She and her team took all the stress away from helping each and every vendor and not make myself a bridezilla! From day one where I had a phone consultation, I knew from speaking to Brianna her team could make my wedding amazing. To be honest, I had to search the "wedding planners" in Oahu since I am not from the island, I had several people reach back out to me but I knew from the moment I spoke with Brianna, her and I clicked instantly.     We wanted to have a small intimate ceremony in Hawaii, and stumbled upon Charming Events through Paradise Bay Resort by chance. From the beginning, it was smooth, stress-free, and totally professional. Bri is so wonderful, and was able to give us a beautiful day beginning to end. We had our wedding ceremony on the Kaneohe Bay Sandbar and everything worked out perfectly. She even found a fantastic live musician for us at such short notice (less than 48 hours) that added the best magical touch to our ceremony on the water.     Brianna from Charming Events Hawaii went above and beyond in making our wedding dream come true! She was with us every step of the way, from planning 6+ months out to execution on the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Brianna took charge in coordinating and directing all of the individual vendors. There was always a coordinator by the groom and bride's sides, ready to answer questions, make last minute changes, or assist in any way necessary.     Perfect day-of-coordinator!

    Brianna at Charming Events Hawai’i was an amazing day-of-coordinator! She was great with responsiveness to emails and making sure I had all the updated timelines and deadlines. She took my vision and was successful in creating the perfect atmosphere for my wedding. She and her team were very professional. I always felt like I was in good hands and didn’t need to stress.     another wedding setup while my wedding is happening

    how they operate here is unprofessional. we booked to have our ceremony here & in the middle of wedding planning we asked about the suite that they offer before ur ceremony starts, they told us since WE didn’t ask about it they let another couple book it that’s having a wedding after us. We were very confused on why they didn’t offer it to us after booking or giving us the opportunity to have it & we were still confused on how the wedding after us would affect our little time we would’ve have in it. On top of never offering it to us, in that same email, they had the audacity to offer THE GOLF CLUB RESTROOMS if the bride or groom wanted a touch up! NUTS!

    they kept saying we only have the lawn that we booked for 2 hrs, at that point we were over it. A FEW DAYS before our wedding they email us saying we no longer have access to the golfcart to transport to the goldclub area for pictures that the package comes with that we booked because it was “flooded” when we arrive the day before our wedding we notice the gold club open & people golfing using the golf carts on the golf club. we ask about it then when we leave all of a sudden we have access to it again, very suspicious & very upsetting. it seemed like they didn’t want us to have it because another wedding would be happening. so were they just never gonna offer it again until we brought up how it looks open?? ON MY WEDDING DAY they told us we can’t have the golfclub & that we can WALK to another golfclub area!!

    the worst part is they were so consistent with saying we have the lawn booked only meaning we can’t go inside the hall for anything, which is fair, WHY WAS THERE ANOTHER WEDDING SETUP WHILE MY WEDDING WAS HAPPENING! on top of that, we supposedly have the lawn to ourselves for 2 hrs, while we were taking our wedding photos on the lawn, they bring out more decor & start setting up more for the next wedding & completely get in our way for our pictures!!!! completely unprofessional & inconsiderate. how can they be so persistent that that is our spot that we only booed the lawn then completely invade us??? i don’t suggest this venue only because of how they operate here, if u do book here pls make sure this doesn’t happen to u!!!
