“Capture the moments; Tell the story” – this is what we believe and what we’ve been practicing everyday. People say photography is about capturing light and subjects. We say photography is about capturing love and passion. Every couple has their own story, personality and feeling. What we are looking for is the most genuine emotion shared between our couple and with their loved ones. Not many people are comfortable in front of cameras. We achieve it by communicating and connecting with our clients. Having photographed hundreds of weddings, we still have wet eyes seeing the bride walk down the aisle, every single time! Feeling the joy and happiness of each couple is what makes us so passionate about what we do and keeps us to go above and beyond to tell their beautiful stories with fine art photographs.
We are proud to be a boutique photography studio that is known for consistently creating emotional, creative and artful images. Devoted to quality work and committed to every couple, we hand-edit each image in house and take on only a select number of weddings each year. Our goal is to produce photographs with meaning, images that capture you at your best. To my husband and myself, quality photography was our highest priority as we knew those pictures would be spread throughout our house for decades to come. We were coming from Colorado to get married on O'ahu and thought finding a photography team would be a challenge. In fact, it was not. We found MeewMeew through many raving reviews and sites recommending the team. One look at their portfolio and I was sold. I cannot believe the artistry they bring to their work. I emailed Jill of MeewMeew and heard back immediately. She set up a call time and we discussed exactly what I was looking for. On the day of the wedding, they arrived and brought a sense of calm with them. They had all of their shots planned out and seemed to somehow not be seen the entire ceremony and reception. The NEXT day, they gave us a sneak peek with more than a dozen pictures from our dreamy day. Later when we received the full album, I was absolutely blown away. I relive my wedding each time I look at the pictures. This photography team is timely, professional, and downright incredible. They are the sweetest people on the earth and I cannot say enough positive things about them. I recommend MeewMeew Studios with my whole heart - they were perfect! -
