Meet TORI ROGERS, the fun and friendly owner of CELEBRATIONS BY TORI who is entirely too passionate about her career choice.
Celebrations by Tori is a boutique woman-owned business offering wedding and event planning, coordination, and design on an expert level (3 decades of professional experience) in Hawaii and California. CBT customizes and personalizes each and every wedding and event, while focusing on the vibe of the event for everyone involved. While we can plan the most over-the-top events, that's not our passion. Our mission is to collaborate with you and professionals to create the most outstanding, unforgettable, beautiful experience that exceeds your expectations. AND, we want you to have fun doing it.
Weddings are a vibe, not just an event. The goal is to enlist a team of professionals to create an atmosphere or feeling that integrates your venue, decor, music, fashion, and overall energy to reflect your unique style and personality. Ultimately we want to tap into all of your senses, make you feel special as your details unfold throughout your wedding day, and create something memorable for everyone there.
Tori's customized approach enables her to work directly with each client from concept to creation. With limitless accessibility, Tori provides invaluable support and guidance to every couple desiring a bespoke wedding experience that they can personally enjoy with their guests.
Services range from wedding planning and coordination to event design and styling, and include Tori's expansive knowledge, years of expertise, and abundant resources. Tori's super-talents include vendor and venue curation, timeline and floor plan logistics, floral and decor inspiration, resources for unique and fun experiences, thinking outside the box, and more.
We are not for everyone, though. If you want a planner with years of experience who will be transparent and direct with you, offer suggestions and advice but allow you to make the final decision, provide detailed wedding resumes and frequent communication, care very much about quality, and keep you excited about your wedding, then we just may be your people. BUT, if you just want a "yes" person who can't deliver on those promises, a planner who doesn't listen to you or hear you, a company who cares more about their profit than their client's experience, and people who care more about the pretty photos than the hard work that goes into creating those pretty photos, then we are not your people.

The Best Wedding Planner!!
Her true expertise shines through with every meeting, contract negotiation and conversation. This alone is a reason to trust her with your wedding but what we valued most was her attention to detail. The seemingly small things that make the biggest impact. Knowing our parents and siblings names, making sure she was the only person to handle our family’s antique cake cutting set, checking in with us before we walk down the aisle to help us feel centered and calm. The reality is there are a million things that Tori did for us that we will never know. Tiny fires that she put out with ease and professionalism and without anyone knowing. We are forever grateful to Tori for making our wedding the best day of our lives and we would recommend her and have been recommending her to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Tori is very experienced and knowledgeable about how to run various types of weddings, and she worked with us to plan our wedding within our budget and vision, suggesting the perfect combination of vendors and designs to include. We wanted to be conscious of our budget despite planning a wedding in Hawaii and were very happy with how everything turned out. On wedding day, you can trust Tori to lead the charge and get everyone on the same page to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Tori suggested all of our vendors and organized meetings and information with those vendors to ensure a successful wedding. Tori was available for calls and very responsive to our questions throughout the planning process. We would definitely recommend Tori for your wedding, especially if it’s in Hawai’i!
