Amazing venue and wonderful people! Cindy is knowledgeable about the coordination and makes your day go smoothly. They listen to you and help you customize your day to what you want! My husband and I changed our venue to the Rivers after concerns with Covid and had originally worked with Kerrie who helped explain things and how they would work with COVID. Honestly we could not have bad a better day. We received many compliments on the food, venue and cake. They cake was beautiful! Chef Meemee helped us add our personal touch by adding our pets to the cake since they could not be there. It is a great experience at the Rivers. They have so many knowledgeable people that work with you to make your dream a reality!

Trout Lake was a phenomenal venue for our wedding. The planning process was very smooth and the coordinators for the wedding day were always three steps ahead of any obstacle or bad weather. The staff was a well-oiled machine and was extremely communicative the whole way through. Their coordination with our vendors was seamless and the guest experience was terrific. So many people at our wedding kept asking us "How did you find this place?" and were showering the venue and staff with praise. The food was also incredible, especially the specialty cupcakes. All in all, we highly recommend Trout Lake to anyone looking for a wedding venue where you get way more bang for your buck compared to other venues. Our wedding went better than either of us could have expected and it's thanks to Trout Lake for making our special day so memorable.

Everything about the DoubleTree Resort was perfect. The whole staff was very friendly, supportive, great experience and very flexible. Until a couple of hours before the event we needed to make some changes and they were able to accommodate. The food was AMAZING and very fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating our wedding at Hotel Gettysburg! From the planning stages through our wedding day, Alaina was incredible to work with. She was organized, responsive, patient, and attentive to all of the details that went into bringing our celebration together. The reception space looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff took wonderful care of us and our guests throughout the evening. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything came together on the day of the wedding—it allowed Mike and me to simply enjoy ourselves and celebrate with our family and friends. Having the hotel accommodations and reception in one location was also very convenient for our guests, especially those traveling from out of town. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, and Hotel Gettysburg played such an important part in making it memorable. We are incredibly grateful to Alaina and the entire team for their hard work, professionalism, and hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Gettysburg to couples looking for a beautiful and well-organized wedding venue!

We just got married at Terrain Gardens two days ago and we had to write a review. Our experience with Terrain was outstanding. From the day we toured to leaving on the shuttle after the wedding, us and our guests were completely taken care of. The venue? Beautiful. The food? Delicious. The service? Fantastic. Our guests have been raving about it since they walked in for our ceremony. We knew we were in great hands and that we could relax and enjoy our day. And it was a beautiful day. I can't say enough good things. If you're considering Terrain Gardens for your wedding, just sign on the dotted line, you won't regret it.

WOW!!! Truly wow!! The Desmond did an amazing job on my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. We have been getting nonstop compliments on absolutely everything!!  As a big Italian family with over 200 guests, food was really important to us, and the food was outstanding in every way! We met with Chef Chris personally because we had some menu changes, and he did an amazing job with all our requests. From the  exquisite selection of Italian antipasti meats to the fried calamari, the perfectly cooked filet and stuffed shrimp, and the beautiful desserts including cherries jubilee, bananas foster, macaroons and of course the Desmond bread pudding - everything was just delicious! Brince our Banquet Manager had the timing down perfectly and worked wonderfully with all our vendors! In fact, even the vendors - some of whom were new to the Desmond - commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Everything was seamless and so many guest commented on the attentiveness of the wait staff and their smiles while serving! Michael and Lauren were just wonderful the whole time and because we were in such good hands, people commented how relaxed I looked on such a big day! I cannot thank the entire Desmond team enough for all their hard work and attention to detail! They made us so comfortable throughout the planning process and provided us with a beautiful and memorable day! It was exactly what we wanted for the most special gift in our lives - our children! Oh, and for the record, people have been asking - Can we do it again next weekend? Sending our love and thanks to everyone at the Desmond!

Our wedding is scheduled for 10.10.2020 and just like most couples, we've had to seriously think about what to do. Stacie has been absolutely wonderful calming our nerves and helping us pick a backup date (twice) and come up with all the necessary precautions that come with a pandemic. We can't thank her enough for everything. We would recommend St. Nick's to any couple that is looking for a more traditional atmosphere and a venue that really cares about the couple.

The Crystal Tea Room (CTR) was amazing and Finley Catering knows how to run and host an event! We had been to a couple of events at the CTR so we thought we knew what to expect when we toured, but touring it ourselves we realized just how beautiful the space is. After taking the elevators up, everything is on one level which made it very accessible for our guests and there was plenty of space for all of our guests (252), during cocktail hour too. We got married on 1/2/2026 and the wintery/cozy vibes were perfect in the atrium during cocktail hour as the sun had already set. All of Finley’s staff was there to help from the planning coordinators to the day-of coordinators. They have run so many events, so everything ran smoothly and all of our questions were answered promptly and they eased all our nerves during all our planning meetings. Lots of our guests are from Philly originally, so they were thrilled to hear our wedding was at the CTR and it did not disappoint! Our guests are still talking about it! Our ceremony was on site and it was beautifully setup; cocktail hour food and drinks were amazing; specialty cocktails were perfect and we were able to get exactly what we wanted; dinner was perfect (ate quickly to get back to the dance floor!); dessert was delicious and Master’s Baker made an incredible cake. Finley gave us the top of the cake to take home the next day which was wonderful too. We had our after party at the CTR as well and it was a great time with DJ, more food, and drinks included! Our budget was met too which was great. All in all 100/10, we cannot recommend Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room enough. It truly was a perfect evening!

Our wedding was everything we could’ve dreamed of. The willows was very accommodating, great food, great atmosphere, easy to communicate with and the venue is SO beautiful. Their packages include a lot as well! We loved it and were so happy

Eden Hall Farm was our gorgeous wedding venue! It was the first place we toured prior to being engaged. We fell in love with the antique barn, multiple ceremony location offerings & a backdrop that spoke for itself. Kelly Mowrey the venue coordinator and catering director was incredible from the start. Always answering my questions in a timely fashion, accommodating when I changed my mind which was inevitable and overseeing the entire Eden Hall Farm, Chatham University and Parkhurst dining team. Exec Chef Jen O’Donnell led her team well & created a beautiful & delicious menu for our wedding. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, minimal decorations were needed however I still ended up bringing in a 16ft box truck of decorations for the day. One of the main reasons we booked this venue outside of the looks, we’re the ability to bring most of our own vendors. You have to work with the catering team…..but by have to I mean…you’ll be honored to. All facilities were great. The location is close enough to home, but far enough to be peaceful and feel like you are out in the country. If you’re looking for a spectacular barn wedding/event venue at a fraction of the cost, look no further. Other venues could not offer the flexibility, charm and dedication that our venue did. Being 1 of 6 weddings this year, we never felt like a number or a dollar with this team. I wish I could relive this day for the rest of my life. We rented the milk barn to get ready and it was a no brainer. All of our family, friends and guests have complimented the day from start to finish!
