The company is very responsive and took care of everything for us. We did not have to stress for the wedding and our beach ceremony was beautiful.

I thought it would be more stressful to plan a destination wedding but Joe made this process painless! More than one of my guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and I couldn’t have done it without Joe and Co. the photos were wonderful too! (This review won’t let me upload any properly).

It was effortless, smooth and comfortable to work with Rhonda. Attention to detail was key for me and she did an outstanding job fulfilling these things I wanted on my big day. My big day couldn't be any more perfect. The day was filled with joy and laughter from our guest. Everything from planning to execution went smooth. I love RHonda...

Working with Opihi Love was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! I honestly don’t even know where to start because they went so far above and beyond anything I ever could have imagined from a planning team!! They didn’t just plan a wedding, they gave us the gift of actually enjoying it. Everything was handled so seamlessly that I felt completely taken care of the entire weekend. They went above and beyond with every detail, from letting me ship all my welcome bag items to their house, to returning alcohol for us after the wedding, to literally assembling tiny name tags from Etsy that showed up unassembled (which I would’ve lost my mind over on my own). They’re insanely organized, calm under pressure, so kind, and their design skills are on another level. I came in with a loose vision and what they created was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed. Everything felt intentional, elevated, and just perfect. Plus, Kristin and Maxyne are genuinely cool and fun people and I was always excited to hop on calls with them! People always say something goes wrong at every wedding, but I truly can’t think of a single thing that did at ours. All our friends and family keep telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and they specifically call out how amazing the vendor team and planning were. I wish I could get married again just to work with them. If you’re lucky enough to have Opihi Love plan your wedding, you are in the best possible hands!

Although our wedding was well over a year ago, I owe it to them to give credit where credit is due... Maile Maui Weddings honestly deserves all the accolades, and you’d be doing yourself a favor to work with them. Fawn truly went above and beyond to make sure our intimate wedding was the most magical experience. Even though it wasn’t a true elopement since it wasn’t a secret, I never in a million years thought I could be away from my loved ones for such a momentous occasion, but the biggest, fanciest, most expensive wedding could never top the joy, love, beauty, and intimacy we ultimately experienced. From the start, Fawn was extremely responsive and organized. She always followed up with me and made sure all my questions were answered and our needs and wants were being met. It’s honestly kind of odd to plan your whole wedding with a stranger from a distance, but I felt completely comfortable, even confident, every step of the way with Fawn’s guidance and support. When time came and hiccups arose (totally out of our control but hiccups are inevitable), Fawn went out of her way and took it upon herself to make sure that it was still stress free and just as beautiful as we hoped. Her efforts honestly made the hiccups better than the original plan, and she even secretly worked with my best friend from home and our vendors (who were all amazing btw) to plant surprises along the way to make sure we felt everyone’s love. Maile Maui Weddings will not let you down. My one piece of advice... Contact them ASAP and secure a date because they don’t work multiple weddings back to back because they feel each couple deserves their full attention. How about that?

Before I had decided to book our nation and my initial plan was to do all my decorations through DIY projects that I got off of Pinterest. It wasn't until four months away from my wedding that I pretty much threw in the towel with DIY and made the decision to meet with creative events. Carnation pretty much told me everything that I didn't want to hear but needed to hear. After my first meeting with her, I pretty much felt relieved and thankful that I decided to meet with her. Before I even walked out of the office I already had my down payment ready to give her. After my wedding I was actually sad that I'll be no longer working with her but, what I did tell her after making some of my final payments is " she's not done with me yet I'm going to call her when I have a baby shower, my kids birthday parties, all of the above she is going to be my event coordinator for the rest of my life, lol!

Kuuipo Wedding & Events did an outstanding job coordinating our wedding day. From the moment they arrived, everything was set up beautifully, and the day ran so smoothly. They were incredibly responsive when a last-minute issue arose—a fire closed the road to our venue for a short time, delaying guests and vendors. Kuuipo handled it effortlessly, keeping everything under control and making sure the timeline stayed on track. Working with Kuuipo was a breeze; they were friendly, easy to communicate with, and made me feel confident that everything was in great hands. While I didn’t see them much on the wedding day (which is exactly what you want from a coordinator—managing everything behind the scenes), I knew they were working hard to keep things running smoothly. They also did an amazing job with our wedding party, especially with so many kids involved. It’s not an easy task, but Kuuipo managed it like a pro. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stress-free, well-managed wedding day!

Brittany is amazing! We just had our wedding on the Ka'anapali Golf Course and it was absolutely perfect. She is super organized and the event was seamless. I would highly recommend `Olino Events for any event on Maui. Thank you Brittany for being so awesome!
