Our wedding was everything we could’ve dreamed of. The willows was very accommodating, great food, great atmosphere, easy to communicate with and the venue is SO beautiful. Their packages include a lot as well! We loved it and were so happy

From the moment we visited the facility to the wedding day, Trout Lake has been nothing short of spectacular! Our actual wedding day was phenomenal, which I had no doubt about, but the love and care from the staff throughout the process was incredibly impactful. The staff were oozing with professionalism, the venue is physically breathtaking, and guests are STILL talking about the food (3 weeks later)! Although the team was incredible, Joise and Anna were truly rockstars, and I could not thank them enough for all they've done to help make our wedding the most spectacular and STRESS-FREE day of my life. Also, the Lake House is AWESOME, highly recommend. Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make our day special. Love, Your Bride and Groom (10.12.25)

Everything about the DoubleTree Resort was perfect. The whole staff was very friendly, supportive, great experience and very flexible. Until a couple of hours before the event we needed to make some changes and they were able to accommodate. The food was AMAZING and very fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this place.

We just got married at Terrain Gardens two days ago and we had to write a review. Our experience with Terrain was outstanding. From the day we toured to leaving on the shuttle after the wedding, us and our guests were completely taken care of. The venue? Beautiful. The food? Delicious. The service? Fantastic. Our guests have been raving about it since they walked in for our ceremony. We knew we were in great hands and that we could relax and enjoy our day. And it was a beautiful day. I can't say enough good things. If you're considering Terrain Gardens for your wedding, just sign on the dotted line, you won't regret it.

Our wedding is scheduled for 10.10.2020 and just like most couples, we've had to seriously think about what to do. Stacie has been absolutely wonderful calming our nerves and helping us pick a backup date (twice) and come up with all the necessary precautions that come with a pandemic. We can't thank her enough for everything. We would recommend St. Nick's to any couple that is looking for a more traditional atmosphere and a venue that really cares about the couple.

Amazing venue and wonderful people! Cindy is knowledgeable about the coordination and makes your day go smoothly. They listen to you and help you customize your day to what you want! My husband and I changed our venue to the Rivers after concerns with Covid and had originally worked with Kerrie who helped explain things and how they would work with COVID. Honestly we could not have bad a better day. We received many compliments on the food, venue and cake. They cake was beautiful! Chef Meemee helped us add our personal touch by adding our pets to the cake since they could not be there. It is a great experience at the Rivers. They have so many knowledgeable people that work with you to make your dream a reality!

We truly could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Alaina Rineman and the team at Hotel Gettysburg. Together, they made our wedding weekend seamless, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Alaina made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Alaina was phenomenal. She responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and remained just as attentive throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer questions, walk through details, and offer thoughtful suggestions. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, which made her suggestions feel personal and meaningful. On the wedding day, Alaina handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly. Any hiccups were taken care of immediately, and we never felt stressed or distracted. She also went above and beyond for our guests, especially ensuring accommodations for those staying at the hotel and even arranging a to-go meal for a guest observing a religious fast. That level of care meant so much to us. Hotel Gettysburg itself was the perfect venue. Located right in the heart of downtown, it offered a beautiful mix of historic charm and convenience. Our guests loved being able to walk around the square, and the hotel provided so many great gathering spaces—including One Lincoln, the Hotel’s own bar and restaurant. The on-site Starbucks was also a huge bonus! The on-site catering was also exquisite. We chose to do a buffet and the food choices were all delicious! Many of our guests returned for second and third helpings of the entrees. The highlight for me is how incredibly picture-worthy the Hotel is, with stunning spots both inside and outside (the bank vault in the ballroom was a favorite!) for amazing wedding photos. Even with nearly 200 guests, the space allowed for comfortable mingling and dancing. The bridal suite and thoughtful touches like packaged cake slices, chocolate-covered fruit, and souvenir champagne glasses made us feel so special. Pro Tip: I also highly recommend working with Destination Gettysburg. They provided free welcome packets for our guests filled with brochures, discounts, and even kid-friendly items, which enhanced the experience for our guests that stayed the full weekend. Because of Alaina, I felt completely at ease and confident that everything was in good hands. When I look back on our wedding day, she is absolutely part of those memories—not just as a coordinator, but as someone who helped make the day feel so special. The Crystal Tea Room (CTR) was amazing and Finley Catering knows how to run and host an event! We had been to a couple of events at the CTR so we thought we knew what to expect when we toured, but touring it ourselves we realized just how beautiful the space is. After taking the elevators up, everything is on one level which made it very accessible for our guests and there was plenty of space for all of our guests (252), during cocktail hour too. We got married on 1/2/2026 and the wintery/cozy vibes were perfect in the atrium during cocktail hour as the sun had already set. All of Finley’s staff was there to help from the planning coordinators to the day-of coordinators. They have run so many events, so everything ran smoothly and all of our questions were answered promptly and they eased all our nerves during all our planning meetings. Lots of our guests are from Philly originally, so they were thrilled to hear our wedding was at the CTR and it did not disappoint! Our guests are still talking about it! Our ceremony was on site and it was beautifully setup; cocktail hour food and drinks were amazing; specialty cocktails were perfect and we were able to get exactly what we wanted; dinner was perfect (ate quickly to get back to the dance floor!); dessert was delicious and Master’s Baker made an incredible cake. Finley gave us the top of the cake to take home the next day which was wonderful too. We had our after party at the CTR as well and it was a great time with DJ, more food, and drinks included! Our budget was met too which was great. All in all 100/10, we cannot recommend Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room enough. It truly was a perfect evening!

We had our wedding at this place and the facility was breathtaking. Everybody just stood in awe taking in the beauty. Very clean facility and very quiet and full of nature. We had almost 200 people on site. Jarius let us use a whole week to tear down and setup without giving us limited time or access. Jarius very friendly and willing to help where he can. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place to have your special day.

Planning was made easy, food was second to none, day of service was incredible.
