From the moment we began working with Demi, it was clear we were in the hands of someone truly exceptional. As the Mother of the Bride, I can say without hesitation that I could not have asked for a more kind, attentive, gifted, and genuinely caring wedding coordinator to walk alongside our family during such a sacred and joyful season. Demi’s attention to detail, outstanding communication, and calm leadership gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. Every interaction reflected not only her elite level of professionalism, but also her heart. At some point, she stopped feeling like “Our coordinator” and truly became part of our family. As the wedding day approached and emotions naturally ran high, Demi offered an incredible level of care, patience, and grace. She anticipated needs before they were voiced, guided us gently through tight timelines, and supported every vendor seamlessly. Never once did she add pressure to an already emotional day. Instead, she made us feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. Her ability to balance warmth with follow-through is a true gift, and she exercises it with excellence. We are also deeply grateful for her wonderful assistants, who reflected the same kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout the day. Their support played a significant role in making everything run so smoothly. Demi is truly exceptional in every sense of the word. Any family fortunate enough to work with her is beyond blessed. Claudia was amazing from start to finish, she made sure our special day ran as smoothly as possible. Every one of our vendors raved about how organized and detailed her timeline was, many of them saying it was the best they’ve seen. I would highly recommend utilizing her for your big day you will not regret it!!

Working with beauty of blooms team was one of the best decision we took for our wedding. They were incredibly organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. :) Any challenges that came up were handled calmly and professionally without us ever needing to worry. I cannot even begin to explain how fantastic Terry was during my planning process. I was so nervous as most brides are for planning because everyone always seems so stressed. NOT ME! I have never been more calm in my life and that is thanks to Terry. I actually was working with another planner at first before I met her and it was an absolute nightmare. My mom introduced me to Terry and within 1 minute I knew she was the only person I wanted to work with. The level of detail she pays attention to is absolutely unmatched. I call her around the clock (yes sometimes at 12am) and she answers and will spend hours on the phone with me if I needed it. I didn’t realize someone else would care as much about my wedding as myself and my family and yet here she was!! It was the most beautiful thing. There was not a single thing that went wrong on my wedding day. She got everyone in line, didn’t let anyone not know what they needed to, made sure I knew everything I needed to weeks before, and GOT ME THE BEST PRICES!!! This woman can take your crazy vision of a wedding and through her contacts, manage to keep on budget. She’s been doing this for so long she has access to only the best of the best. When my now husband and I saw our ballroom… I couldn’t even believe it. Genuinely could not believe it. It was nothing I could have ever imagined. Her suggestions and guidance throughout this whole process has allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day instead of freak out. If you go with any other planner best of luck… Terry is the only person I would ever recommend for the rest of my life. No questions asked.

Working with Carissa was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t imagine planning our wedding, or enjoying the day itself, without her. She was beyond detail-oriented, kind, patient, and creative! She handled so much behind the scenes that I would never have been able to manage on my own. Carissa created such a detailed timeline that even our reception venue, who has seen plenty of weddings, was impressed. Everything ran so smoothly, and Carissa was so on top of vendor communication that she took a huge burden off of us. Her guidance and calm presence made the entire day completely stress-free. What I loved most about working with Carissa was how she truly listened to my vision and made all of my wedding dreams come true. Katelynn came recommended to me and she did not disappoint! I did the partial planning package which was perfect for me. She really got to know me and my vision for my wedding: mixture of white with little pops of gold and green with a classy, whimsical feel. Everything came together beautifully and all my guests raved about the decorations.

Terri was an incredible person to work with. She made planning the wedding a delightful experience, from finding the ideal lighting solution to securing the most amazing vendors, including the band, videographer, and photographer.
