Tori is the best wedding planner I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly artistic and truly passionate about what she does—something that comes through in every interaction.
She’s highly organized and able to execute flawlessly, even in the most chaotic situations. Her experience really shows, and she’s not only professional but also genuinely warm, easy to talk to, and great to work with throughout the entire process.
Most importantly, she can handle any unexpected situation with calm and confidence—she truly saved my day.
I can’t recommend Tori highly enough for anyone looking to create their perfect dream wedding.

We loved Tori a lot! She was great at meeting exactly what we wanted for our wedding. She also made sure to tell us the truth about our expectations when compared to our budget, which to us is much better than having someone not tell us the truth!

Things that we loved: Her honesty is probably number one! She listened to our wants and needs for our wedding and was able to find a way to make them work. She made our venue (a brewery) look amazingly classy. They decorated so well. Way above what we expected! We also loved her positivity. Every time we had a meeting with her and we had new "breaking news" about something that we had locked down, she got so excited, and it was so nice to laugh and smile with her about those things. One thing we liked is that she would think about us when she was out and about just doing her regular day things. She saw a t-shirt of the brides favorite band, and sent us an email saying how excited she was to see it. She even offered to buy it! It means she not only listens to us, but is genuinely thinking of us. She's also very chill and so easy to talk to. We feel this might not be a characteristic you find in every wedding planner. Her patience with us, this being our first (and last), wedding was much appreciated! She took the time to explain things to us when it was apparent we didn't understand what she was talking about lol!

What we didn't like: The website, BUT this was not her fault. We had lots of issues with zola.com and the information (save the date, invitations, etc) getting to all of our guests. We'd even tell Tori about some guests that weren't getting the invites or the information, she'd attempt to fix it, but the website issues would still happen. Again, I don't think this is a Tori issue, but we were left regretting not sending actual invitations. But hey in the end, it did all working eventually, and our guests made it to the wedding.

One thing to note, there are times that Tori gave us "homework" or direction that we needed for our wedding to go exactly as we planned. There's a chance it could come off as pushy, and we wanna make sure we set the record straight that she is very good at keeping things realistic and keeping the timeline that's been set. So when we said "Oh we want this or that" she'd respond with, "Ok that's not realistic because of A, B, or C". And the reason she's saying that is because she's so good at what she does.

We 100% recommend Tori as your wedding planner. She worked miracles for us, and our wedding turned out even better than we expected. She is the main reason for that. Tori, thank you so much. We both love you! You're getting a Christmas card!

The seemingly small things that make the biggest impact. Knowing our parents and siblings names, making sure she was the only person to handle our family’s antique cake cutting set, checking in with us before we walk down the aisle to help us feel centered and calm. The reality is there are a million things that Tori did for us that we will never know. Tiny fires that she put out with ease and professionalism and without anyone knowing. We are forever grateful to Tori for making our wedding the best day of our lives and we would recommend her and have been recommending her to anyone who is planning a wedding.

I attended a wedding Tori did at Sugar Beach and she did a fabulous job. I was amazed how smoothly everything went. We were all dancing and having a great time. Having the wedding right at the beach was next level. I was amazed by how well Tori handled every detail, and there were many. The guests were all impressed with how everything was so organized but felt so relaxed. We never felt like we were rushed, neglected, bored, or uninformed. The decor was gorgeous and the entertainment was epic. The food was the best I have had at any wedding. Most importantly, our friends, the Bride and Groom, had the best time ever spending quality time with all of us. We didn’t even need to worry about transportatio because Tori arranged for vans to pick us up and take us to and from wedding. I highly recommend Tori of Celebrations by Tori.

We recently attended a friend’s wedding planned by Tori Rogers, and it was absolutely perfect. We were so impressed by her positive energy, impeccable attention to detail, and top-tier organization skills that hiring her for our own wedding was a simple decision.
What truly sold us, however, was how highly our friends spoke of her throughout their planning process. Tori kept them organized, calm, and made sure they truly enjoyed every moment with their guests. Her ability to blend professionalism with genuine fun is unmatched. We are thrilled to have Tori guiding us through our own journey!

Tori was our wedding coordinator for our 60 person event at Sugar Beach Events on 12.12.24. We picked Tori after interviewing a dozen coordinators. Her responsiveness and accessibility from the onset was what set her apart from the rest. As a native new yorker and type A personality – it was such a blessing and relief when I knew Tori would respond ASAP to any issues, questions or requests. This, combined with her service level and price packages made selecting her easy.

Tori was available for unlimited support and discussions through the entire process. She provided vendor recommendations and participated in many of the vendor discussions. She was very proactive in chasing down vendors – even visiting them on site to ensure we got the best for our event. She managed our day of timeline and was incredibly creative in solving pain points for us – she even went above and beyond to manage our event transportation (divers, van rentals etc). Access to her stash of wedding materials (frames, candles, linens, etc) were SO helpful, especially when it comes to destination weddings. We also added Tori’s services to our welcome drinks event, which she decorated and set up for us. Throughout the entire process it was clear how much Tori cared for us and wanted or wedding events to go smoothly, be memorable and for us to really enjoy ourselves!
