  Perfect Wedding

  Joel and team did an awesome job. Very friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect way to have a stress free wedding and made it easy to keep calm and enjoy our special day. The flowers were beautiful and everything was so easy. Chris and I will remember the experience forever, so glad we chose to go with Aloha Ever After!

  Joel and Timory were perfect wedding planners. From the very first phone call to the beautiful photos received, the service was personalized, efficient and excellent. The ala carte menu offered is ideal for making your wedding your very own. Joel was the ultimate minister and Timory was the best photographer ever! We are a lesbian couple, middle aged (well, maybe a little more than middle aged) and were made to feel like this was the most important day of our 23 year relationship. There couldn't possibly be a better company than Aloha Ever After!

  Amazing Wedding planner and photography

  Aloha Ever After did not disappoint! Joel and Timory were absolutely amazing! We live in AL so their prompt and professional communication made me feel at ease while planning our ceremony. We wanted a simple, stress free and intimate ceremony and they nailed it! Timory did an exceptional job on our photos capturing every moment for us! We can’t thank them enough for our magical wedding day!! Highly recommend! Mahalo Joel and Timory!

  Aloha spirit wedding- I highly recommend

  I got married 8/7/19 and used aloha ever after. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are getting married in Hawaii this is not only your best option (i thoroughly researched every single event coordinator and they were the highest rated and the best priced) but will also bring the aloha spirit to your wedding in a way i don't think is possible if you plan your own or go with another company. What i mean by this is Timory and Joel think of, plan, and coordinate EVERYTHING FOR YOU. All you have to do is show up. Literally. I wasn't stressed about a single detail and it far exceeded all of my expectations. The only anxiety i had was the morning of i had a thought cross my mind was this too easy? Is it possible that a wedding can actually be this stress free? The answer is YES! Everything was absolutely perfect.
  
  I am super picky about my hair and makeup so i was terrified that i wouldn't like who they sent over, what the lady sent over would do, or that she wouldnt show up or something. They coordinated everything for me and SHE WAS PHENOMENAL. My hair and makeup have never looked better.
  
  They also picked out an amazing florist. The flowers were perfect and exactly what i had in mind i don't know how they coordinated so perfectly what i wanted with the florist.
  
  The live ukulele was also so beautiful during the ceremony it was the perfect ambiance to the most beautiful beach wedding you have ever seen.
  
  I also loved the videographer they hired and the video ended up turning out so well. I really loved that i got to pick out what songs i wanted on it as now those songs will always be a reminder of our wedding.
  
  The ceremony was perfect for our tastes and was exactly what i had in mind. Joel did such a great job and has such a lovely speaking voice i was so thrilled with the entire ceremony. The length, what he said, the way he said it, everything was perfect and intimate and touching and i couldn't have done it better if i had planned everything meticulously myself.
  
  Timory is also an amazing photographer. I am really picky with pictures and often don't like the way i look in them. She made me feel so comfortable and i love the way she balanced getting all the special candid pictures i wanted with all the special posed pictures i wanted in the time we had without feeling rushed or like it was taking too long. This is also coming from someone who hates taking pictures and i really felt like i was able to be present in the moment and enjoy my special day while also get my picture taken which i have literally never been able to say. Timory is a gem and is such a joy to be around you will love having her at your wedding and the phenomenal pictures are just a bonus. We also got the coffee table photo album and it is truly a work of art. I LOVE it so much and it is not something i could have done myself or have gotten someone else to do a better job with. Timory actually being at your wedding and truly experiencing that joy with you comes out 100% in the way she puts your album together. You see that passion and love in the way she puts it together and it is truly beautiful. My husband and i were moved to tears when looking through it.
  
  I seriously love looking back on my wedding day and its all thanks to Timory and Joel. They have excellent taste and worked so hard to make sure that this was the best day of my life. They have excellent communication and will tailor everything to your specific tastes and make sure that everything is taken care of for you.
  
  All my friends talk about how stressed they were on their weddings and how they didn't get to enjoy the day and some of them talk about even crying out of being upset and stressed on their weddings and i simply just can't relate. The only tears i had were from being overwhelmed with love and happiness. Overall i can't recommend aloha weddings enough. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding with a true aloha spirit at extremely affordable prices you MUST book through aloha ever after. You will love working with Timory and Joel and your wedding day will be peaceful and stress free.

  I worked with Timory to plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend (now fiance!). The proposal turned out perfectly in large part to Timory's professionalism, hard work, great communication and creative ideas. The cost is a little expensive, but it is well worth it if you want your proposal to go well. It all greatly reduces the stress level to have someone there who knows what they are doing and can help setup a romantic scene for your proposal. Right after the proposal and photo-shoot, Timory showed us a preview of the pictures she took and they looked absolutely beautiful. She knows exactly what to do in order to create the perfect pictures to capture the perfect moments. I highly recommend working with Timory and Joel!

I let her know my budget up front and not one time was I pressured to go above (which I feel is rare with a wedding coordinator/planner). We absolutely loved our setup/tent, decor, cake and DJ (DJ mike) that she hired and worked with. Everything looked amazing with the beach right next to us and the lighting and the way the colors were put together.
  By the end of the night we had everyone raving how great everything was! Every guest was having the best time and the groom and I were extremely happy! It is an incredible feeling at the end of the night knowing there is not one thing you would have wanted differently-huge thanks to Timory and Joel for that! They really care about the bride/groom and are willing to go above and beyond to make the day special and flawless! As we just got married, as soon as we get our pictures back, we will let you all review readers know how the photography turns out!

The communication over the past few months was excellent. On the day of our wedding we were planning to go to Anahola Beach, unfortunately it began to rain hard and wouldn't let up. It was raining on most areas of the island and we were unfamiliar with the island. Joel and Timory gave us options to relocate the ceremony or even change the day and when we insisted on keeping the day they helped us find a location that had a pavilion. It turned out to be a stunning location on Lydgate Beach. The ceremony that Joel performed was beautiful and felt like it was tailored to us. The ceremony was very special and intimate. We couldn't be more grateful that Joel and Timory were a part of our special day and I would like to give a big thanks and high review on the musician that they chose, Amy. The pictures came out beautiful and the overall experience was perfect. If you are thinking about using Aloha Ever After no need to look anywhere else! I am a detail person, and he responded to every one of my calls and emails promptly, making sure that all of the details were taken care of and my questions were answered. He was prompt on the day of our ceremony, and our ceremony was just perfect! He allowed us to make it whatever we wanted it to be, and it was awesome! My flowers were beautiful! Joel and Timory will do as much or as little as you want them to do. Whatever details or services you want taken care of, they can address.   We're really grateful for the amazing job Aloha Ever After did arranging, executing and photographing our family gathering to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary.
  
  Here are some things that really stood out as important to me.
  - How we found them: We interviewed 3 or 4 different event coordinators by phone from the mainland. Aloha Ever After were the only ones that clearly got what we were trying to achieve, and were so warm, engaging and intuitive by phone that we immediately knew we could trust them and would enjoy working with them. (We were completely right, for the record.)
  - The plan for the ceremony evolved as we discussed it with Caitlin, and ended up being far more...well, everything, than we could ever have conceived on our own.
  - The ceremony itself, cowritten with Joel, was thoughtful, gentle, meaningful and eloquent. Joel had just the right demeanor - a mix of gravitas, warmth and cheer - to make the ceremony really special. It was so well done that it brought most of the family to tears with joy and love.
  - The floral arrangements (made personally by Caitlin) and overall decor for the dinner were simply spectacular - fresh, elegant, lush, tropical and stunning. Accompanied by subtle, thoughtfully conceived lighting and accents, the decor was a work of art.
  - The dinner and dessert were, by request, pretty complicated, but were handled wonderfully. The quality of the food was superb, and the service and timing of service were graceful and inconspicuous.
  - The photography was simply spectacular in its outcome. Timory has a wonderful, intuitive eye for seeing just the right pose or just the right spontaneous moment to perfectly capture not just image but feeling. She also had a great knowledge of the event location and the island environs, and chose just the right settings, backgrounds and locations for our group photos. We can't imagine having better photographic reminders of our ceremony, dinner and family poses.

  We're really grateful for the amazing job Aloha Ever After did arranging, executing and photographing our family gathering to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary.
  
  Here are some things that really stood out as important to me.
  - How we found them: We interviewed 3 or 4 different event coordinators by phone from the mainland. Aloha Ever After were the only ones that clearly got what we were trying to achieve, and were so warm, engaging and intuitive by phone that we immediately knew we could trust them and would enjoy working with them. (We were completely right, for the record.)
  - The plan for the ceremony evolved as we discussed it with Caitlin, and ended up being far more...well, everything, than we could ever have conceived on our own.

  My partner and I had a more elaborate wedding ceremony and reception in Atlanta, Georgia with family and friends and then flew to Hawaii for our honeymoon and civil ceremony. We wanted something simple, yet lovely, and Joel and Timory delivered without a doubt. They made the process simple, but it was imbued with meaning and the importance that such a moment should have. Our pictures are lovely, and we received them back with lightning speed. A million thanks to these two for making our civil ceremony everything we could have asked for!

  Timory and Joel of Aloha Ever After made planning a wedding thousands of miles away a piece of cake! Through numerous emails and phone calls Timory and Joel took care of everything! When the leis we'd wanted weren't available after a hurricane (good enough excuse lol) Timory got together with the florist for fantastic replacements! I don't know how many times I said "Why do people get so stressed out over a wedding!". We were so relaxed we got to actually enjoy the whole ceremony! They helped us select a nice little area on the beach during sunset, musician, photographs taken along with lots of laugh. Mahalo for making our special day just that much more special!! We will be pass you name along to anyone saying they'd like to get married on Kauai!! Aloha Sue and Sandy

As you know great photography was one of my "top 3" things I wanted for the day.  Not going to lie I was a tad worried just cause I hadn't seen many of Eugenia's photos, but I was and am overjoyed with her amazing photos and how comfortable she made the whole family feel!  She also was able to stay an extra hour upon request yay! We got married on 11/11/13 on Kauai, and Timory was our angel throughout the entire process. She organized everything from the photography, videography and photo booth to the beautiful custom centerpieces. Timory is extremely efficient and pays very close attention to detail, which all brides know is very important on the big day. Beside her in-depth professionalism, she also played a coaching role for the entire bridal party throughout the day, which was very welcomed with her sweet nature and years of experience with weddings. She went above and beyond to keep all worries behind the scenes unknown to us so we could be peaceful and enlightened until the very last dance at the end of the night. We cannot thank her and her team enough for making our wedding day the happiest day of our lives! Mahalo!
