Where do I even begin. I came across Weddings on Demand in 2022 when my now husband and I thought about having a destination wedding in Italy but truly didn’t know where to begin with a venue or vendors. We originally were not looking to have any assistance but knew a wedding overseas requires a team that can help with all of the fine details and Valentina and Monica did just that and even more. From the very beginning they made us feel taken care of, heard our every want and need, made sure we stayed in our budget, and truly made sure our vision was clear. After a very scary year with my health we had to postpone our wedding which was horrifying but the angels that are Valentina and Monica worked with us and our venue to make our dream of being married in Italy still come true (original date was 10/14/23 and official wedding date was 4/19/24). Throughout this whole process we had communication and ease in knowing what was going on and knowing I could trust every single vendor Valentina presented as I could tell they would never work with a vendor unless it was up to their expectations and I promise you’ll love their choices! When it came to our wedding weekend it was pure magic and I couldn’t believe what we had worked on for so long was finally here and even more perfect then my husband and I could of even imagined. Valentina and Monica nailed every single element I dreamed of from my Pinterest board and beyond, I just truly can’t put it into words. They curated a true fairytale for my husband and I and I don’t think we could ever truly thank them enough and we sure will never forget them! So if you’re thinking of a destination wedding in Italy run don’t walk to work with these amazing women and their incredible boutique wedding planning services, I promise it’ll be the best decision you could make!

Valentina and Monica with Weddings on Demand are the best!! Our wedding in Sorrento, Italy was absolutely perfect! It was held at Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento, a 5 Star Hotel with 5 Star service hands down! The views in Sorrento are stunning! I can’t say enough about Valentina and Monica! They made the whole experience so stress free and they made us feel like one big happy family, which includes the Hotel staff, additional instrumental music artists, DJ, make up artists, and Photography. Everything went smoothly even despite the unexpected Rain! ( that’s the only day it rained in the first two weeks of June, but they say it’s good luck!) We were hesitant at first with the whole process of having a wedding over seas and not knowing who to trust, but Valentina and Monica made the transition smoothly and professionally. They have several You Tube videos available addressing the “common” questions couples usually have. You can call them and ask questions at anytime or set up a zoom video call as well. We had such a great time dancing, laughing, and eating with them! It was a small wedding party of only 20 people and it was Amazing! Their friendly and bubbly personalities make them a great team! They bring good vibes and smiles on your big day. Thank you so much Valentina and Monica for such outstanding service and making us feel at home! 5 star Southern Hospitality at its best!!

When I began searching for a planner in November of 2019, I knew that they would need to be able to see my vision for my wedding day. I also knew that, despite the fact that I speak Italian, they would need to speak English so that my family and fiancé could feel in the loop. I searched for someone who had exemplary work in their existing portfolio, had experience working in various parts of Italy, and that I felt would capture the dolce vita for our entire wedding weekend. I found all that and more in Weddings on Demand with Monica and Valentina. The hardest part of writing this review is trying to put into words how much they mean to me and how incredible they are at what they do! Their capacity to hear what I was describing and transform it into a tangible reality is unparalleled, and believe me I did my research and interviewed numerous other Rome-based and Italy-based planners. Weddings on Demand not only was beyond fair in their pricing, but they were relatable, kind-hearted and super creative! They were so fun to work with from my very first Skype interview with them. I would be delighted starting my day with a Skype call or WhatsApp voice memo from Monica. And need I mention that we worked together during the global pandemic of Covid-19?! Not once did they lose sight of what we were working towards, or make me feel that I needed to compromise my dream day or worse, cancel it. They were so flexible, and never complained about me wanting to move the wedding on a monthly basis rather than by an entire year. Altogether we moved the wedding four different times. Each time they would set to work contacting all the vendors and venues, and diligently settle on a new date. They were so gracious! They never made me feel like a nuisance. And more importantly, they were always happy to do what I asked. Other planners I would see on Instagram were refusing to move the date for their clients, even forcing them to wait it out. In the Spring of 2021, I witnessed how detrimental a move that was to their clients. Thankfully, that was never the case with Weddings on Demand. They not only would move when or how I wanted, but three different times Monica was ahead of the curve and the news cycle and on her own instincts made the gentle suggestion that we move the date back a little bit. I am so glad I was smart enough to listen to her! She saved us countless times because we would beat the rush and the bottleneck of all the other couples scrambling to change their date. That's the thing. Monica and Valentina give you something that no one else can: experience and expertise! They are truly experts at their craft. They know what they're doing and get you excellent quality at the best possible price. They're able to communicate to me as the bride why so-and-so is such a better caterer and worth the price, or why the venue we wound up choosing was the best for what our vision was. Those are two of my favorite vendors that without Monica I would have totally bungled. Lincei catering and Villa Aurelia (our venue) were unforgettable. Our guests said it was the wedding of the century. Monica was willing to listen to my wishes, but she also still weighed in and really urged me to consider Villa Aurelia despite it being a big venue for a smaller wedding, and Lincei being worth their weight in gold in comparison to other catering offers. Boy was she right! I can't thank her enough, and I can't urge you more to hire these brilliant women. You will never regret it! They even planned our Welcome Event and Rehearsal Dinner for us at no extra charge. If you become their client, it's obvious from how they treat you that they care about you. You're not just another job or wedding to them. You become in a way "famiglia." They already were master planners, but now they've more than proven that they can work effectively and wisely in the new global climate with Covid protocols, etc. I would work with them again in a heartbeat, if ever I am planning an event in Italy.
