Cherise really blew us away!! She managed to create the most beautiful micro wedding for us in under a month! Most people stress planning a wedding in over a year, and Cherise made planning a wedding in a month a relaxing and fun experience. I didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew we were in such good hands. She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful in every way! It really seems planning is second nature for her. You can tell Cherise is extremely passionate about her career and really deeply cares about her couples. Every review I’ve read on her also sings her praise! I would say a good wedding planner is the most valuable vendor to have on your team, and Cherise is the best one out there. I can confidently say she gave us the PERFECT Maui wedding.

Cherise was everything we could have asked for to plan our perfect wedding. She had us meet via Zoom due to this being a destination wedding but had plenty of flexibility with our schedules despite the time zone difference. We were fortunate enough to plan a trip to Maui before our wedding and she organized all the vendor meetings and schedules during our trip. Cherise’s approved/recommended vendor list with description helped us make a comfortable decision with customizing our wedding for our special day. Cherise is extremely organized and detail oriented. We appreciated how much experience she had with our particular venue (Olowalu Plantation House). Given our busy schedules, we loved how hands off with planning you could be with her in the mix. She took care of all the communication needed with vendors. Our meetings with Cherise were spaced out initially, with a progressive increase in meeting frequency as our wedding approached quickly. The day-of wedding timeline was executed perfectly without delay. It was needless to say, a stress-free planning experience and would have no other recommendations for a wedding planner other than Cherise for Maui - whether you are local or you are planning a destination wedding. Cherise was the heart of Maui. She listen to all of my questions and went above and beyond to get everything I requested. The big day she meet with us and she was a delete. Her heart is pure gold. She made what I dream come to life and beyond. This day was very magical. I couldn't believe how gorgeous my Haku and bouquet was. The photographs and video Grapher were amazing. Our yukule player was amazing. Also his majesty Luka was the best.

On our wedding day, Cherise and her team worked their magic, keeping everything on schedule while making sure we felt supported—without ever being overbearing. I have worked for many years as a videographer (HI FOCUSED Cinematography) in the wedding industry here on Maui, so when it came time for our wedding, I had long known who I wanted to be a part of our vendor dream team.  Truly the best of the best offered here on Maui!  Cherise was one of the very first wedding planners here on Maui to put me on her preferred list, that was probably around 2010.  So now 14 years later, it meant a lot to have her plan our wedding.  From a vendor’s perspective, I always knew she was super thorough but witnessing her work from a groom’s perspective, I was even more impressed with her level of attention.  She was on top of every little detail. Her level of organization from big picture planning to all the minute details really demonstrated the importance of having a top notch coordinator.Our wedding was the first at its location which creates a blank canvas but also has it’s challenges with having to figure out all the many ins and outs of a new location. We also had a lot of custom elements and some unique aspects of our day to keep track of, which Cherise was attentive of. She is timely in her responses too, so you won’t be waiting long for any kind of reply. We met with Cherise several times at the venue and through zoom to make sure everything would go perfect--all of which went exactly how we planned.  Cherise and her team lived up to the name, “The Perfect Maui Wedding",  as we had just that!  Not only was Cherise on top of every part of planning, she also has a very calming and comforting energy.
You want a coordinator that gets the job done but also makes you feel at ease and relaxed, and she did exactly that.
