We cannot thank this wedding planning team enough for everything they did to make our wedding day on Oahu, September 8, 2026, so incredibly special and memorable.

From the very beginning, over a year before our wedding, they were always responsive, attentive, and patient with us. Since we lived far away from Oahu, we were unable to regularly visit the venue, meet with vendors in person, or personally look into things like catering and other wedding details. Having a team we could rely on from afar made such a huge difference. Whenever we had questions, concerns, or simply didn’t know what we were supposed to do next, they were always there to guide us. They were incredibly thorough and detailed when answering our questions, whether it was through email or phone calls, and we always felt like our concerns were genuinely heard.

What meant the most to us was how supportive they were even when our wedding day became more complicated than we had ever anticipated. With multiple storm warnings and the threat of a hurricane surrounding our wedding day, we were understandably worried about having an outdoor wedding. Despite all the uncertainty, the team continued to help us navigate everything. They were quick to provide alternatives for tents to help protect our guests from the weather, offered adjustments to the ceremony decorations, and continued answering our questions and concerns to the best of their abilities. They worked with us through all of the last-minute changes and helped us feel reassured during what could have been a very stressful situation.

On the actual wedding day, every staff member we interacted with was so kind, friendly, and personable. They made our families and guests feel welcomed and taken care of, which meant so much to us. Their warmth and professionalism helped create such a positive atmosphere on a day that was already filled with so many emotions.

As a bride and groom, we were honestly pretty shy when it came to taking photos, and neither of us really understood much about weddings or everything that goes into planning one. We had so many questions and probably needed much more guidance than we realized! They never made us feel embarrassed or like we were asking too much. Instead, they patiently walked us through everything, answered our questions, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Looking back, we are so grateful that we chose this team to help us with such an important moment in our lives. Planning a destination wedding from far away can be overwhelming, and having a team that was responsive, detailed, patient, accommodating, and genuinely caring made all the difference. Even with the storm and hurricane concerns surrounding our wedding, they continued to do everything they could to help us have the beautiful and memorable wedding day we had dreamed of.

You helped make our wedding one of the most special and unforgettable days of our lives, and we will always be grateful for everything you did for us and our families. From the start the team at I Want to Marry you & Just Married Hawai’i made me feel important and of value. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry with lots of details. Their response answered all my questions. I had seen a video on YouTube with Rev Mike and knew I wanted him to officiate our ceremony. We were super blessed because he was selected to perform our ceremony. He is such a kind man and spoke so well, his words fit the day perfectly. He held on to the smallest details in what seemed to be a little chaotic time and used those details in the ceremony. The chaos came from half my being late and calling for directions. He kept us all cool, calm, and collected. He is such a wonderful person. Christine was our photographer and she was just as amazing!! The first batch of photos are the best!! She too was so patient with us all and took the time to ensure we were happy with the amount of photos taken.

After some research I contacted ‘I want to Marry You’ to discuss a vow renewal to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary…. From the very beginning we were met with a friendly helpful team who helped us plan our special day… even though we were in the UK they accommodated the time difference to have calls to make and finalise arrangements all followed up by emails to ensure everything was captured…. We got great emails the week before our service to confirm our celebrant and how to get to our chosen venue…

On the day… we were met by Mike our celebrant and a lovely photographer who I am so sorry I cannot remember her name (but she had a lot of them 😉) we had a quick chat he asked us a few questions about our wedding day and our relationship and we then had our service…. It was beautiful, it felt so personal and relevant and far exceeded our expectations it really was beautiful… our photographer took photos during the service and also some afterwards…. I cannot quite put into words how perfect it was and how special re confirming our vows was to us…. Thank you I want to marry you for making our day so so special…

Our wedding was in July 2026 and at Lanikuhonua Beach in Ko’ Olina. This process was extremely easy, no stress and very professional. The team was quick to respond to our questions and instructions on what to expect. The ceremony was beautiful and romantic. We selected a premium photo and video package with a ukulele. The ukulele was a great choice adding a romantic Hawaiian vibe to the ceremony. I highly recommend this company.
