Choosing The Inn at Leola Village was 100% the best wedding decision we could have made!! Everything was incredible and seamless, from the planning process to the wedding weekend. We’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was, how incredibly nice everyone was, and how well everything flowed. Planning couldn’t have been easier, since everything was taken care of on site, and we loved having all our loved ones able to stay at the venue. I wish we could relive the weekend over and over!

My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding, and it's all thanks to the staff at Toftrees. We were planning my hometown wedding all the way from Minnesota, and it all came together perfectly thanks to Katie Clegg and her team! We were SO impressed by the venue, the staff and their friendliness, THE FOOD, everything! The food was truly delicious — I don't mean to brag about my own wedding, but our food was the best I've ever had. Our guests are still raving about our wedding weeks later. They keep telling us how wonderful the staff is, how delicious the food and drinks were and how beautiful the grounds were! Literally all of the banquet staff at Toftrees are just so kind, accommodating and great to work with. I had so many questions and each time I called Katie, she answered promptly and was so friendly and thorough. I know so many people aren't as lucky, so thanks for being wonderful, Katie. My husband and I also had our Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Brunch at Toftrees in the Silver Maple Ballroom, and both of those were incredible as well! It was such a treat for both my husband and I and our guests. We couldn’t have been in a better place. Thank you so much Toftrees, especially Katie and Jan, for making our wedding weekend one to remember forever. We appreciate all of you so much and we will be celebrating our special weekend for years to come!

We could not have been happier with our wedding at The Yorktowne Hotel. The beautifully renovated historic hotel provided the perfect backdrop for the entire weekend. The spacious rooms were a hit with all of our guests, and having everything in one place made the experience truly seamless — from the ceremony and cocktail hour to the reception, late-night after party in the rooftop lounge, and Sunday brunch. The location was ideal, with the hotel situated right in town so guests could easily stroll out for breakfast or lunch. The rooftop terrace bar was the perfect setting to kick off the weekend on Friday night with a warm summer breeze and gorgeous views. The ballroom itself was stunning — large windows, plenty of space for dancing, and easily accommodated our 154 guests. A huge thank you to our day-of planner, Angie Basilotto. From the very start of planning (over seven months) to the big day itself, Angie was professional, knowledgeable, always available, and absolutely committed to making every detail perfect. She was a true pleasure to work with. The entire staff — from front desk to servers, bartenders, and housekeeping — were friendly, attentive, and made our family, bridal party, and guests feel so well cared for. Choosing The Yorktowne allowed us to simplify the process of planning a wedding away from our home city of Baltimore. It offered our guests an easy-to-reach destination where they could stay in one place for the entire weekend. An added bonus: free parking in the garage all weekend long. We truly couldn’t recommend The Yorktowne Hotel more highly for a wedding or special event. If you’re considering it — go for it!

Redi Berhe was amazing. She was so helpful, gracious and accommodating. Planning our wedding with Redi was like planning it with my best friend. I always felt she had our best interests at heart and wanted to make our day perfect for us, which was accomplished! The Montgomery House was perfect for our small family wedding. It was very intimate and elegant. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food was outstanding and the presentation and service excellent.

I cannot express how wonderful our wedding was at Gettysburg Hotel. We were hesitant to have a December date, but everything was so magical and surpassed all expectations. The ballroom is so beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff were so helpful in creating a great experience. Alaina is very helpful during the planning process, quick to respond to my many questions throughout it all. I do not have my professional photos back yet but cannot wait to see them with the gorgeous venue!!

Your venue search stops here! My husband and I got married here in May 2025 were in love with Riverdale from our first visit. Every aspect of the venue is gorgeous, including both ceremony sites. It ended up raining on our wedding day and it truly did not even matter because the covered option is just as beautiful as the outdoor option. You are required to use the in house caterer but they have tons of options and everything was absolutely delicious. Riverdale also provides a coordinator who works with you from start to finish. Our coordinator, Madison, was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and totally made our dream wedding day come to life. On the day of, we also worked with assistant coordinator Emma. The 2 of them took care of absolutely everything and made our day run so smoothly. I am so glad that we chose Riverdale for our wedding, I could not recommend them more!!

We got married at the Hilton in June 2022 and had an incredibly positive experience throughout the entire process! Our wedding ended up having to be postponed twice, but the team at the Hilton coordinated these changes smoothly, being more than accommodating to our many needs. The thorough communication and broad access to resources throughout the planning stages was never an issue and we really had the feeling that they were truly there to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams instead of trying to push a product. When the big day finally came, all our vendors had a point of contact at the hotel that was physically present to oversee the set-up, giving us the chance to focus on the ceremony without worrying about the logistics. She even allowed us a sneak peak at the room before the guests entered and was there throughout the evening to help with any issues that arose, as well as being kind enough to run gifts and the card box up to the bridal suite! As far as the quality of the product goes, it was everything we could have imagined. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS (thank you to the chef and team!) and we highly recommend the braised short rib, pistachio crusted halibut, and risotto! Bar selections are broad and moderately priced, with the ability to arrange for higher tiers if we wanted. We also requested wine service at dinner and never felt any lack of attention given to us or our guests. There was ample room for dancing, great options in terms of lighting (even up to us making a last-minute lighting change during our sneak peak), and fantastic angles for our photographers to capture pictures. Overall, we were VERY impressed and appreciative of all the work and attention to detail that the Hilton gave us for the wedding and have memories of that day that will last us a lifetime. We both highly recommend it as a venue for your wedding! Thank you very much to everyone who worked so hard to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! Side note: We highly recommend 1700 Degrees Steakhouse in the hotel for the rehearsal dinner. Again, delicious food and a high attention to detail. What’s more, all the logistics can be coordinated directly with the same group that facilitated the wedding reception. Just like we mentioned before, we had someone present to oversee the evening and ensure it all flowed smoothly, which was a tremendous help. They were even able to time service around speeches and toasts, and coordinated with the chef to create a last-minute vegan dish in the middle of dinner! Our guests are still talking about how great of a time they had!

It went more smooth and as perfect as we could have hoped. The budget in terms of wedding venues no matter where you go will always be expensive but compared to other venues this by far was the superior option. Everything was always professional and prompt and quality wise it is the highest tier. By far the best option for the money spent. From the little details of decor to the bigger decisions of food it was all perfect. The scenery itself is a magical stage for the perfect day. All we did to make our day happen was and always will be worth it. Emily was very good at her job and helping us work out any issues and was invaluable at making our day perfect. We will always be eternally grateful for all she and the Drumore staff have done for us. They took care of everything and allowed us to enjoy our moment. Thank you all! Forever.

We only looked at two venues and stopped after finding the musuem. The price you literally can not beat for everything you get with it. We had a small intimate wedding of about 53 people and everyone came up to me at the end of the night raving about the location. They loved being able to explore the museum throughout the night. Half way through the wedding process we got a new event coordinator and there were a few times were there was miscommunication but overall it was a good experience. The courtyard with the trees and lighting was perfect for our ceremony and the exposed brick looked amazing in pictures. The lobby was the perfect size for reception and you dont have to do much to it because it's already so pretty inside.
