EVERY time, she makes my performance (and my life) so much easier. Dianna is super-organized, easy to work with, and knows how to keep my clients feeling happy and stress-free on their wedding day. She goes above and beyond what typical wedding coordinators do. *Highly* recommended.
Dianna is one of the most organized event planners that I have worked with. She is in tune with every detail.

The smallest has been just the couple and the largest wedding so far has been 490 guests. As we do many destination weddings, the average ranges between 50-120.

Additional Questions and Answers
Known for Amazing, Fun and Stress-Free celebrations, Hawaii Weddings and Events offers a variety of services to best match your individual needs and budget. For the very simple wedding, it may just be a matter of a few hours of consulting/on-site coordination, and for those that have alot of time to devote to their planning, they may only need a day-of coordinator or a few consulting hours to get the right vendors in place. It is great to incorporate your friends and family into your special day by having them take care of small tasks, but you also want them to be able to share and enjoy the special day with you. A calm, detail oriented and experienced planner does make a difference not only for the bride, but in continually communicating with the other vendors servicing your event.
Tips and Advice
The one thing I always tell my clients is to "HAVE FUN!"
The wedding planning process really doesn't need to be stressful. It is a celebration of love, life, family and friends and to incorporate special touches that are important to you makes it even better.
Do a little planning each day and then give yourself time to enjoy other things. If you gradually work on it, then it won't feel like such a monumental task. When I sit down with my full-service or "Peace of Mind" package clients, I give them their "homework" to do until the next meeting and I take care of the rest. This keeps them on track with what needs to be accomplished (and from experience I know what items to give them more time on) and then they have a sense of accomplishment. If I were to give them the "mega" to do list they would just get overwhelmed.
