The Lenox Hotel

We got married in July of this year and have nothing but incredible things to say about The Lenox Hotel, and particularly, our coordinator, Taylor. From the moment we toured the space to the end of our wedding day, everything was meticulously executed and you can tell that Taylor and her team really go above and beyond for the couples that they work with here.

She kept us up to date on everything along the way, and anticipated any needs that we might have had. She kept us on a tight timeline the day of, which helped the day go very smoothly. She was always available when we needed help throughout the entire process.

The wedding package was very straightforward and generous, and even included a cake. The venue took care of a lot of the small details, like linens, place settings, etc. Our wedding day was more perfect than we could imagine, and our guests all raved about the space (and especially the food!).

The entire staff at the Lenox was very kind and thoughtful, and made us feel welcomed and celebrated. We could not be happier with our experience at the Lenox and would highly recommend to anyone looking into wedding venues in Boston. We wish we could do it all over again, thank you again to Taylor and the team!

I don't have enough words to describe how incredible our experience was at The Lenox! The Lenox team truly brought our dream wedding to life. The venue was stunning, the food was incredible, and every detail was handled with so much care and professionalism. The staff was attentive, organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we and our guests had the best possible time.

Our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how much fun they had! Katie and Taylor were absolutely amazing to work with. Whether I needed to make a last minute change to a signature cocktail or simply had a question, Katie was always so helpful, kind, and accommodating. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. I mean it when I say this team goes above and beyond!

Choosing The Lenox for our wedding was truly one of the best decisions we made, and we are so grateful to everyone there who helped make our day so special. We had our wedding at the Lenox Hotel March 2026. Katie was amazing to work with. She was super patient, explained things thoroughly, timely, and just a pleasure to work with! The hotel is just amazing. The location, the rooftop pictures, the accommodations unmatched. Highly recommend.

Katie was our wedding coordinator, and was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, kind, and overall the most accommodating person in helping us realize our wedding to its potential. She was attuned to our needs, and was cognizant of what needed to be done to achieve them, whether that was shifting and timing rooms for the food presentation, managing our vendors' equipment transport, and managing the on-site wedding to ensure all of our guests had what they needed. At the end of the day, she was just excited for us to get married, which was a wonderful thing. The Lenox itself was a gorgeous place, and fit entirely within the criteria of what we wanted (timeless, brick/colonial-inspired, attached to blocked hotel rooms for us and our guests), in addition to the beautiful dome room where our ceremony took place. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The staff were very accommodating and kind, and took their excellent service very seriously, including recommending nearby hot spots and even deluging some details about the public library across the street! Overall, could not recommend Katie and The Lenox enough! We will treasure this experience.

We have been loyal customers of the Lenox and its restaurants for a long time, and we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, a rare independent gem with classic New England charm. You barely need to add any decor to the Dome Room because it is so stunning in and of itself! The food was incredible, and truly felt like it was straight from their delicious restaurants. Our guests raved about how much fun they had at our after party at the Irving. But what truly makes the Lenox have a special place in our hearts is its staff. From the people that greet you at the entrance, to the front desk staff, to all the bartenders and servers, everyone always has a smile on their face and will help you with whatever you need. A special shout out to our coordinator Katie, who could not have been more professional or kind throughout the process, from emailing with our planner, leading us through the tasting, and making a point to find us at the Lenox wedding showcase. We had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel on October 18, 2025, and I can honestly say it was the most magical day we could have ever imagined — all thanks to Katie Hellman and the incredible Lenox team. From the very beginning, Katie made the entire planning process feel so seamless and stress-free. She is truly exceptional at what she does — organized, patient, and unbelievably kind. You can tell instantly that she genuinely loves her job and cares deeply about each couple she works with.

Katie guided us through every step with warmth and professionalism, answering every question (and there were many!) with enthusiasm and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life perfectly — from the flow of the day to the timing of every little detail. The staff at The Lenox were equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of throughout the entire weekend.

We also had our engagement photos taken at The Lenox, which made everything feel so full circle. The timeless charm of the hotel, the beautiful architecture, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created the perfect backdrop — both for that special moment and again on our wedding day. It’s such a meaningful place to us now, and we’ll always cherish the memories we’ve made there.

Our wedding day itself was absolutely flawless. Everything ran so smoothly that we were able to be completely present and just soak in every moment. It truly felt effortless, and that’s entirely due to Katie and the Lenox team’s incredible coordination and care.

The team at the Lenox Hotel was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. Emilee, our coordinator, was personable and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. The venue space was perfect for the size of our wedding, and we were able to utilize all the different areas they had to offer, including the afterparty and brunch the following day. Their adaptability to any last-minute changes was greatly appreciated, and we felt they provided excellent value. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue experience.

One of the biggest advantages of choosing The Lenox is the support of their talented catering and events team. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weddings and provided us with great templates and planning tools to ensure we didn’t miss a single detail. Their expertise in logistics and vendor coordination made everything seamless, from flower delivery to lighting setup to making sure our makeup artist found the right room on time. T

They made the entire planning process stress free, especially when it came to organizing room blocks and reservations for our VIP family and friends well in advance.

As of July 2025, The Lenox partnered with the incredible Desert Works in Westwood for wedding cakes. This was a highlight of our planning process — we worked directly with their team on design and flavors, and the tasting was so much fun! In fact, The Lenox also provides a full menu tasting months before the event, allowing you to select dishes that your guests will love. On the day of the wedding, the staff was by our side from start to finish. When we returned from the ceremony, they had refreshing beverages waiting for us, a thoughtful detail that meant so much. The service didn’t stop there: throughout the evening, they ensured everything ran flawlessly.

One of the most special perks of The Lenox is access to their roof for photos — a rare privilege in Boston. The skyline views made for an unforgettable first look and couples’ photos that we will cherish forever.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests raved about the filet mignon and swordfish, which were both crowd favorites. We also had a Seafood Raw Bar featuring shrimp, lobster, and oysters — as fresh as if we had picked them up ourselves from the Boston wholesale market. It gave the entire evening that authentic hometown Boston seafood feel.

The venue layout is another standout feature. With everything on one floor, there’s no need to move guests between cocktail hour and reception spaces. The Dome Room is nothing short of iconic — spacious, elegant, and completely customizable with lighting and décor. We used the room across the hall for cocktails and a photo booth, which kept the reception space pristine and ready for the main celebration. Plus, with the second floor reserved exclusively for our function, there was no competing with other events.

From start to finish, the service was extraordinary — from the valet and front desk to housekeeping and the event staff. Every person we encountered was gracious, attentive, and professional, making our guests feel valued and cared for. This entire experience was made possible by the incredible work of Katie Hellman! I know I will never have another wedding, which makes me even more thankful that I chose The Lenox for mine. The combination of the classic Boston charm, unmatched service, iconic location, rooftop access, and flawless execution gave us an experience we will remember for a lifetime. I can’t wait to return in the future and relive the memories of the most perfect day of my life.

We are forever grateful that we chose the Lenox as our wedding venue. Our weekend was a dream come true for us and we heard rave reviews from our guests about their experience staying for the weekend -- all thanks to the Lenox team, especially Katie and Mara, who made the entire planning experience a breeze and allowed the weekend to flow seamlessly.
From the day we visited, it was immediately clear we made the right choice. Despite the fact that we were largely planning from out of state, Katie was incredibly responsive to our questions. Especially with the distance in mind, we cannot understate the value of everything that was included in the wedding package we chose. As we flexed from a planned ~120 guests up to 140, the team helped us envision how the space could work and partnered with our incredible vendors to map out a timeline for the evening. We held our ceremony at St Cecilia parish around the corner and planned an ambitious itinerary for our wedding day itself (including sunset rooftop photos!), and the Lenox team did not miss a beat. 
Our food tasting was one of our favorite memories from our planning process and the kitchen team was super responsive to our requests and guests' dietary needs. And as the weekend itself arrived, we and our guests loved having the restaurants and bars on the first floor to gather and spend extra time together. From greeting friends and family in the lobby as they arrived for the weekend to our first dance under the absolutely gorgeous dome space in our reception, we know the memories from the weekend will stay with us for a lifetime. Most of all, we felt truly taken care of by the Lenox team throughout our weekend -- they were constantly 10 steps ahead, anticipating anything we might need and allowing us to be fully present with our guests. We are already looking forward to anniversaries and return trips to the Lenox - it forever has a special place in our hearts.
