It was a small wedding and our event manager Corey provided such great help to coordinate all the event details and related vendors. All staff are very friendly and professional, the wedding day went very smoothly and everyone enjoy a lot. We are so happy we found Intercontinental Boston on wedding wired.

Our wedding was 12 years in the making, and we could not have asked for a better venue than the Intercon, Boston. Leading up, we had total faith in the team we worked with in Charlene, then to Corey & Breanne. Emails were answered in a timely manner and always communicated in the best manner. Corey & Breanne, leading up and day of, were a dream team. They took care of myself & my husband and everything we could have asked for. And believe me, I am Type A, the bar was set extremely HIGH. Even when a gust fainted (was totally fine) mid cocktail hour, and the groom stepped on and ripped my dress, Corey and Breanne jumped into "we can fix this" and handled everything with ease. I am beyond grateful for them, and I recommend this venue to anyone who wants to feel completely supported (even without a wedding planner) on their big day (and all the days leading up). Beyond the planning, the entire Intercon staff was AMAZING. Waitstaff, bartenders, concierge, restaurant staff - everyone was KIND, HAPPY TO HELP AND SO EXCITED for us and our families and friends. I am so happy we chose Intercon and cannot say enough good things on how we were treated and how EPIC our party turned to be. Thank you to the Intercon Staff. We are forever grateful.

We could not have been happy with the entire staff ( specifically Christina) when planning my daughter's wedding. We rescheduled 4 times and accommodated absolutely everything we asked for each time. The event was a huge success, and I am forever grateful,

My husband and I got married here a couple months back and it is still the talk of our friends/ family! This hotel went above and beyond for us and everything was perfect. From our first meeting with Nicolette, we knew this was the venue for us! We worked with Nicolette and Molly during our planning phases and their communication, professionalism and kindness were unbelievable. I felt so comfortable emailing them at any time of the day and I knew I would get a response asap. It really helped with my wedding stress and they were so organized. We had a couple of meetings to review our wedding day and it was so nice to work with a team that actually cared & gave feedback. I truly would recommend this hotel to anyone! Best experience of my life.

Our wedding experience at the Intercontinental Boston was magical! Every single person we worked with was willing to go above and beyond to help make our day perfect. The food was phenomenal and the overall elegance and beauty of the venue made for an absolutely stunning wedding. We had the best day and will remember it with happiness forever!

We did not have our wedding reception at the Intercontinental (we had it at an event space in the financial district downtown,) but worked with them for our room blocks, and they were incredible!! We loved the whole team, our guests loved the room, and the Rumba Bar downstairs is a great option for an after party!! We're so glad we found the intercontinental for wedding day room blocks (and after party!!)

From the moment we stepped foot into the Intercontinental, we knew it was THE venue. The hotel is gorgeous. It is modern, clean, inviting, and always beautifully decorated. The staff- from the parking attendants, to the waitstaff, to the concierge are all so friendly and helpful. The event management staff were INCREDIBLE. They go far beyond their job description, giving guidance and advice, and handling every question and task with utmost competence and positivity! They worked with my husband/family and I to ensure that we were getting everything we wanted and still staying within our budget. They covered every single little detail- things that you would never think of, and reviewed those details with us several times before the wedding. The tasting.... one of my favorite days! The staff makes you feel like royalty! The food was amazing, however if there was something you didn't like, you could literally speak to the head chef and discuss tweaks to make it better for your personal taste/event. Every moment of planning and preparing our event at the Intercon was so enjoyable, thanks in huge part to the staff. As part of hosting our wedding at the Intercon, we were able to stay in the most beautiful suite- such a great perk. On the big day, there was literally no stress. Everything was handled... and even when it "wasn't", the staff made you believe everything was under control, and made sure that they handled it without worrying you. After our ceremony (off site) we returned to find our coordinators literally carrying my dress, helping the photographer with seating/lighting, keeping myself and my family hydrated during pictures... anything you can think of- they did it. During the reception (which by the way was GORGEOUS), the staff made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline, that we always had a drink in hand, and kept us in the loop with what was going on without being overbearing. There was not one single thing that we had to worry about all night, all we had to do is enjoy ourselves.
I could go on and on. Our wedding at the Intercon turned out better than the dream I have always had. Choose the Intercontinental Boston. You will not regret it.

Words can't express how amazing our April 21st wedding was at the InterContinental Boston! The wedding day was beyond perfect and the attention to detail that was provided by every member of the staff was more than we could have ever asked for! From the planning meetings to the tasting and the wedding day, Nicolette Ortiz was absolutely amazing to work with! Not only did she provide exceptional service and offer incredibly helpful advice throughout the process, Nicolette has also become a close family friend and we're so thankful to have worked with her! She coordinated everything with each of our vendors with the utmost professionalism and transformed the Rose Kennedy Ballroom into our personal dream come true! The food was spectacular and the service was even better! Our guests have all said that our wedding at the InterContinental was the best wedding they have ever been to. Everyone is still talking about the beautiful dessert buffet and the surprise reveal that left our family and friends speechless! I had my bridal shower in Miel Brassiere, one of the outlets at InterContinental Boston this past weekend, and it was perfect. My family reserved the back half of Miel for about 45 guests and we received so many compliments about how amazing the service was, and how beautiful the room and waterfront view were. Thank you to all your staff at InterContinental for making this day so special for me!
