I got married 8/7/19 and used aloha ever after. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are getting married in Hawaii this is not only your best option (i thoroughly researched every single event coordinator and they were the highest rated and the best priced) but will also bring the aloha spirit to your wedding in a way i don't think is possible if you plan your own or go with another company. What i mean by this is Timory and Joel think of, plan, and coordinate EVERYTHING FOR YOU. All you have to do is show up. Literally. I wasn't stressed about a single detail and it far exceeded all of my expectations. The only anxiety i had was the morning of i had a thought cross my mind was this too easy? Is it possible that a wedding can actually be this stress free? The answer is YES! Everything was absolutely perfect. I am super picky about my hair and makeup so i was terrified that i wouldn't like who they sent over, what the lady sent over would do, or that she wouldnt show up or something. They coordinated everything for me and SHE WAS PHENOMENAL. My hair and makeup have never looked better. They also picked out an amazing florist. The flowers were perfect and exactly what i had in mind i don't know how they coordinated so perfectly what i wanted with the florist. The live ukulele was also so beautiful during the ceremony it was the perfect ambiance to the most beautiful beach wedding you have ever seen. I also loved the videographer they hired and the video ended up turning out so well. I really loved that i got to pick out what songs i wanted on it as now those songs will always be a reminder of our wedding. The ceremony was perfect for our tastes and was exactly what i had in mind. Joel did such a great job and has such a lovely speaking voice i was so thrilled with the entire ceremony. The length, what he said, the way he said it, everything was perfect and intimate and touching and i couldn't have done it better if i had planned everything meticulously myself. Timory is also an amazing photographer. I am really picky with pictures and often don't like the way i look in them. She made me feel so comfortable and i love the way she balanced getting all the special candid pictures i wanted with all the special posed pictures i wanted in the time we had without feeling rushed or like it was taking too long. This is also coming from someone who hates taking pictures and i really felt like i was able to be present in the moment and enjoy my special day while also get my picture taken which i have literally never been able to say. Timory is a gem and is such a joy to be around you will love having her at your wedding and the phenomenal pictures are just a bonus. We also got the coffee table photo album and it is truly a work of art. I LOVE it so much and it is not something i could have done myself or have gotten someone else to do a better job with. Timory actually being at your wedding and truly experiencing that joy with you comes out 100% in the way she puts your album together. You see that passion and love in the way she puts it together and it is truly beautiful. My husband and i were moved to tears when looking through it. I seriously love looking back on my wedding day and its all thanks to Timory and Joel. They have excellent taste and worked so hard to make sure that this was the best day of my life. They have excellent communication and will tailor everything to your specific tastes and make sure that everything is taken care of for you. All my friends talk about how stressed they were on their weddings and how they didn't get to enjoy the day and some of them talk about even crying out of being upset and stressed on their weddings and i simply just can't relate. The only tears i had were from being overwhelmed with love and happiness. Overall i can't recommend aloha weddings enough. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding with a true aloha spirit at extremely affordable prices you MUST book through aloha ever after. You will love working with Timory and Joel and your wedding day will be peaceful and stress free.

Hawaii Event Planners were fantastic. From the moment I spoke with Angela Miranda, I knew that I needed to look no further in my search for a wedding planner. I just had a feeling she knew what I needed. I have attended and been in a handful of weddings - ALL STRESSFUL...and mostly beautiful and fun too. Our wedding was just beautiful and fun, completely stress free. I always felt 100% certain that Angela had it handled, and she did. She seemed to know just the kind of wedding we wanted and executed it to perfection. We did a ceremony on the beach with a Hawaiian Minister. It was the most beautiful ceremony we could have imagined. We had pretty high expectations - and they were exceeded. My husband's parents were so moved - they have vowed to celebrate their 50th there with a vow renewal with the same Minister. IT WAS PERFECT. Following the wedding, we had a reception dinner that Angela helped to arrange at The Hukilau Lanai at The Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy. Again - AMAZING. My best friend was helping me get ready the morning of the wedding and mentioned that she was a bit jealous (lovingly!). She had wished she too had done a destination wedding as I had NO stress. Other family mentioned that they wished they had done it that way as well - and they meant it. I could not give Hawaii Event Planners a higher recommendation. Best day of my life!

I would like to thank you for making our wedding seamlessly easy and far beyond our expectations. Everyone involved made our day. Our officient was very special from making us feel at ease, her fluidity and the inflection in her voice filled our hearts. We haven’t received our photos yet as we only got married on April 21; we did receive the videos which made us cry all over again. (Because it was so good). Planning a wedding from so far away could have been nerve racking, instead your team made our dreams come true. We got married at the waterfall and additional pictures on the beach. I would recommend everyone choose this. What a beautiful place you all live in and we were thrilled to have been there for this grand event in our lives. Last but definitely not least we have to thank Hans and give a big shout out to all of his assistance. He was the reason our day was magical. Every time I spoke with him his infectious enthusiasm made us feel like children waiting in anticipation of the big reveal. He went beyond; giving us suggestions on dinner venues, making our reservations for our reception luau, places for sightseeing and giving these new island visitors ocean safety tips. His timeliness on returning our calls and making every detail count made this every girl’s dream, a wedding that will be remembered for a life time! Thank you all The newlyweds from Wisconsin

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Iben. She was super responsive to emails, always had answers to our questions, and reassured us of our decisions. Every time we spoke on the phone, my fiancé and I felt confident that all the planning was going smoothly. The day of our wedding went perfectly and we owe much of that to Iben's proactiveness. We can't recommend Weddings Kauai enough!

My husband wanted to arrange a wedding coordinator for our intimate, family-only beach wedding. At first I didn’t see why this would be worth it. However, after just a few conversations with Haunani, it became clear how invaluable her expertise and deep local connections would be to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. From the very beginning, Haunani was an absolute joy to work with. She went beyond arranging the major elements like securing the photographer(who was incredibly by the way). It was her thoughtful attention to detail that truly made all the difference. I appreciated how effortlessly she managed every aspect, providing me with a sense of peace and assurance. It truly felt like she cared for our wedding as if it were her own. A few highlights of her exceptional service. -She helped us secure our wedding license appointment, saving us a second trip across the island as to not disrupt our vacation -Shared perspective on locations options (you don’t want to accidentally pick a beach location that requires a dirty/muddy hike to get to) -She made sure we had clear directions to the ceremony site, so we never worried about getting lost. -Haunani even arranged for backup plans in case of rain—a necessity in the Princeville area. -Throughout the process, she provided gentle, timely reminders to keep us on track and stress-free. When I think back on the deeply meaningful ceremony Haunani created for our blended family, I’m filled with gratitude and joy. She made the day truly magical, and we will forever cherish the memories. Mahalo, Haunani!

I was looking up Katrama who did our wedding 10 years ago. We are back for 10 year anniversary to check out the sites! She was wonderful then and we hope she will be here for a vow renewal when we return again!

Heather is a joy to work with and I had a blast planning my wedding with her. There is a reason so many reviews keep saying planning with her is like planning with a friend, it is really true. And trust me, that makes a massive difference in what the experience of being the bride is like. She was a problem solver, flexible, fun, and nailed our vision (coming from a creative professional who is particular!) I'm a very anxious person but I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day because she had it all handled seamlessly. I could go on, but the bottom line is I referred her to my own sister who is getting married next, and that says it all--she's part of our ohana now!

Marcia did all the work. She gave a wonderful ceremony with all the trimmings that I choice. Flowers, doves, musician, etc... all were great. My wedding did not cost a million dollars, but I informed everyone that I had a million dollar wedding, due to it being so great! Thank you Marcia. Still married and very happy! You're the best!

Yes, it was a great experience, simple wedding on the beach/rock out-corping. My wife have plenty of pictures and wonderful memories, nasal flute, Hawaiian salt cleasing, drink from a coconut to show our union, plenty of flowers. I would recommend David and Marsha, very comfortable people.

My husband and I were married on Anini Beach on 2/14/20. Dale was fabulous and so professional. She was very responsive when we had any questions. We are so pleased with the ceremony. Thank you!
