Embarking on the journey of planning our wedding with The Tuscan Wedding was a decision I'll forever cherish. Our circumstances were unique; we had just 3.5 months, having decided last minute to switch planners. Given our tight timelines, I was quite anxious about the entire planning process. However, Daniela and her team at The Tuscan Wedding quickly and calmly addressed all my requests, patiently alleviating my concerns. We were able to schedule frequent calls, and they expertly prioritized the tasks, ensuring nothing felt overwhelming. That gave me a massive amount of reassurance.

There are three key reasons why I recommend them:
1. Prompt Responsiveness: I tend to be rather hands-on, and Daniela's team not only accommodated but welcomed it. The team always had someone ready to assist, even on days when they were tending to other weddings. This was a game-changer for me, especially since my wedding was scheduled for later in the season. I could count on getting updates and answers from them nearly every day.
2. A Strong Network: They have years of experience in the industry which has earned them an impeccable reputation among vendors. They seem to know practically everyone! Their recommendations were spot-on, tailored to my personality and preferences. I greatly appreciated their candidness.
3. Seamless Wedding Day: On the actual wedding day, they had a sizable team on-site, allowing me to focus solely on feeling my best. They ensured all vendors were well-coordinated, adhering to the schedule, and handled every detail. This meant I could truly immerse myself in the joy of the day, cherishing moments with my husband and guests.

Daniela and the Tuscan Wedding Team made our wedding dreams come true. Those words are not strong enough to describe the experience we had with this team. It's been 4 months since Michael and I got married, and we are just now able to try to find the words to describe, and most importantly thank, this team. They went above our expectations in every.single.detail of this experience, starting with our very first interaction with Daniela.

We spoke so several different wedding planners to understand who would be the best fit. Daniela stood out immediately. She listened to our vague descriptions of what we’d like and made spot-on recommendations that were more beautiful than we could have imagined. Daniela somehow held us to a strict timeline without us ever feeling behind or stressed. She allowed us flexibility while making sure we knew when important decisions needed to be made. She was, somehow, able to align my husband and I when we had differing opinions. Daniela hosted us in Italy before the wedding day to meet and make decisions together. She made us feel calm every step of the way.

This team took care of EVERYTHING. They were a step ahead of us in every way. We enjoyed every minute of the 3-day weekend because this team answered our questions before we asked them. They were attentive to not just us, but also our guests. There are many examples of how they went above and beyond, but 3 specifics come to mind first:
1.) I was worried about my veil/dress catching on the cobblestone during the ceremony. Daniela grabbed my arm and practiced with me up and down the steps minutes before the ceremony. She devised a plan to have someone available in case it caught. Of course, it was perfect.
2.) I was sitting at the dinner table, emotional from speeches and my contact lens got blurry. The team noticed and asked if they could get me another out of my suitcase in my room! They brought it down to me in minutes, so I didn’t have to leave the table.
3.) This one brings me to tears instantly. My father-in-law developed kidney stones on the last day and was extremely unwell. The team called for an ambulance to the venue to help get him pain medication. They took care of all the translations and phone calls. They were on speed dial for my in-laws in case of any further translations. AND they personally brought them back from the hospital at 10pm after care. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

After the wedding, they reached out for feedback. We will remember every person of this team for the rest of our lives. We were sad to leave them. I wanted them to stop working and celebrate with us as guests (of course they refused) but we meant it. Our wedding was unforgettable for us and our guests and we owe that entirely to The Tuscan Wedding Team.
By the way, we don't normally give reviews. I wish we could do a press conference with any bride considering this team. We love them, book them, everyone deserves to experience their service.

Thanks to our planners at The Tuscan Wedding, we had the most incredible wedding, rehearsal and planning season from start to finish. From the very beginning, Martina and Frederico were on top of every single detail and decision. After every call, they provided a follow-up with our updated budget and items that needed to be completed. All while we formed an amazing relationship with our planners who listened to our every opinion and idea, then executed it to perfection with patience and dedication. It was surprisingly a very stress-free planning process.

As for the wedding weekend, words alone are not enough for how unbelievable our entire celebration was, thank you again to our planners! It was well beyond our imagination. Every detail was thought of. Every minute was perfectly planned. We had the most memorable weekend of our lives. Our family and friends could not have been more impressed with the planning and organization our planners provided throughout the weekend. We had friends ask if they could plan their weddings back in the States. They even hand-sewed a ripped dress of a bridesmaid. They were there cleaning up and planning till 4AM and back at 7AM to start prepping for the next event. We were blown away by their hard work.

It's difficult to plan a wedding abroad when you're so far and can't see every option available in person. Finding a team of planners that you trust is essential. It allows you to focus on enjoying your time, instead of worrying about the food, timing, planning, guests, etc. Martina and Frederico did just that. We could not be more grateful to our talented planners for making our dream wedding possible. The cost was worth every penny and more. I would honestly pay double, if not triple for their services all over again. I would recommend them to any family/friend considering a wedding in Tuscany. Your expectations will be blown away as were ours!
