I got married 8/7/19 and used aloha ever after. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are getting married in Hawaii this is not only your best option (i thoroughly researched every single event coordinator and they were the highest rated and the best priced) but will also bring the aloha spirit to your wedding in a way i don't think is possible if you plan your own or go with another company. What i mean by this is Timory and Joel think of, plan, and coordinate EVERYTHING FOR YOU. All you have to do is show up. Literally. I wasn't stressed about a single detail and it far exceeded all of my expectations. The only anxiety i had was the morning of i had a thought cross my mind was this too easy? Is it possible that a wedding can actually be this stress free? The answer is YES! Everything was absolutely perfect.

I am super picky about my hair and makeup so i was terrified that i wouldn't like who they sent over, what the lady sent over would do, or that she wouldnt show up or something. They coordinated everything for me and SHE WAS PHENOMENAL. My hair and makeup have never looked better.

They also picked out an amazing florist. The flowers were perfect and exactly what i had in mind i don't know how they coordinated so perfectly what i wanted with the florist.

The live ukulele was also so beautiful during the ceremony it was the perfect ambiance to the most beautiful beach wedding you have ever seen.

I also loved the videographer they hired and the video ended up turning out so well. I really loved that i got to pick out what songs i wanted on it as now those songs will always be a reminder of our wedding.

The ceremony was perfect for our tastes and was exactly what i had in mind. Joel did such a great job and has such a lovely speaking voice i was so thrilled with the entire ceremony. The length, what he said, the way he said it, everything was perfect and intimate and touching and i couldn't have done it better if i had planned everything meticulously myself.

Timory is also an amazing photographer. I am really picky with pictures and often don't like the way i look in them. She made me feel so comfortable and i love the way she balanced getting all the special candid pictures i wanted with all the special posed pictures i wanted in the time we had without feeling rushed or like it was taking too long. This is also coming from someone who hates taking pictures and i really felt like i was able to be present in the moment and enjoy my special day while also get my picture taken which i have literally never been able to say. Timory is a gem and is such a joy to be around you will love having her at your wedding and the phenomenal pictures are just a bonus. We also got the coffee table photo album and it is truly a work of art. I LOVE it so much and it is not something i could have done myself or have gotten someone else to do a better job with. Timory actually being at your wedding and truly experiencing that joy with you comes out 100% in the way she puts your album together. You see that passion and love in the way she puts it together and it is truly beautiful. My husband and i were moved to tears when looking through it.

I seriously love looking back on my wedding day and its all thanks to Timory and Joel. They have excellent taste and worked so hard to make sure that this was the best day of my life. They have excellent communication and will tailor everything to your specific tastes and make sure that everything is taken care of for you.

All my friends talk about how stressed they were on their weddings and how they didn't get to enjoy the day and some of them talk about even crying out of being upset and stressed on their weddings and i simply just can't relate. The only tears i had were from being overwhelmed with love and happiness. Overall i can't recommend aloha weddings enough. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding with a true aloha spirit at extremely affordable prices you MUST book through aloha ever after. You will love working with Timory and Joel and your wedding day will be peaceful and stress free.

Joel and team did an awesome job. Very friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect way to have a stress free wedding and made it easy to keep calm and enjoy our special day. The flowers were beautiful and everything was so easy. Chris and I will remember the experience forever, so glad we chose to go with Aloha Ever After!

Joel and Timory were perfect wedding planners. From the very first phone call to the beautiful photos received, the service was personalized, efficient and excellent. The ala carte menu offered is ideal for making your wedding your very own. Joel was the ultimate minister and Timory was the best photographer ever! We are a lesbian couple, middle aged (well, maybe a little more than middle aged) and were made to feel like this was the most important day of our 23 year relationship. There couldn't possibly be a better company than Aloha Ever After!

We eloped in Hawaii recently and Joel and Timory were amazing. The weather on the day wasn't co-operating and Joel helped find us a new location at short notice that was simply perfect.

Every detail was handled and contingencies planned and executed, from completing proper applications, beach and site reservations to arranging for hair appointments. The wedding itself, was beautiful and simple, set in a lush romantic environment and conducted with a nice blending of humor and insightful thoughts. AlohaEverAfter was worth ever penny spent.

I worked with Timory to plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend (now fiance!). The proposal turned out perfectly in large part to Timory's professionalism, hard work, great communication and creative ideas. The cost is a little expensive, but it is well worth it if you want your proposal to go well. It all greatly reduces the stress level to have someone there who knows what they are doing and can help setup a romantic scene for your proposal. Right after the proposal and photo-shoot, Timory showed us a preview of the pictures she took and they looked absolutely beautiful. She knows exactly what to do in order to create the perfect pictures to capture the perfect moments. I highly recommend working with Timory and Joel!

Aloha Ever After, Timory and Joel, did our wedding planning and photography (Timory) for our wedding here on Kauai. We had our wedding at Kauai Beach Resort with about 50 guests. We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception in a tent on the lawn area.
Timory did a great job communicating throughout the entire journey of planning up until the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. I let her know my budget up front and not one time was I pressured to go above (which I feel is rare with a wedding coordinator/planner). We absolutely loved our setup/tent, decor, cake and DJ (DJ mike) that she hired and worked with. Everything looked amazing with the beach right next to us and the lighting and the way the colors were put together.
By the end of the night we had everyone raving how great everything was! Every guest was having the best time and the groom and I were extremely happy! It is an incredible feeling at the end of the night knowing there is not one thing you would have wanted differently-huge thanks to Timory and Joel for that! They really care about the bride/groom and are willing to go above and beyond to make the day special and flawless! As we just got married, as soon as we get our pictures back, we will let you all review readers know how the photography turns out!

From the moment I contacted Aloha Ever After and spoke with Joel, he understood my wishes and helped plan every aspect of the wedding and ceremony. The communication over the past few months was excellent. On the day of our wedding we were planning to go to Anahola Beach, unfortunately it began to rain hard and wouldn't let up. It was raining on most areas of the island and we were unfamiliar with the island. Joel and Timory gave us options to relocate the ceremony or even change the day and when we insisted on keeping the day they helped us find a location that had a pavilion. It turned out to be a stunning location on Lydgate Beach. The ceremony that Joel performed was beautiful and felt like it was tailored to us. The ceremony was very special and intimate. We couldn't be more grateful that Joel and Timory were a part of our special day and I would like to give a big thanks and high review on the musician that they chose, Amy.
