My name is Kerri Hatter and I would be thrilled to be a part of your wedding. Several years ago, I was in your same position – I was so excited to be getting married, but I was also a little stressed because I realized I now needed to plan one of the most important days of my life. Because I had spent so many years in the event planning industry, I was sure I could do it myself, and when I did, I realized I had found my new passion as well as my new career, but I also found out a wedding coordinator is essential to planning the big day.

From many years of experience, I know that in order to create unforgettable events, you have to focus on the details, build relationships with vendors and provide impeccable customer service. Fortunately, these are the things I thrive on! This wedding is about you and my goal is to make sure you are stress free during the planning and execution and that things turn our exactly how you envisioned for your big day.

Time goes by so quickly, you should focus on experiencing the moments while I focus on making them happen.

Wedding Planning

Hiring a wedding planner needs to be #1 on your budget list. Kerri Hatter made our event worry free. We thought we had everything ready for the perfect wedding for our daughter. Upon our first meeting with Kerri, it was obvious we were in desperate need of her expertise. She took control and let us fully enjoy the wedding day.

Kerri took control of the wedding, yet kept us "in charge" and always made sure we were 100% comfortable with the plans. She provided guidance and readily solved our problems. Kerri has a multitude of connections. (When we needed the wedding dress steamed, she provided us with a referral. We were very happy with the results from her referral.)

Looking back at the big event, I can't imagine putting on a wedding without a wedding planner. Kerri's knowledge and leadership guided us through the rehearsal and the actual day. The wedding day was virtually worry- free because we took the time to find the "RIGHT" person to help us finish off our planning. I wish we had hired her from the very beginning!
