I cannot say enough nice things about Janelle and Marissa who went above and beyond to plan and execute every detail of my wedding seamlessly. I secured a contract with Janelle who is a genuinely nice person. I worked with Marissa for rest of the planning process. Marissa was extremely communicative and worked with my busy schedule to meet and finalize everything several times. Leading up to the wedding, when some time constraint issues came up with my decor company, these ladies figured it all out allowing me to just relax. My only feedback is that they allow a little bit longer for dinner service to cater towards most South Asian weddings where guests dance and eat in no particular order as some of my guests had their untouched plates of food removed from their tables when they were dancing.

I cannot think of enough good things to say about Olivia & Christina. They made my wedding day more special & beautiful than i could have ever imagined it to be. the service was amazing, the food? AMAZING! i just cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us!

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and it’s all thanks to this incredible venue and their amazing team! From start to finish, everything was seamless, beautiful, and exactly what we envisioned. The space itself was breathtaking elegant, warm, and perfect for our reception. A very special thank you to Whitney, who went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. No matter how many questions or requests we had she was always ready with a smile and a solution. Whitney truly made our dream day come to life, and we’re forever grateful for her dedication and kindness. Chef Michael is amazing as well. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, professionalism, look no further. Our guests are still raving about how perfect everything was. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Megan Lehner, Hilton Boston/Dedham Hotel's Director of Catering, was kind, professional, helpful, and accommodating. We appreciate her open communication and her responsiveness to ensure that everything for our wedding reception will go smoothly in the Fairbanks Ballroom on our wedding day. Our wedding reception at the Hilton Boston/Dedham Hotel was amazing, memorable, and fun. Your Banquet Manager, Carolyn, was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Our wedding guests enjoyed all the food that was served, and your catering staff did an outstanding job to provide exemplary customer service. The Fairbanks Ballroom looked absolutely beautiful and spectacular after all the wedding reception tables and our sweetheart/head table were decorated. We would definitely recommend Hilton Boston/Dedham Hotel for any couple looking for a decent wedding reception venue at a reasonable cost.

We held our wedding in September 2025 at the Langham and for anyone contemplating about where to host their wedding, choose The Langham. There are multiple rooms that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception can be held and they are all beautiful and spacious. We toured many venues that were just too small because of it being built decades ago and Boston is well Boston. But, The Langham is a historic building that is pristine and gorgeous from the recent renovation. The planning team is incredible, we got to work with Rosie, Tina, and Olivia and they are the true dream team. They let us know that they only take one event per night so there is no chance that they are divided in their attention. They set up a planning tool for us, emailed us at least every few weeks in the year we planned, actively scheduled calls to ask us questions, and really pulled off the vision for our wedding so seamlessly. During the wedding planning, we had many ups and downs but the venue never stressed us out once. They are kind, culturally respectful, and truly invested in the work they do. Overall, the team at the Langham went above and beyond to set up mirrors for us as the girls got ready, surprised us with embroidered robes and desserts, and made us feel like superstars for our weekend. The food deserves its own review. We had any wedding guests who have been going to weddings for decades but they have said that the food was the best they had. The Michelin Keys that The Langham holds are no joke. The filet mignons were cooked to perfection, being offered two types of warm rolls were such a nice touch, and our many guests with dietary restrictions mentioned they had never been this accommodated for. As two foodies, we were truly so excited to feed our guests from the first bite we had at our tasting in June. Kudos to the chef! Lastly, we had read reviews about weddings at The Langham and they exceeded expectations. Our vendors mentioned that they had such smooth experiences, our guests loved the rooms they stayed in, and the location is perfect for any out-of-towners. Thank you to The Langham for our perfect wedding!

Meaghan, the onsite coordinator, was excellent to work with. The venue was beautiful and it was so convenient to have a hotel for all of our out of town guests to stay at. Only complaint is that they required us to work with one caterer who was incredibly slow at serving guests. We'd had concerns about the caterer in advance because our first tasting hadn't gone well, and would have preferred to shop around for a different caterer.

When we found this venue it was just reopening after a change of ownership and major remodel, so we we were taking a chance. However, from the moment we arrived to see it for the first time we knew it would be amazing. Kellie coordinated beautifully and was excellent at communicating (we sent many a long email with detailed questions and always got quick helpful responses), professional and creative, and is a warm and genuine person who was legit excited along with us. We created a whole weekend experience with multiple events and all our guests remarked at how beautiful the venue was, how kind and helpful the staff were. When the forecast changed for the worse and we couldn’t have the ceremony outside (in a dreamy field with horses in the background) they made the indoor options work beautifully, to the point we both wonder if the rain plan ended up even better. We used our own caterer for the reception but the Chateau meals and catering at our other events were excellent. We had a welcome dinner in the venue’s restaurant, Pino which was delicious Mediterranean food with a lot of accommodations for vegetarians and guests with dietary restrictions. Many of our guests stayed at the venue with us, creating a glam intimate retreat vibe. I am a particular person by nature and yet I struggle to find a single thing I’d change. Hats off to the Chateau staff and a shout out to Kellie, Sherrie, KristaAnn, Jaylen, and even our super fun bartender Fabian who heated up the dance floor at the end of our reception. We highly recommend this venue!

Got married here in Nov 2019 and it was exactly what we wanted. It was important to us to make the process as stress-free as possible, and that's what we got with Crowne. Their packages were very comprehensive and included so many things (flowers, cake, discounts with DJ, etc.). It helped to take a lot off stress of my plate. The ballroom is recently redone and looked great. The space was perfect. The things that were important to me were dancing and food/drink. Is it the most scenic place? No. But it is conveniently located, reasonably priced, had all of the things we cared about, and looks great! Plus, we knew we wanted a hotel so that we wouldn't have to provide transportation to/from venue for our guests and could just have an after party there. The wedding planners were a huge help. We started with one woman who ended up leaving close to our wedding date. But the two women who helped us after that were great- shout out to Cindy and Robin!! They made me feel special and cared for on the big day and even sent photos afterwards. The only snafu was with the staff the day of - they gave my parents my bridal suite (they checked in before me), which we didn't realize until the rehearsal dinner. And the day of the wedding they wouldn't let my fiance up to the top floor - he was going to my brother's suite to take photos and you need a special card to get up there. He was in his tux and everything but they still wouldn't let him up. Probably just green staff but not something my fiance particularly wanted to deal with the day of our wedding. Small issues, really. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, price, and a good time.

We just had a wedding reception for our son in December,2025 at Sheraton, Framingham. We couldn't have a chosen a better place for the function. The event manager, Colleen was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The ball room was elegant and exactly what we envisioned The food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken and salmon meals. The passed d’oeuvres Shrimp cocktail, Chicken Satay, Fontina Arancini, and stationed Mini baked Brie were all delicious! All the guests spoke highly of the food choices. The bar service was efficient ( We did an open bar). We hosted a wedding reception exactly we had hoped for and it all came together with hard work of the event management team especially Colleen. I highly recommend this place for any function big or small

We could not have asked for a better experience with Woods Hill! From the very beginning, the team was exceptionally communicative—every question, detail, and idea we had was met with quick, thoughtful responses. Hilary was absolutely amazing! Her responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone that helped with our day was so nice and accommodating, whether it was adjusting timelines, accommodating last‑minute changes (like taking photos in the restaurant because it was 10 degrees outside), or helping us personalize the space to match our vision. The team was organized and helpful. They made the type A bride in me feel at ease. Beyond the team at Woods Hill, the venue is gorgeous and the food is delicious. We were able to save money on decorations because the space spoke for itself and our guests are still raving about the food and drinks. If we were to do it all over again we would be back at Woods Hill! I can’t say enough great things!
