Maui wedding 2024

Tori was our wedding coordinator for our 60 person event at Sugar Beach Events on 12.12.24. We picked Tori after interviewing a dozen coordinators. Her responsiveness and accessibility from the onset was what set her apart from the rest. As a native new yorker and type A personality – it was such a blessing and relief when I knew Tori would respond ASAP to any issues, questions or requests. This, combined with her service level and price packages made selecting her easy.

Tori was available for unlimited support and discussions through the entire process. She provided vendor recommendations and participated in many of the vendor discussions. She was very proactive in chasing down vendors – even visiting them on site to ensure we got the best for our event. She managed our day of timeline and was incredibly creative in solving pain points for us – she even went above and beyond to manage our event transportation (divers, van rentals etc). Access to her stash of wedding materials (frames, candles, linens, etc) were SO helpful, especially when it comes to destination weddings. We also added Tori’s services to our welcome drinks event, which she decorated and set up for us. Throughout the entire process it was clear how much Tori cared for us and wanted or wedding events to go smoothly, be memorable and for us to really enjoy ourselves!

We were grateful for Tori’s years of wedding planning experience and dedication to US throughout the entire process. Thank you Tori!

Tori is the best wedding planner I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly artistic and truly passionate about what she does—something that comes through in every interaction.

October Wedding

Tori helped plan my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the venue to the ceremony and the reception that followed, every detail came together beautifully. Tori supported the bride and groom throughout the planning process, offering guidance, organization, and support while honoring their vision. Berg Harrington wedding was fabulous!

The Best Wedding Planner!!

We are unbelievably grateful for Tori! She did a fantastic job in the planning of our wedding and executing our vision on the day. Throughout the process we felt heard and empowered to have the event of our dreams. Her experience and knowledge of the wedding industry is clear from the moment you meet her all the way until the final minute of your special day. We knew that in her hands we could simply enjoy our wedding and not stress about the little things. Our day would not be the special time it was without her.

Her true expertise shines through with every meeting, contract negotiation and conversation. This alone is a reason to trust her with your wedding but what we valued most was her attention to detail. The seemingly small things that make the biggest impact. Knowing our parents and siblings names, making sure she was the only person to handle our family’s antique cake cutting set, checking in with us before we walk down the aisle to help us feel centered and calm. The reality is there are a million things that Tori did for us that we will never know. Tiny fires that she put out with ease and professionalism and without anyone knowing. We are forever grateful to Tori for making our wedding the best day of our lives and we would recommend her and have been recommending her to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Impressive and Fabulous from Start to Finish

I attended a wedding Tori did at Sugar Beach and she did a fabulous job. I was amazed how smoothly everything went. We were all dancing and having a great time. Having the wedding right at the beach was next level. I was amazed by how well Tori handled every detail, and there were many. The guests were all impressed with how everything was so organized but felt so relaxed. We never felt like we were rushed, neglected, bored, or uninformed. The decor was gorgeous and the entertainment was epic. The food was the best I have had at any wedding. Most importantly, our friends, the Bride and Groom, had the best time ever spending quality time with all of us. We didn’t even need to worry about transportatio because Tori arranged for vans to pick us up and take us to and from wedding. I highly recommend Tori of Celebrations by Tori.

Could not do it without tori!

We thought we could plan our own wedding and hire a day of coordinator so we could enjoy our wedding day. Tori and a few other companies offered Day of Coordination, so we contacted them, but Tori stood out for many reasons. Her email response was personalized and not some generic response like the others. She wanted to actually speak to us to get to know us instead of just booking us. What really stood out was her passion and her energy---it's authentic and infectious. Fast forward to hiring her for full service planning, which was amazing. Tori made us feel at ease and had everything under control. She always had the best ideas and suggestions, and she was able to connect us with the best professionals who cared about making our wedding special. Tori is thoughtful about everything and she makes sure the wedding day runs smoothly. We didn't need to worry about anything, and appreciated that she looked after us and our guests the entire time. Hiring Celebrations by Tori was the best decision we made for our wedding day.

Excellent wedding planner!

We are so happy with how everything turned out for our wedding thanks to Tori and her efforts coordinating with the entire wedding team. We contacted Tori when we had an idea of what our wedding should look like, but we hadn’t locked down a venue yet in Hawai’i. Tori helped us identify the perfect location, and that kicked off our wedding planning efforts. Tori was very organized with her planning materials and on the calls that we had with her, taking down notes for every little detail over the course of ~11-12 months.

Tori is very experienced and knowledgeable about how to run various types of weddings, and she worked with us to plan our wedding within our budget and vision, suggesting the perfect combination of vendors and designs to include. We wanted to be conscious of our budget despite planning a wedding in Hawaii and were very happy with how everything turned out. On wedding day, you can trust Tori to lead the charge and get everyone on the same page to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Tori suggested all of our vendors and organized meetings and information with those vendors to ensure a successful wedding. Tori was available for calls and very responsive to our questions throughout the planning process. We would definitely recommend Tori for your wedding, especially if it’s in Hawai’i!

Worth Every Dollar and More!

I was a very involved Groom, and while we splurged on our selections, we did have a budget. Tori made sure we had the wedding we envisioned AND that we stayed in budget. Although I did not think I would enjoy the wedding planning process, Elizabeth and I looked forward to our phone meetings with Tori. We just spent Christmas Eve with our family and everyone is still raving about how special our wedding turned out. It was beyond anything we could have imagined, let alone planned and executed on our own. Thank you, Tori! You and your team are fantastic.

I was in my friend’s wedding party and could not get over how “on it” Tori is the entire time. She doesn’t miss a beat. I wish my planner had been more like her for our wedding!
My friend was never stressed while planning her wedding. She was completely calm on her wedding day. Everything was perfect.
I don’t know how much my friend paid for peace of mind, but I can tell you whatever she paid, it was worth it!
(My friend is VERY private and does not want her wedding date or photos shared, but trust me, it was stunning and FUN!)

Could not have done this without Tori!

Tori needs to write a book and do videos about wedding planning. She is the BEST. So refreshing to have someone so transparent and attentive. She actually LISTENED to what we wanted and made it all work. No ask was too big for her. Tori made everything possible for us. She has an extensive and impressive network of professionals who all went above and beyond for us. We always felt comfortable and stress-free when we spoke with Tori, and we never worried about a thing. We knew she had everything under control and would be able to represent us well when making any decisions. She absolutely knows everything about wedding planning and has a comprehensive understanding of everyone's services involved so that nothing is overlooked. From day one, Tori thought of things we never would have considered on our own, so we knew we had made the right decision to hire a planner. Throughout our planning and on the wedding day, we knew Tori would take care of every detail. Little did we know she would also have so many amazing surprising personal touches for us! A perfect day!

Tori was incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. I’d asked our venue to recommend planners they’d worked with before, and one of the names they shared was Tori. I looked up her Instagram, and one of the pictures she had shared was spam musubi as the late-night snack for one of the weddings she’d recently coordinated. I think immediately I knew our vision for our wedding would meld perfectly with Tori’s – fun, approachable, high-energy, gorgeous but not overly formal, and when we first spoke on the phone there was an instant connection. Her extensive experience was also reassuring for us, since we live in California. She was very thorough, and at least a full month before we flew to Maui everything was settled and all that was left was for us to show up.

Tori has deep roots in Hawaii and connected us to the best vendors. They were all amazing to work with, and clearly love working with her. She not only helped us with every aspect of the wedding, but also gave us recommendations for the pre-wedding Beach Day we wanted to throw for our guests. Thanks to her we went to an amazing beach (not well-known to tourists), and were able to easily rent beach equipment and games for the perfect prelude to the big day. The wedding itself was perfect, and huge credit for that is due to Tori and her team. She has a sharp eye for design and everything was appointed beautifully. Every recommendation she’d made, around furniture, flowers, etc., was perfect, and we were thankful we’d listened to her. She even surprised us with countless additional details throughout the wedding. Tori has an abundance of awesome ideas, and one suggestion we took was having a flower bar during cocktail hour, with an instructor showing guests how to create leis. We loved coming back from our portrait session to see every one of our guests rocking flowers—it was a huge hit. Tori was reading the room and adjusting the schedule to flow seamlessly, for example having us move a couple speeches earlier, to while orders were being taken, to break them up and feel less long. Obviously we had spam musubi (and ube cookies) as late-night snacks for the guests on their way out, and as a final surprise Tori had set up an extraordinary amount of flowers in our hotel room, along with a display of our tribute photos.

Tori is genuine and caring, and her design for our wedding felt very personal and tailored to us as a couple. She can be a mad scientist when you need creativity and vision, and then be efficient and organized when things need to get done. We were truly so lucky to work with her and will forever be thankful for her enormous role in the best day of our lives. Photos by Melia Lucida

Guests Agree- 5 Stars!

Our experience with Tori and her team of miracle workers was nothing short of spectacular.

My husband and I keep reminiscing about our wedding day, and we agree that we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day.

From the day we hired Tori, she made wedding planning so much fun. That doesn't mean I didn't stress when guests didn't respond, or that I wasn't worried about everything because I am a control freak. But, Tori always assured me that she had our best interests at heart and would take care of everything for us.

I was hesitant to hire a coordinator at first because I was worried that they would take up a lot of our budget. Tori was different from everyone we interviewed. Not only did she save us money, but she even surprised us with little personalized details based on the information in our interview.

Tori very obviously LOVES what she does and you can easily see how much everyone loves working with her. No matter how many people are coming at her with questions, or how crazy the questions and requests are, she maintains her beautiful smile and tries to accommodate everyone. Her smile and positive energy puts everyone at ease, and she is prepared with anything you might need, from bandaids and sunscreen to cake knife and sewing kits. Don't get me wrong, she is honest and direct so that there is not any miscommunication or misunderstandings. Every detail is documented and she does not miss a beat. But she is FUNNY and FUN, and that energy made it possible for us trust Tori with everything from the day we hired her.

We are so grateful for Tori's creativity and attention to detail, as well as her straightforwardness and out-of-the-box strategizing to create a wedding day that we are all still referring to as the best day of our lives.

Made our wedding dreams come true!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Tori. We had our wedding in a tricky venue on the beach, but Tori was so amazing to work with and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Tori was easy to communicate with, was flexible and helped us stay within our budget. Tori truly did a great job of making my vision come to life, and made sure the day of everything ran smoothly so we could just entire our special day. Worth every penny

AMAZING! Kept amazing control of our fun and rowdy group while still keeping it fun! She made my friend's wedding STUNNING! The whole day ran so smoothly, from getting ready to getting us all out of there on time. Her vendors LOVE HER! They hug and have fun, and she always has a smile. NOTHING stressed her out, not even the weather. Tori never lost her cool and my friend remained calm and collected the entire time! We attend a lot of weddings and I hardly ever see the bride and groom eat or have fun with their friends. Tori made sure they had their drinks and sat to eat, and she made sure there was a lot of time to dance and have fun. I really loved how one part of the wedding flowed to the next part. Incredibly organized, well-timed, and everything aligned beautifully. SO IMPRESSED! A lot of us were saying how we wished she had been our coordinator for our weddings! If you want to get married and have someone who thinks of everything (she shared some great wedding hacks with us!) and handles all of the stress for you, then you need to hire Tori! Her design skills are out of the box and she has the best suggestions to personalize every aspect of your day. Celebrations by Tori is worth EVERY PENNY!!!

Tori was everything I needed

We worked with Tori for our wedding planning. She was amazinggg, and I can’t recommend her enough . She would let me know if there was anything that would put us over budget and she would suggest something similar but cheaper. She made sure I had nothing to worry about on the day of, and to be honest my wedding was everything I have ever wanted. I had wedding planners telling me my vision was not possible with my budget and Tori made it all possible .

A magical experience

If I could give Tori more than 5 stars, I would! Our guests are STILL raving about our wedding and welcome party! We could not have done ANY of it without Tori. One of the things we most appreciated was her honesty about costs. She told us that our budget was not realistic for our vision and she was RIGHT. Even with her discounts, we still went over budget but it was SO WORTH IT! They say you get what you pay for and we paid more than $1000 per guest for the wedding day (60 guests). How much is peace of mind worth to you? Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Tori helped us personalize our wedding so it truly stood out from the others. There are many pretty weddings on Maui, but many of them look the same. That is easy to see on IG and Pinterest. Ours was highly personalized and expressed the two of us while including our guests in many interactive experiences. I am sure things went wrong behind the scenes, but we never knew about them. Tori always came out with a smile, even when it was raining, windy, hot beyond belief, and when others were coming at her with a barage of questions. She is calm under pressure and uses humor to get through everything. My bridesmaids were impressed with how calm she kept me because I am a control freak. While Tori is incredibly detail oriented and organized, weather and people can change those plans. She knows all of the ins and outs of the venues, the professionals, and the design, which helped us to make many critical decisions in a timely manner. Even when I had no idea what I wanted, she asked me the right questions to create a vision that I could not articulate. Tori is on site from the time your rentals are delivered to the time they are removed from your venue. When we spoke with one of the rental companies, we were told that she is one of the very few planners who actually do this, which they truly appreciate. Our wedding was a production and she is not only directing others, she is hands-on with everything. It is impressive to watch. Since we got ready at the venue, we were able to observe her all day. You know, you read reviews about people and sometimes question their authenticity. I mean, how does someone like Tori have so many amazing reviews? I am here to tell you the 5 star reviews are 100% truth. The entire planning experience was magical, and it all goes by so quickly on your wedding day. Tori will tell you to look at everything as you make your way down the aisle and take it all in. She will explain that it is like a movie in your head and pass quickly after a year of planning. This could not be truer. If you want someone HONEST, TALENTED, DETAIL ORIENTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, EXPERIENCED, HARD-WORKING... someone who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for you...TORI is your girl! I promise that regardless of what happens to alter your plans on your day, she will work hard to make everything work out according to plan or better. Everything was absolutely amazing and perfect! We are already talking about a vow renewal for our first anniversary!

Could never have done this without Tori!

If you are looking for someone who really knows her stuff, then go no further than Celebrations by Tori. We were supposed to get married in 2020 and had to reschedule our wedding for 2021. Tori kept us calm and excited the entire time, even though our plans changed a lot of times.

I hired Tori after already hiring my photographer and picking my venue. Even though Tori had not worked with my photographer before, she was open to working with her and shared all of the wedding details. My photographer said she had never worked with a more organized and detail oriented wedding planner!

Our guest count changed, our date changed, our details changed, but Tori kept us informed in her summary and never let us feel discouraged. Everyone was surprised at how calm I was on my wedding day (I'm sort of a control freak!) , but I knew Tori and her team had it all under control.

Go with the flow and enjoy your wedding. It happens once. It happens quickly. She told me before I walked down the aisle to look around and take it all in, because it would be one of the only thing I'd remember and that it happens so quickly. She explained it's like a movie that happens so quickly. She was RIGHT!

If you are looking for a fluffy "yes" person who makes you think it will all work out but then doesn't make it actually work out, that is not Tori. If you want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly, so you can make the best decision for yourself, then TORI IS YOUR GIRL!

Dream wedding in the midst of COVID

Let me just start this out by saying Tori did an amazing job with our wedding and kept us within COVID compliance. Just weeks before our big day the Governor of Hawaii reinstated their COVID mandate and Tori was on it! She sent in an application to Maui County on behalf of us so we could have the wedding we had been planning for. She ensured a compliance officer took our guests' temperatures and had them sign COVID liability forms upon entry at the venue. If she could make our wedding a dream, it’d be great to see what she could do without having to spend time on COVID mandate compliance.

My husband and I hired Tori in the middle of wedding planning, after we had our "big ticket" items booked. However, we both reached a point where we knew we were overwhelmed with planning a wedding on Maui living in Washington state. I grew up on Maui and have family/friends who helped us a lot, but none who are professional wedding planners that make you think about every little detail.

Tori was very gracious not working with her regular vendors and was very honest in her thoughts/recommendations for basically everything. We loved her honesty on our budget and she made fantastic suggestions to keep us within that. She is extremely organized and did well in creating an on-point timeline. She set realistic deadlines for us along the way, which decreased my stress a lot!

She is very direct in her communication style, which to my mother-in-law, was slightly disrespectful during our rehearsal. HOWEVER, all was well after seeing our Catholic and Persian ceremonies run smoothly, as well as seeing the décor beautifully setup (specifically the Sofreh Aghd). We also thought she was always respectful and professional. Her responses are timely and any time we felt we needed a phone conversation she was able to fit us in within 2-4 days of our request.

The day of, Tori made sure I didn't stress about anything and kept us on schedule despite me screwing up the start time for our Persian ceremony on our website. Everything looked amazing and she set up all of our personalized items exactly how we wanted. Tori is the planner for you if you want a respectful professional, who listens to what you truly want/need even if you may not know what that is at the moment.

Impeccable

Working with Tori was a great experience. In the midst of Covid, she made sure our wedding was compliant with regulations which protected us and our guests. Tori handled everything that was necessary to ensure we could get married on the day that we've planned over the last year.

She knows her stuff, she made us feel comfortable, and was instrumental in the success of our event.

Many of our guests mentioned that this was the best wedding they've been to and we owe a lot of that success to Tori. I'd recommend her 10 out of 10 times to anyone else.

Amazing, professional, and savvy wedding planner!!

I'm so thankful I found Tori and her team. I could NOT have planned my wedding without her basically holding my hand the entire way. Our destination wedding in Hawaii was a huge success once I realized I could not do it myself. After choosing our wedding venue we were stuck. Tori explained the contract to us so that we knew what we had to provide. After hiring her for her full service package, we easily planned rentals, flowers, decor, musicians, photographer, videographer, and all of the other tiny details that originally had been a challenge.

I interviewed A LOT of planners who all say they do this and that. Tori stood out from the beginning. I felt I could trust her. She didn't just say what she thought I wanted to hear, and she wanted to make my wedding about us and tell our story. Tori is kind, organized and extremely detail-oriented. I was so thankful that she thought of details I NEVER would have considered.

On my wedding day I didn't worry about a thing because I knew she had it handled. From ceremony to reception it was all I imagined and more. Her vendors executed her plan beautifully. If there were problems, I never knew about them. I promised to stay out of her way and let her handle everything. I enjoyed being pampered and being a bride. It has been a month since my wedding and everyone is still talking about how much fun and how beautiful it was.

A happy wedding guest

I attended a wedding that Tori planned and she was truly amazing. I was in absolute awe of how hard she works the entire time and how accommodating she is to everyone. Whatever we needed or requested was handled professionally and expeditiously. My friends who hired her has nothing but positive things to say the whole time they planned their wedding. I could not believe how calm they were! Tori impressed me so much that I am hiring her in California to plan my husband’s birthday party. I can tell you that she is worth the investment

Tori is amazing!

Tori is truly amazing!!! Tori made our wedding day the most amazing day ever. She was great about communication, and was available at the most insane hours. I think she is always working! I never had to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Tori made every detail perfect- beyond my wildest imagination. Our family and friends are STILL talking about how she managed to make our day special even with the COVID rules. She had hand sanitizer for everyone and she even had a person hired to make sure everything was clean and according to the rules at the estate. The flowers were gorgeous. We had delayed our wedding because of COVID and were hesitant to have it in Hawaii because of the travel restrictions. BUT, it ALL worked out and we are so happy we went through with it. A special note...I did some research before the wedding and THOUGHT I had found the right people to hire. Tori gave me the pros and cons of each person we were considering, and we are SOOOO happy we went with her recommendations. Trust her because she KNOWS what she is doing. Thank you, Tori, for making our day the best ever!

Tori is amazing!

We wanted a destination wedding in our favorite place Maui - Tori made this possible and the 4 day wedding event was utterly spectacular - Tori interviewed us first to make sure we were a good fit - then she spent so many hours over the year of planning encouraging, inspiring and guiding us to the best venue and service providers - she had so many brilliant ideas that made the day so special - She personally brought so much uniqueness to our wedding! I can’t imagine having a destination wedding in Hawaii without her! I am very particular and she far exceeded any expectations! We recommend Tori as highly as possible!

My wife was at ease, which made ME at ease!

Loved our wedding. Tori was impressive. She kept us within our budget while creating the vibe and look we wanted for our wedding day. She put my wife at ease, which put ME at ease. I always felt she was honest with us about the quality and costs of the people she hired for our wedding, and I truly appreciated that. Worth more than 5 stars!

Marc and I have been engaged for 5 years and originally wanted to have our wedding at home in New York. It was getting too stressful with everyone wanting to be invited and involved, so we decided to do a smaller wedding in our favorite place of Hawaii. We were not sure which island would be best for us, but Tori helped us to figure that out in less than 5 minutes. She knows SO MUCH about all of the islands, its pros and cons, the different venues and vendors, the climate and activities, etc. that we only needed that 5 minutes with her to know we wanted her to plan our wedding. To freely speak with us and try to get to know us so she could help us before even hiring her???? It was a no brainer. Tori helped us through every step of planning when we hired her for her Total Package. She even gave us resources for some of the things we wanted to get on our own and bring with us, like kimonos for the bridesmaids, a personalized cake topper that coordinated with our theme, invitations, and more. Our wedding day was perfect. I KNOW there were things that happened and I never knew about them. Tori said we were on a NO NEED TO KNOW basis and to only know that everything is handled and perfect. I never ONCE worried or seemed stress, which seemed strange to my friends and family. I am usually a control freak about everything, but I felt totally calm and stress free knowing Tori had our backs and was taking care of everything for us. She worked so well with the hotel we booked for our wedding, including the rehearsal meet and greet and the day after brunch. Oh, and Tori helped us with those, too. We paid her extra but it was worth it!!! Not only is she incredibly detail-oriented, but my friends noticed she did extra things for the wedding to look even more beautiful. By the way, the vendors LOVE HER. They said she was one of their favorite coordinators to work with because she is organized and fun. She even dances a little when she is cleaning up! If you want an organized, detail-oriented. creative, personal, fun wedding planner? Then you need to hire Tori from Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers. You will not be disappointed!

I am not sure how we can even describe everything Tori has done for not just one event, but several over the years, including our wedding, vow renewals, and now even our son's Bar Mitzvah. She is not only the hardest working planner in the business, but she also is on top of everything from start to finish. When you hire Tori Rogers to plan your wedding, you are hiring the REAL DEAL! Not only did she have an abundance of great ideas for our wedding, but she kept us on our toes with her very detailed wedding summaries. Tori is incredibly detail oriented and organized, which kept us assured that our wedding was in very capable hands. When my friends asked why I was so calm on my wedding day, I just said that Tori had my back and I knew she would take care of anything that came up, and she did! Tori and her team of incredible professionals worked together to make our wedding beyond perfect. Everything was BETTER than we expected. She took the few ideas I presented to her and made our entire vision come to life. It helped that SHE was not stressed on our day because that kept me calm. My friends told me they had wished she had been their wedding coordinator because she was THAT fantastic. Tori is not a YES person, and we appreciated her direct and honest approach that she describes on her website. We trusted her immediately. Her extensive knowledge of the island and the vendors impressed us from our initial conversation. I especially liked that I was not passed around to different people in her company and only planned with her the entire time. She never complained about the many emails I sent, or my phone calls and texts. I knew she was planning other weddings, too, but she always made me feel important and like a priority. I know she is only taking a few weddings next year because of her book, so if you are lucky enough to hire her, HIRE HER!!!

Tori was awesome. She was very responsive and organized. Leading into the wedding she had created a document with all of the wedding itinerary and everything in one place. It made it really easy on us to express what we wanted and how it would happen. The day of was amazing. We didn't have to do anything but enjoy our day (and take a million pictures). We were super happy with Tori from the beginning to the end and we highly recommend her for your wedding. You won't be disappointed.

Tori assured us from the beginning that our wedding would be just as we imagined, and she definitely delivered! We had never been to Hawaii so we were doing all of our venue scouting and vendor ordering remotely. Tori recommended a flower supplier that gave us exactly the flowers we asked for. Our wedding was VERY focused on flowers (petals on the aisle, flowers on the back of each quest chair and on the chuppah, flowers on the cake table, etc.), so this was probably the most important part to get right and the flowers were stunning. Besides that, Tori got us the right chairs, farm tables for our guest welcome, cake, and water stations, and provided her own nice water dispensers for infused water. She also recommended the PERFECT officiant and ukulele player! On the day of the wedding, Tori was on site early with hired help to set everything up. It was ready promptly as guests arrived and Tori kept everything on time through a VERY TIGHT schedule at the venue. In the end, even though the day was over in a whirlwind, we thought we had the beautiful wedding of our dreams and can't wait to get our pictures. Many of our guests said they decided they will never see a more beautiful wedding. Thank you Tori!!

Tori was the best! I really liked her ideas and she was always very responsive. I live in Seattle and wanted to have a small destination wedding in Maui and she planned everything! She had lots of great ideas and I felt like I was in such good hands. She was a good listener and very organized. I also felt like she was understanding of our budget. She gave me a list of recommendations and reached out to all vendors. Our wedding was one to remember and it was largely due to Tori. I can't recommend her enough!

Tori Rogers is amazing in every way, she is truly an expert wedding coordinator. After answering just a few questions at our initial meeting she was able to capture the vision I had and start setting up all the right details to make our wedding day perfect. She followed up frequently and gave great advice on to make the big day go off without a hitch. During the wedding she was on top of every vendor and small detail and kept things flowing smoothly. Tori was worth every penny and then some. She put my mind at ease during the entire planning process and let me focus on enjoying the day for the actual event. Tori is an absolutely fabulous wedding coordinator! She herded our cats/goat rodeo of friends & family with ease & grace and coordinated everything seamlessly so I didn't have anything to worry about. Her knowledge of Maui, vendors, & the Kihei/Wailea area is invaluable for a bride planning a destination wedding! Every guest raved about how amazing everything was & it was all Tori from coordinating the ceremony, to reception space decor, to finding the perfect cupcake shop. Could not have had a more perfect wedding and I could not have done it without Tori!

After attempting to plan my wedding from Pennsylvania and becoming overwhelmed with finding the perfect vendors and venues, I knew I was going to need help. Once I spoke with Tori I knew that it was a good idea to hire someone who was so knowledgeable with wedding planning. We purchased Tori's "Help Me Finish My Wedding" package and I am so thankful that we did! Tori was able to lead me in the right direction with lists of referred vendors to help with decision making and finding quality service. She was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance during my planning process, and she even found small details that I overlooked to help me complete my wedding.

Tori's skills went beyond my expectations especially after seeing her in action during my wedding rehearsal! She kept everyone on track and on their toes so that things went smoothly and quickly.

Leading up to the wedding, it drove me crazy knowing that I wouldn't be able to help set up the reception and all the wedding decorations; however, I was blown away when I walked into the reception and saw every thing put together! Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have had Tori and her team's help during the day of my wedding!

If you are on the fence as to whether to hire a planner, I would recommend it a thousand times! It is totally worth having the extra help and to be able to know that all of your friends and family can have a great time and not be bothered with wedding details. And take my advice and hire Tori, she is the total package when it comes to wedding planning and is the most affordable on the island.

Tori and her team were absolutely amazing at transferring my dream Wedding from Pintrest, and making it a reality. I am what some would call a control freak and a bit of a perfectionist, but with Tori I trusted her expertise, and she came through big time! Not only was it everything I hoped for and more, but she also had a few surprises in store for us, that made our day just that more special. You will want to work with Tori if you have high expectations, and like things to be a certain way. Tori is precise, on the ball, and keeps people on their toes. She is just the person you want by your side to make sure things run smoothly, and even if they didn't you would never know because she solves problems quicker than you could notice them. Tori and her team of wedding experts are quite simply a dream. You want peace of mind during one of the most important and stressful events in your life - call Tori. She has answers and solutions to practically anything. From venues to decor, to the best vendors and everything in between, she has it down pat. I would highly recommend paying for her service and I guarantee you will receive a beautiful, less stressed, memorable wedding. without Tori my dream wedding would not have become a reality. Her connections in the field are priceless. But it's not just her business savvy that makes her such a wise investment. Tori is just a nice person. Tori picks up her phone or answers late night emails with helpful advice and ideas in a flash. Tori is a people person and knows how to deal with most any personality and obstacle. When I got to Hawaii, I knew things were takin care of and I knew I could relax and enjoy my time with friends and family. Tori and her team were always kind and courteous leading up to the day with the millions of requests we had. On the day of the wedding, I was amazed and speechless. Tori listened to me and learned my style to a T. What she did took real talent and patience and she did a spectacular job giving me exactly everything I dreamed of and more. She also took care of things I never would have thought of and was so attentive the day of the wedding. I guarantee she put in 15+ hours that day, a holiday, and I never saw her without a smile on her face. People are still calling me about how incredible it was and that my wedding was the prettiest wedding they had ever seen. Tori did a fantastic job preparing us for the wedding and orchestrating the wedding day. We only hired her for day-of coordination, but she put in a lot of work in advance going over our information, making sure we had everything we needed, and giving us advice on how to tie up all the loose ends. She was in the loop on all last-minute changes and had our back when some minor problems with the venue arose prior to the wedding. On the day of, she was always available and prepared to grab us a bite to eat/drink, hold on to valuable items, and deal with uncooperative family members and other distractions. Our relatively small wedding turned out just like we wanted in the end, and Tori was a big part of that. We'd highly recommend her.

Tori was awesome to work with! We had a destination wedding in Maui and Tori did all the pre-work for us, as well as onsite day-of details. We communicated via Email for over 6 months prior and she tended to every little detail and every request. She was professional and attentive and put all my worries at ease. She found a fabulous photographer and florist. She was easily reachable and truly made our wedding all that we wished for. I would absolutely recommend her!

Tori was awesome! When I first started planning my wedding, I soon felt overwhelmed and decided to hire a wedding planner. I found Tori by googling Wedding Planners Maui and just happened to pick the best. She was personable, fun, and assertive. We had a relatively small wedding with about 50 guests, on the beach. She got everyone organized, set up the ceremony area and took care of all the details that I didn't have the time to think about that day. All I did was show up! The only regret I have is not hiring her for out reception as well. We did it at a restaurant in Kihei and would have been much smoother had she been there.

Having a wedding thousands of miles away from home seems like an easy task....at first. Until the planning starts and then that is when the anxiety started! The questions we all ask - is this vendor the best? Is there someone else out there with the same qualifications to provide the quality we are wanting? There may have been but Tori nailed our vendors! Although we had her pulling her hair out from changing islands and venues, but when all was said and done it was like a lock and key! She found the vendors who were right for us and coordinated two separate photo locations! That is what matters, great communication, quality and what works best for your own vision. She helped us find ours from Dave Miyamoto the photographer, Henry the ukulele player our minister and definitely Vicky Nguyen for makeup! Can't thank Tori enough for helping our dreams come true!

Tori made our lives as simple as possible both leading up to our special day and on the wedding day itself. She was unbelievably helpful in selecting our vendors, and many of them offered unsolicited rebates/discounts just for working with her! These essentially covered her fees completely!!!

Tori was exactly what we needed... a type A go-getter who made sure everything went smoothly and that we didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything.

We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a planner in Hawaii... especially if you are traveling from afar.

My partner (now husband) and I recently hired Tori to plan our beach wedding in Oahu and we only have such wonderful things to report about this lady! What an amazing experience!
Having never been to Hawaii and planning everything from another country, I must say I was a little nervous at the outset. There are so many planners to choose from, how on earth are you meant to make such an important decision from so far away?
I carefully shortlisted a few companies but something about Tori stood out to me, maybe because her weddings did seem more individualised as opposed a stock standard product. I made a couple of calls, but knew from from the instant we spoke that I would hire her. She came across as such a warm, friendly and most of all, genuine person who really knows her stuff and loves what she does. Turns out it was the best decision ever!
The planning process was a breeze. Not many people can say that about planning their wedding! We met with Tori in Hawaii and I felt like I had known her for years. She briefed us on the process for our day and we both felt so at ease, knowing we were in good hands. The day was absolutely perfect, stress free and romantic. Full credit to Tori and every single one of her team who assisted on the day. Each and every one of them were incredible, from the make up artist and hair dresser, the amazing photographers, the celebrant and even down to the limo driver. They all added a special touch to our day and made it truly amazing!
If you are considering marrying in Hawaii, I would 100% recommend Tori and her team. Honestly, give her a call and you will see what I mean!
Tori, to you, a huge big heart felt THANK YOU for making our day so special! Whenever we think back on our day, we both smile from ear to ear! You are amazing and I wish you all the very best for the future! xxx

Tori made sure our wedding off without a hitch. We started planning with Tori about a year in advance from our wedding date. Tori provided us with a multitude of choices. It was stressful to plan from another state and not be able to see anything, but the day of the wedding met and exceeded all our expectations. The vendors that Tori enlisted were truly excellent (venue, catering, wedding cake, entertainment, etc.). And the day of the wedding, Tori really made sure that all we had to do on the day of was to show up and not worry about anything else. We highly recommend Tori if you are planning a destination wedding in Hawaii.

Tori was an amazing wedding planner. First off, I sent out 10'different emails to,wedding planners and Tori was the first to respond within the same day I sent my email!,so I chise her. She helped me make my wedding dream come true ! Getting married in Hawaii and living in Montreal, I was a bit stressed about planning a wedding. But she made it easy! She would send me pictures of things in order for me to make choices .. She was my eyes for everything .. It was wonderful! She is very well connected with a variety of vendors. I loved working with Tori and she has truly made our dream wedding come true. She has worked with me for 14 months for our wedding planning and day-of coordination for our destination wedding (we're originally from Singapore).

One of the best trait about Tori is she is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to important decision making. She was always spot-on when I asked advised on the budget estimate from venues to flower fees based on our guest count and vision. She helped me get a realistic understanding of what my budget would be so there was no last minute surprises and I was able to make adjustments in my wedding planning at a very early stage. By the end of the planning, I gave her 100% trust and that is exactly what you need to have with your planner.

Another trait I loved about Tori is how "fierce" she was - not implying that she was scary but that she made things happen. The night before our wedding, one of my dear family friend offered to perform a beautiful hula dance at the reception. I immediately contacted Tori and she happily took over and worked with the DJ and venue to make it happen. Tori made sure the week before + the day-of wedding was stress-free for my husband and me so we were able to enjoy our time our guests who traveled from abroad.

I also want to mention that Tori has the best connections and knowledge about wedding vendors on the island. I absolutely loved all the vendors she has recommended. Not only were there services top notch but they were friendly and easy going just like Tori.

I would recommend Tori to all the brides out there. She will be your planner, your advisor but most of all your friend during the whole process. That is exactly what you need when you are planning one of the biggest event in your life. Good luck to all the future brides and have fun planning!

Wanting to renew our vows, we went to the Wedding Expo and came across the Hawaii Bride and Groom magazine booth and entered the Valentine’s Day Wedding Contest. When Tori said we won, I knew it was a dream come true! We had 2 weeks to put a destination wedding in Maui together! Tori is friendly, organized, and responded quickly. She knew exactly what we wanted from the limited details we provided and took care of everything! Our venue, Maui Dragon Fruit Farm, had breathtaking views. The ceremony had gorgeous chiavari chairs with flower pomanders, orchid leis shaped into hearts in the aisle, an incredible officiant and harpist, and the guests enjoyed dragon fruit lemonade. Our bouquets and boutonnieres were exquisite. The venue was decorated with cocktail tables, vintage and modern sofas, a huge white tent with crystal chandeliers, tables decorated with vintage vases and beautiful floral arrangements, and a photo booth. Guests were given handmade soaps that doubled as their favor and placement holder. Tori was able to personalize our wedding by naming our dessert table and signature cocktail. She provided alternative wedding ideas. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, we had cupcakes and French macaroons, delicious food, outdoor games, and a cigar bar with a lounge area. We had an amazing photographer, cinematographer, and DJ where we danced the night away and truly enjoyed ourselves. Overall, I recommend Tori because she made our vow renewal such a memorable and special event for us that will last us a lifetime. It was the wedding of our dreams and far exceeded our wildest expectations. We were truly amazed and blown away by all the details. She is awesome at what she does and is simply spectacular! She made our day so special for us and always made sure that we were taken care of. Thanks again to Tori and her wonderful team of professionals for the memories and for giving us this grand opportunity to celebrate 10 years of love with our family and friends

My wife and I got married on September 14th on the island of Maui. To be honest, we had NO IDEA what we were getting into.
My wife had all these amazing ideas in her head and things she's collected since our engagement 3 years prior of what she wanted our dream wedding to be like. But seriously she was frazzled and all over the place.

We hired Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers after we seen all of her great work on her website. She was great at keeping us updated about changes and decisions we needed to make. She helped us choose outstanding vendors, including a shaved ice company (which was my favorite). She was very quick at responding back with emails and phone calls (this is a really big deal when you're stressed about your approaching big day) she was alway there to answer our questions and concerns, even late into the night!

She, and her amazing team worked hard the day before and the morning of setting up our special day we will never forget. She was even nice enough to add her special touches here and there to make it that much more unique. Our guest couldn't stop raving about it all night and well after the event, they complemented us on our beautiful set up and how our wedding was really something to remember forever.

Coming out of this, I will admit, a wedding planner is definitely worth hiring. Tori Rogers and her team are so friendly and yet so very professional. At the end of it all we felt we had obtained a few new family members.

Tori guided us through the whole planning process from start to finish, with ease and comfort to make it as joyful as possible without all the stress most couples go through doing it without a planner.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring them for your big day.

My husband and I were thrilled with our wedding! It was exactly what we wanted--intimate, beautiful and romantic.

Tori was wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job of organizing everything. No detail was overlooked. When we decided to do a destination wedding on Maui, I contacted three wedding planners. Tori was the first to respond, and it was clear from my early communications with her that she was genuinely interested in our vision for our wedding rather than trying to steer us into a ‘cookie cutter’ ceremony.

We wanted an ocean front venue, and Tori found a location that was perfect for our small group. The food and cake for our reception required special attention due to gluten and soy free dietary restrictions. Tori found an excellent chef that prepared amazing food and a wonderful baker that created an outstanding gluten free cake.

I also had special concerns about make-up and hair, especially hair. I’m African-American and have kinky curly hair. I was worried that I would not be able to find anyone on Maui who could style my hair. Again Tori came through. She found a hair stylist and a make-up artist that created the look that I wanted.

Working with Tori was easy. She communicated regularly about everything, and made herself available to me even if it was not a convenient time for her. Tori and I communicated by phone and e-mail prior to our arrival on Maui. When we arrived on Maui, Tori and her delightful assistant, Hana, came to our cottage to meet us and to go over of the final details. When I think back to our wedding day, not only do I remember how beautiful everything was, but I also remember how stress free the day was. Many thanks to Tori and her wonderful team for creating our dream wedding.

Tori is an angel. Straight from heaven. She is amazing beyond belief. I still do not know how she took my tiny wedding budget and the few decorations I picked and created what she did. She took all of my ideas and ran with them, adding her own perfect little touches along the way. I was blown away when I walked into my wedding reception. She REALLY knows what she's doing. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, she effortlessly guided us through all of the events. I couldn't have done it without her, and I certainly wouldn't want to.

Aloha Tori Rogers: I wanted to drop a note and review my experience working with Hana and the onsite vendors. I wanted two things from this experience; romance and no drama. Tori, not only did you and your team meet those two requirements but you also went above anything I had ever dreamed it would be. Tori, you and your team were worth every penny. Hana was spot on with contacting me and the three times we called her she answered her cell phone every time within two rings. The beach set up was exactly what I asked for and the officiant was out of this world. He gave me goose bumps. Your recommendation for photographer Martin Wymade was exactly what I wanted. He made me feel so comfortable from the minute I stepped out of the car. It was almost like he was a reassuring family member. (driver was amazing, car spotless...red carpet made me feel like a star) Martin's smile made me feel like myself and I think that came thru. He also got my cd ready on my last day which was hard for him to do, but he did it because he knew I wanted to come home with something. He created a slide show to share with my friends and family and we cry every time we watch it. Bravo Tori Rogers and team. You gave me my dream wedding I have always wanted.

Tori was absolutely fantastic in organising our wedding. My husband and I live in Sydney and Tori was always available to discuss details over Skype, she sacrificed her own "me" time to catch up with us in the evenings and weekends. She provided us with a questionnaire and really got to know us. I was one of those brides that have absolutely no clue about certain things and like to be advised by a professional but also did my own research and liked to be involved in a few things. Tori was flexible, she always gave her honest opinion on some of my suggestions and and she just made our special day a dream. Our families were highly impressed by Tori and I absolutely didn't have to think about anything on the day. Tori is also very passionate about her job, I could tell that she was as excited about our day as much as we were. She even offered to go and buy a book guide for us which we had forgotten back in Sydney, she had to go around to a couple of places and she eventually gave it to us as a present. Tori was incredible, remarkable and generally professionally outstanding.

We flew 80 guests from Australia to celebrate our wedding, Tori managed every detail. followed us up at every step and made the day seamless and perfect.

Tori organised everything for us magically, the venue and decor was breathtaking, the catering was some of the best food that our guests ate in Hawaii, our DJ kept us dancing all night and the bar staff had everyones drink full at all times.

Probably Tori's singularly greatest stroke of genius was her choice of the Officiant. For a gay wedding, with two boys and 80 family and friends, Tori recommended the most amazing man, who made the ceremony so special. Thanks Tori!

The only small hiccup we had was our own fault, we wanted to do the seating plan on the day, Tori warned us this was a bad idea, we proceeded and it was stressful! But even though we didn't listen to the wisdom of our planner, she helped us fix it in minutes and made the day perfect.

Tori will chase you, organise you, manage you and make the day easy, prefect and seamless. Take photos, it goes so quickly.

Tori made all our guests have the most amazing experience / party at our wedding, which is really what it is all about!

Tori of HIWP was awesome! She planned our wedding on Naupaka Beach in Maui and it was beautiful! I'm the type of person that likes to be on top of everything but with Tori I didn't have to be. She did it all and I got to enjoy everything! My wedding planning experience was stress free and on the day of I was the happiest and most relaxed bride! She has a wonderful list or vendors she works with on a regular basis all of whom made our wedding day a dream come true! Thank you Tori for a wonderful and beautiful wedding and wedding planning experience!

Tori was absolutely amazing! We had a destination wedding in Feb of 2011. She had so many great suggestions for our wedding and was exceptional at anticipating our needs. I was totally clueless about wedding planning and there were so many things that I didn't even think about that she took care of and made sure we included in our day. She always responded to my questions/emails promptly. She made planning a wedding from so far away much easier and less stressful. We were also very happy with all of her vendor suggestions, she has great connections throughout Hawaii.

I had an amazing wedding day thanks to Tori and I never thought that I would enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you Tori!!

Hawaiian Island wedding planners is all you need for a fantastic wedding. Tori made it so easy to plan everything from far away. She gave me multiple options for every idea that I had. No idea was too big or small. All expectations were not only met but exceeded. If you want your wedding done right Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners is all you need. I was beyond satisfied.

I cannot stress enough how invaluable Tori Rogers was to me and my husband when planning our wedding. The monetary value alone was more than worth what we paid for her for. Beyond that, her knowledge of Hawaiian wedding vendors proved to be equally as valuable since we were planning a wedding from Northern Ontario, Canada....6 time zones and 12 hours worth of flying.

She was able to get us little discounts and deals with the vendors she deals with as well while pretty much paid for her services in what we saved. If you're looking at planning a wedding in Hawaii, use Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners and I promise you you won't be disappointed with choosing Tori. She was like a long lost friend I hadn't yet met. Just a delight.

Best Wedding Ever!

One of the first things that attracted us to Tori was how responsive she was and how much experience she had as a wedding planner on Maui. Both of those qualities really shined through in our experience working with her. We had less than a year to plan a 3 day Maui wedding in 2022 for about 100 people. Tori quickly helped us find a weather appropriate venue, and connected us to many of the right vendors thus saving us so much time. In this age of pinterest and instagram, I really appreciated how Tori thought through the functionality of every element. Finally what really set Tori apart from the 10+ other wedding planners that I interviewed was that fact that its not just a job for her, she really truly cares about your wedding and she wants to make it an awesome event. Thank you Tori!

We're very happy with how our wedding turned out. My husband & I both work full time and have a baby, and we didn't have much time to devote to planning our destination wedding, so we really depended on Tori to make sure we were on track with all of the decisions that we needed to make along the way. She knew all the right questions to ask, gave advice and recommendations, and figured out all of the logistics of how & when everything would happen on the day of. She was very organized on our wedding day, and I felt like I was able to relax & enjoy the wedding with her in charge. We highly recommend her!

Tori was great and so was her assistant. The day went really well - even the weather held out for us, thankfully. Tori has some really great connections, and the private chef she found for us was out of this world and dinner was the best we've ever had. Cake was great and the ceremony was decorated so nicely. We exchanged a tons of emails prior to the wedding date, the only thing I would say is that a skype/sit down for an hour or two a few weeks out would have been helpful. Overall she was great. I couldn't have done it without her help!

We mainly used their services to help coordinate our destination wedding, as we elected to do most of our own planning, so rating is based as such. Pros: Tori is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She's also not afraid to tell you & the parties involved like it is and I loved this because it allows you to make quicker decisions & move on. She checked in with us throughout the process & provided useful wedding info. We most appreciated her services on our wedding weekend. The day of the wedding- most of the worrying/details were basically left for her to handle!! Cons: not specifically w/Tori, but in having a destination wedding, especially in a slower paced area w/a laid back demeanor, one has to learn to work w/in the mindset & pace of the islands. We're from Silicon Valley & are accustomed to conveniences such that technology can provide, so it was challenging at times to not have proper/updated websites, vendors that didn't use an epay system (i.e. Paypal or Square Cash) or use real time electronic docs where multiple parties could edit info in rather than scan & edit Word docs (i.e. google docs, one drive, etc.) So, if you're looking to do an island destination wedding, throw a bit of caution to the wind & accept the slower pace. After all, this is really why we chose the islands and it was worth every dollar! Thanks a million Tori for all your help & guidance- You Rock!!

A day we will never forget.

Today is our 6 year wedding anniversary so it only feels fitting to reminisce and leave a review on our experience! Tori recommended the most amazing location for our wedding which I will never forget. It was the Sugarman Estate in Wailea. It was stunning. We live in Australia so it was incredibly risky and nerve racking to work with a planner in another country and somewhere we have never seen before. We had to put our full trust in Tori. At times it was stressful given the distance and time difference but as soon as we arrived in Maui a few days before the wedding we knew we made the right decision. As we were on a private estate we had to bring everything to the venue (from tables and chairs, to food, booze, decorations). Tori helped us organise the booze at the best supplier and came with us, she recommended all the right people for the various jobs and ensured everything came together seamlessly. On the day itself after the ceremony, I was told by a few guests that it had been raining a few minutes before I was due to walk down the aisle. I did not have a clue! Tori did a great job on hustling the guests under the marquee and back out again into the sunshine when the rain cleared up. She knew I would've been stressed if I saw the rain! Our day was perfect and I wish we could relive it all over again.

We used Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners for the ceremony only. The price was by far the cheapest I could find, which is why we chose them. Eventhough the cost was low, the service was high. They provide you with many documents early on in the planning process to help you plan on your own. In addition, they often check in and make sure you are staying on top of your business. They were essential to a smooth ceremony, but with all the help from the other vendors, they added only a small percentage to our wedding. We could have paid for more, but chose not to. I would recommend them to future couples mostly because of the cost.

Tori is a very sweet person, it was great getting to know her. In the beginning she was interested in what are dreams/ wants/ expectations were for our wedding. If you are someone that constantly wants to be in contact with your wedding planner though it takes a week to get back to you as wedding season in the summer is very busy.
Also if you like saving money look into doing things yourself there are a lot of shops where you can get your own flowers, do your own decorations, and get your own leis. Everything little thing can add up.
The vendors she recommends for photographer and videographer are great!

That was a great choice. When our clients hire vendors and order flowers through us, we offer our clients our COST and do not take commissions, percentages, or any profit from any of the services for which you are charged. Had you bought the florals, you would have been responsible for the shopping, keeping them fresh, depetaling them, the set up, and clean up on the beach.. I am especially glad I was there 2 hours before your ceremony to secure the most desired and private area on the beach for you, as there were 4 other weddings and a few family photo shoots that evening.. Your photos are beautiful and I hope you both enjoy your new journey together.

We hired Tori Rogers for full-service wedding planning (Total Package). Tori did a satisfactory job on the day-of, making sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be. However, she forgot our wedding license on our wedding day, so we were unable to sign the license or take pictures of this moment.

Leading up to the wedding, we ran into several communication issues with Tori (e.g. not being able to get ahold of her for 3 weeks without any notice) and when she was communicating with us, it was in an unprofessional manner. While she did a great job connecting us with vendors we loved and highly recommend, that was our only positive experience with working with her.

Interpret your vision, select the most amazing vendors I felt could best create it within your budget and work with your personalities, and create a wedding that was so magical that it was featured with Hawaii Bride and Groom Magazine and BorrowedNBlue. In fact, I even went above and beyond to make sure you had a ping pong table set at your reception to enjoy and did not charge you for it. It is certainly unfortunate that my husband unexpectedly passed away 6 months before your wedding. So, during my few weeks of mourning I did not attend to my wedding emails in as timely of a manner as I would have hoped, but I was very fortunate that most of my couples were very understanding. Even so, your wedding was truly beautiful and fabulous. Every detail was managed by me and my staff. As i did on your wedding day, i profusely apologize that i needed to retrieve your marriage license from my car, as you had given it to me several days earlier.the officiant needed to leave to officiate another wedding, so I gave it to him before he drove off. i did, however, explain to you that the license was processed digitally. When you said you had wanted a photo signing it, I offered a certificate to sign for the photo and you declined. I am happy that you accepted and enjoyed the many free services and items that i provided as compensation to you at your wedding and that you took the time to write your review.
