From the beginning of our wedding planning journey, we knew how important finding a wedding planner was. When we first spoke with Ashley we knew instantly she truly cared about each event she plans and took time to listen to our dreams and goals! She guided us in selecting vendors, creating a budget, planning all the little details, and of course the massive day-of logistics plan! (Plus so much more...) We went with almost all of her recommended vendors and each vendor ended up being absolutely wonderful. She helped create a dream team for us! She is so much fun to work with and made the planning process so seamless and enjoyable. From the tasting to our final details walk-through, she was with us through it all and made the whole experience so magical! The entire day went without a hitch and I owe it all to Ashley, Amee, Nancy and her whole team that worked on our day. They also thought of all the subtle details at the reception that help make the guest experience better, like passing out blankets for our chilly November outdoor wedding and making sure glow sticks were at the ready for the dance floor! (They even quickly bustled my gown so my bridesmaids and I could enjoy cocktail hour without the stress...) We're beyond grateful and recommend Agape Planning to anyone looking for a planner! The wedding planning team was very organized and professional. During our meetings they made sure all of our questions and needs were addressed. They sent me a very thorough timeline and spreadsheets to stay organized before the wedding day. During the actual wedding they ensured everything went smoothly and took care of curveballs. They even went as far as going the extra mile and putting the floral pieces on the arch because my florist bailed last minute. They remained calm and collected during the situation. They also made sure to remember the contracts I had with each of my vendors to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and paid for. My planner Elise made sure I was hydrated, comfortable, and even grabbed churros for us while we were busy taking pictures. In terms of pricing, they were absolutely the most reasonably priced and they were also the most organized and professional out of the teams I spoke with. I would highly recommend their team!
