We have been loyal customers of the Lenox and its restaurants for a long time, and we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, a rare independent gem with classic New England charm. You barely need to add any decor to the Dome Room because it is so stunning in and of itself! The food was incredible, and truly felt like it was straight from their delicious restaurants. Our guests raved about how much fun they had at our after party at the Irving. But what truly makes the Lenox have a special place in our hearts is its staff. From the people that greet you at the entrance, to the front desk staff, to all the bartenders and servers, everyone always has a smile on their face and will help you with whatever you need. We had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel on October 18, 2025, and I can honestly say it was the most magical day we could have ever imagined — all thanks to Katie Hellman and the incredible Lenox team. From the very beginning, Katie made the entire planning process feel so seamless and stress-free. She is truly exceptional at what she does — organized, patient, and unbelievably kind. You can tell instantly that she genuinely loves her job and cares deeply about each couple she works with.

Katie guided us through every step with warmth and professionalism, answering every question (and there were many!) with enthusiasm and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life perfectly — from the flow of the day to the timing of every little detail. The staff at The Lenox were equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of throughout the entire weekend.

We also had our engagement photos taken at The Lenox, which made everything feel so full circle. The timeless charm of the hotel, the beautiful architecture, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created the perfect backdrop — both for that special moment and again on our wedding day. The team at the Lenox Hotel was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. Emilee, our coordinator, was personable and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. The venue space was perfect for the size of our wedding, and we were able to utilize all the different areas they had to offer, including the afterparty and brunch the following day. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weddings and provided us with great templates and planning tools to ensure we didn’t miss a single detail. As of July 2025, The Lenox partnered with the incredible Desert Works in Westwood for wedding cakes. This was a highlight of our planning process — we worked directly with their team on design and flavors, and the tasting was so much fun! In fact, The Lenox also provides a full menu tasting months before the event, allowing you to select dishes that your guests will love. On the day of the wedding, the staff was by our side from start to finish. When we returned from the ceremony, they had refreshing beverages waiting for us, a thoughtful detail that meant so much. The service didn’t stop there: throughout the evening, they ensured everything ran flawlessly.

One of the most special perks of The Lenox is access to their roof for photos — a rare privilege in Boston. The skyline views made for an unforgettable first look and couples’ photos that we will cherish forever.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests raved about the filet mignon and swordfish, which were both crowd favorites. We also had a Seafood Raw Bar featuring shrimp, lobster, and oysters — as fresh as if we had picked them up ourselves from the Boston wholesale market. It gave the entire evening that authentic hometown Boston seafood feel.

The venue layout is another standout feature. With everything on one floor, there’s no need to move guests between cocktail hour and reception spaces. The Dome Room is nothing short of iconic — spacious, elegant, and completely customizable with lighting and décor. We used the room across the hall for cocktails and a photo booth, which kept the reception space pristine and ready for the main celebration. Plus, with the second floor reserved exclusively for our function, there was no competing with other events.

From start to finish, the service was extraordinary — from the valet and front desk to housekeeping and the event staff. Every person we encountered was gracious, attentive, and professional, making our guests feel valued and cared for. This entire experience was made possible by the incredible work of Katie Hellman! I know I will never have another wedding, which makes me even more thankful that I chose The Lenox for mine. The combination of the classic Boston charm, unmatched service, iconic location, rooftop access, and flawless execution gave us an experience we will remember for a lifetime. We are forever grateful that we chose the Lenox as our wedding venue. Our weekend was a dream come true for us and we heard rave reviews from our guests about their experience staying for the weekend -- all thanks to the Lenox team, especially Katie and Mara, who made the entire planning experience a breeze and allowed the weekend to flow seamlessly.
From the day we visited, it was immediately clear we made the right choice. Despite the fact that we were largely planning from out of state, Katie was incredibly responsive to our questions. Especially with the distance in mind, we cannot understate the value of everything that was included in the wedding package we chose. As we flexed from a planned ~120 guests up to 140, the team helped us envision how the space could work and partnered with our incredible vendors to map out a timeline for the evening. We held our ceremony at St Cecilia parish around the corner and planned an ambitious itinerary for our wedding day itself (including sunset rooftop photos!), and the Lenox team did not miss a beat. 
Our food tasting was one of our favorite memories from our planning process and the kitchen team was super responsive to our requests and guests' dietary needs. And as the weekend itself arrived, we and our guests loved having the restaurants and bars on the first floor to gather and spend extra time together. From greeting friends and family in the lobby as they arrived for the weekend to our first dance under the absolutely gorgeous dome space in our reception, we know the memories from the weekend will stay with us for a lifetime. Most of all, we felt truly taken care of by the Lenox team throughout our weekend -- they were constantly 10 steps ahead, anticipating anything we might need and allowing us to be fully present with our guests. We are already looking forward to anniversaries and return trips to the Lenox - it forever has a special place in our hearts.

The food, service, and setting were just right—and most importantly, Taylor kept everything on schedule throughout the day, even when things could have gone off track! The entire team at The Lenox hotel went above and beyond for our wedding. From the menu tasting to decor, they seamlessly made our day perfect. Taylor Lima was amazing along with everyone else on her team. If you want peace of mind on your wedding day, this is the place to go. Not only did they accommodate all of my requests, Taylor even helped put together some of my decor that I forgot to put together. She and the entire hotel staff made everyone's stay memorable. The venue is the perfect mix of 1920's glam with modern touches. To this day, people are still talking about all of the fun they had and how wonderful the hotel team was. I could go on for pages and pages but the short of it is, if you want perfection, book your wedding here!

We had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel, and it was truly the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. The execution was flawless — from the timeline to the setup — and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

The food was phenomenal, beautifully presented, and delicious, even at scale (about 105 guests total). The team was just fantastic — so accommodating to guests' dietary needs and preferences, and the bar team was amazing, the drinks were a hit! All of the waitstaff during the event were attentive and kind, and the lobby staff went out of their way to help us with everything from parking to moving our things, before, on the day and even after.

As the bride, I kept waiting for that moment of wedding-day stress to hit, but it actually never came. The Lenox team brought every part of my vision to life with such care and ease that I was able to be fully present and just enjoy every second. We are so grateful to everyone at The Lenox — they made our day unforgettable, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

We stayed in the Judy Garland and Penthouse Suites for our Boston wedding in April. We booked a room block here for our guests, and also hosted our afterparty at Willow & Ivy!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Katie and the Lenox staff took incredible care of us the entire weekend. Their service and kindness kept things running smoothly. Everyone was so accommodating and were quick to assist with any request or need from us or our guests. Our guests and vendors were saying throughout the weekend how wonderful and helpful everyone was. We and our guests had so much fun at the afterparty, and everyone commented on how great the afterparty space, service, and food were.
