We can't recommend Pia and Michel highly enough! Our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be and that is mainly down to Pia listening to what we wanted and delivering it exactly. On our first visit to Tuscany, We were shown around many wedding venues until we found our perfect spot. THis was so much fun and we would stop off at little known roadside restaurants for delicious food.
When we got back to the UK Pia was responsive on email and helped us plan the finer details of our day. they were with us from start to finish but most of the time we were blissfully unaware of the work they were doing in the background to make our day run smoothly. We had never actually been to Florence, had 10 months to plan our wedding, don’t speak a word of Italian and fair to say I wanted everything to be perfect! We found Pia via a friend of a friend. Upon making intial email contact we arranged a weekend to visit to find a venue. Pia and Michele took us around several venues and talked us through the pros and cons of each. It was great that they really listened to what we wanted and the style of wedding we were going for. On the same weekend trip, they helped us source hotel recommends for our guests as well as a church (St James’ ) and a venue to host our bbq (Villa Le Piazzole)

Pia was incredibly efficient about giving us a timetable of what we needed to get done. Our 3 day event for 130 guests included welcome drinks, wedding and a post wedding bbq all of which Pia helped to arrange. Equally we decided to also do the legal wedding in Florence a couple of days before our church service which Pia arranged. For our second and final trip Pia arranged for a weekend of food and wine tasting along with hair & make up trials.

Pia seemlessly took care of all the legal work, helped us choose our photographers, videographer, florist, transportation, duo and string quartet. Equally for certain suppliers were we wanted a cheaper alternative or where we just found our own, Pia was very good about communicating with them on our behalf.

There is a big degree of trust needed in your wedding planner. It is safe to say that Pia did not disappoint. Pia provided us with a detailed timetable of all the events with literally an hour by hour breakdown. Pia has a very calm, no nonsense, efficient manner, all the attributes that make for a excellent wedding planner. We just cant thank Pia and Michele enough for making our wedding one of the best experiences of our lives. They have such a warm sense about them and you feel like they really care
