Having Marisa as a Day of Coordinator was absolutely essential to our wedding experience. She went above and beyond on every account and was so communicative and helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We are not Hawaii based and were planning the wedding entirely ourselves, so having someone with boots on the ground in Kauai and knowledge of the area/ venue (Common Ground)/ local businesses changed everything for us. We kept saying it was by far the best money we spent on the entire wedding! She answered every question we had- even things outside of a normal day of coordinator responsibilities- and had ideas and suggestions for everything. She was also a lovely, calm presence on the wedding day. She solved problems and answered questions before we were even aware of what they were. She executed our specific set-up of place cards and ceremony seating and specifics perfectly. We could not have had the beautiful, smooth, joyous day we had without her work!!!

We used Sandra to plan a four-day wedding event. She and her wonderful team executed everything perfectly. Sandra is a very kind person and is super easy to work with. In fact, her whole team is really kind. It was very easy to set up meetings and communicate with her. Sandra is very well connected so even if you set the bar high, she knows how to make your vision a reality. She knows the best vendors for everything. She also planned a welcome dinner and a pre-wedding dinner for us. Both events were at beautiful outdoor venues that we had never heard of. It was a nice surprise for all of our guests and a great way to start the wedding festivities. She even added some small details that we hadn’t thought of. And then there was the actual wedding, which we will remember for the rest of our lives. Countless people told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to. It even impressed my parents. Everything from the food to the music to the flowers was amazing. It was a beautiful venue, but we were so blown away by the flowers that that’s what we always talk about first. That was probably the most beautiful dinner we will ever have in our entire lives. Thank you for making our dream wedding come true!!!

Cherise was nothing short of amazing. I didn't know where to begin in planning a destination wedding and she walked us through each step. She had great vendor referrals, helped us pick the right location, scheduled our day and took all our stress away ! Tori is the best wedding planner I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly artistic and truly passionate about what she does—something that comes through in every interaction. She’s highly organized and able to execute flawlessly, even in the most chaotic situations. From the moment I reached out to them a year before my April wedding, I knew I was in good hands. We chose the partial planning package, and the level of care, communication, and attention to detail we received felt above and beyond. Jayvee, Chiara, Elena, and Mina were absolutely incredible. They responded to emails promptly, walked us through every detail during planning meetings, and truly listened to what I wanted -elegant and simple. On the big day, they brought that vision to life flawlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They handled everything with calm professionalism and kindness. One moment I’ll never forget was when I realized I had forgotten my veil, and the venue was ready to start the ceremony without it. Even after I expressed that I really wanted to wait, they pushed to begin on time. I was feeling pretty heartbroken at the thought of walking down the aisle without something that felt so special to me. Jayvee stepped in and advocated for me without hesitation -she firmly and graciously pushed back multiple times, insisting that we wait. Thanks to her, we delayed the ceremony about 20 minutes until the veil arrived, and I got to walk down the aisle with my veil! I’m forever grateful for that moment. We also had a transportation issue less than a month before the wedding when the shuttle company we had originally booked suddenly bailed on us. It was a stressful moment, but Cherished stepped in immediately, found a reliable replacement, and handled all the coordination. The entire day flowed beautifully, from ceremony to reception, and I received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning and seamless everything felt. Thanks to The Cherished in Hawaii Weddings Team, I was able to be fully present and soak in every moment of the most beautiful day I could have imagined. Mahalo Cherished!

Exclusive Island Weddings played a huge factor in our wedding planning to the day of. Honestly working with Kim was such a huge help in planning our wedding and making sure that we hit all the points we wanted to make our special day happen. Especially the weekend of our wedding when we were hit with the Kona low storm, Kim made it happen. Weddings of Hawaii helped plan our perfect wedding day. We were a little nervous with this being a destination wedding, but their consultants went beyond our expectations to answer questions and plan every detail. They offered suggestions for dining and other activities while in Oahu too. Our wedding day was spectacular and our minister, photographer and videographer were kind, helpful and professional. Everything about our special day exceeded our expectations. Our officiant was truly kind and his messages throughout the ceremony heartfelt and meaningful.
