Working with LAuren from Your Aloha Wedding was a dream come true. I thought I could handle planning a destination wedding on an island that I knew no one. While I acomplished a lot I knew I needed help and found Lauren. She went above and beyond from setting up the marriage license appointment, dealing with contract issues with a vandor and letting me ship things to her house. She was professional, kind and thoughtful. The day of I was able to truely relax and enjoy thanks to her. Finding her and using her was one of the best decisions I could have made and she made everything perfect!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maui Aloha Weddings! From the very beginning, their communication was clear, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. They coordinated every detail of our wedding with such kindness, warmth, and professionalism that I truly felt taken care of the entire time. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they handled a major curveball just one week before our wedding, when we had to find a new photographer due to a family emergency. Maui Aloha Weddings stepped in immediately, re-coordinated everything with ease, and never once made the situation feel stressful. With them at the helm, I felt calm, supported, and confident that everything was under control. Tori helped plan my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the venue to the ceremony and the reception that followed, every detail came together beautifully. Tori supported the bride and groom throughout the planning process, offering guidance, organization, and support while honoring their vision. She never took over, but instead helped ensure everything ran smoothly so the bride and groom could be in the moment and enjoy their day. We are grateful for her care and support in making this wedding such an amazing and memorable night.

It’s been almost a year and I still look at my wedding photos. Needed to come back and say how great they were!!

I could write a novel about how incredible Nicola is, but I’ll contain it to this. Murphy and I literally talked all the time during our wedding planning process, as well as after the wedding, about how we would literally give up every other detail at our wedding just so Nicola could help us plan it. We truly felt like Nicola became our friend throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be stressful, but we literally didn’t feel a single bit of stress, other than when the recent COVID surge almost required us to postpone our wedding. Nicola texted us updates and called us immediately after getting any kind of news from Maui. She put a very lengthy proposal together for the county to review to show how our wedding was following every COVID protocol and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Once we found out our wedding was approved by the mayor we were ecstatic. Fast forward to the wedding and I literally cried at how beautiful everything was. Nicola and Kimiko made our vision come to life, and honestly, it was way better than we even imagined it. Finally, on the wedding day, my new husband accidentally spilled a (bright) cocktail all down my dress in between cocktail hour and the reception. Nicola was in the bridal suite within a minute and literally was on her hands and knees with a tide to go pen, club soda, and a hair dryer helping me clean my dress and you couldn’t even tell once we walked into the reception. Nicola also came to our resort on her day off the next day after the wedding to bring us some a few items we had left at the venue. I could gush and gush about what an incredible person Nicola is, and the amazing experience we had with Elements by K.H & co from start to finish, but I’ll just say this. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further and reach out to K.H & co, and maybe you’ll also get extremely lucky and have Nicola help you plan the wedding of your dreams.

This was everything my husband and I could have asked for. Darci was excellent to work with. She alleviated all the stress and was attentive to every detail. Anytime I reached out with questions, she would reply promptly. Her team of officiants, videographers, photographers, musical styles, and florists was all wonderful to work with. It was just the two of us for our wedding, and they all made us feel welcome and at home in our element.

I had the most wonderful experience using them for my wedding. It was just 3 of us (daughter, self, and fiancé). I sent pictures via email with my ideas for cake and bouquet. I live in The Seattle area and was a little nervous not having a hands on experience. They recommended a great place on the beach for the wedding and reception dinner. Not only did they make my appointment for the wedding license, but they also sent me a reminder email the night before (thankfully). The day of my wedding came. They sent a vender (Melissa) to do my hair and make-up in my hotel room. She was wonderful. Jennifer came to pick us up at our hotel and took us to the bay where the wedding took place. Lucky our wedding officiant was amazing! Catherine and Jenninfer are amazing. I am so thankful I found them! I had an almost completely stress free wedding due to these 2 women!

Judy was a pleasure to work for such a special event! Communications regarding booking, ceremony requests, details about the logistics, the ceremony itself and pictures were all done professionally and in a friendly manner. Our wedding was enchanting in every way and Judy was an integral part of making that happen!

Kevin and Frank have been friends of ours for over a decade, so when it came time for our wedding there was no question. They, and their entire team, are a first class operation made up of first class *people*. Kevin's photography is off the charts, and it's incredible how much he drew out of our family and guests in such a short time to capture us all at sunset. He's a master.

It’s been two months since our wedding and we, and our guests, still can’t stop raving about our wedding weekend. Much of that credit goes to Katy for pulling off the best wedding ever. We hired Katy to plan our wedding and welcome dinner. She’s not cheap and the wedding wasn’t either. Expect to blow your budget, but you pay for what you get (we spent ~$2,800/guest for the weekend) and trust us, it was well worth it. Katy is one of a kind, and clearly multiple levels above other wedding planners. If you’re looking for a luxurious, highly personalized wedding, one that truly accentuates your love and journey, hire Katy, she’s your gal. She knows what she’s doing! I can’t imagine us having even close to the experience we had without her. Many gave us the advice that something always goes wrong at your wedding, just let it go, but our wedding, under Katy’s leadership, was flawless. We can't underscore enough how critical Katy was in making our wedding weekend the best time ever. Katy is super organized, professional, and she’s an amazing designer. There were many instances where both of us were decision-paralized particularly during the design phase. After a few questions and yay-or-nays on pictures, Katy knew exactly what we wanted. It’s like she read our mind, and then delivered. From our wedding vision, to big ticket items to the smallest details, it can get overwhelming. Our advice: trust her and listen to her advice because she knows exactly what she’s doing and she’ll get it done so you have peace of mind. We had our dream wedding and all of our guests lamented about how it was “the most special and beautiful wedding they had ever been to,” still to this day, and even the ones who had been to multiple weddings at our venue before. We had a very “us” experience… this was no cookie-cutter thing. We prioritized food, drinks, and entertainment, and boy-oh-boy was that done right. Katy is connected to all the best vendors on the island. Fine Champagne and caviar flown in, best chef in Maui, bartender, vocalist and playlist. In addition, got difficult family dynamics? No problem, Katy handles it kindly, with the utmost professionalism, making sure you have nothing to worry about so you can truly enjoy your special day. We’d do it all over again!
