This beautiful wedding venue sits on six acres of manicured grounds, where couples can exchange vows, take their wedding portraits, or simply sit together and admire views of the Conestoga River. Owners Maureen and John Raezer have fully restored and renovated this property, transforming a historic manor from the 1800s into a serene boutique destination just minutes from downtown Lancaster.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can begin their forever indoors or al fresco at Riverdale Manor, with several stunning ceremony locations to choose from. From the tranquil indoor-outdoor pavilion to the quietest corners of the grounds, every area on the property has its own distinct charm. Those who wish to host a cocktail hour after their ceremony can gather on The Terrace, a rustic outdoor space with a large stone fireplace. The ballroom inside the manor can accommodate up to 200 guests for a banquet reception, with iron-hanging chandeliers illuminating a couple's way toward the dance floor. Boasting lofty beamed ceilings and expansive windows, this setting is the epitome of sophistication and elegance. There are two private dressing suites on-site for soon-to-be newlyweds to use on their wedding morning.
Services Offered
All couples who host their special day at Riverdale Manor will have support from the in-house coordinator and event assistant throughout their journey to "I do." They will be on hand to assist with all aspects of wedding planning and organization, including designing day-of timelines, choosing seating arrangements, and selecting a reception menu. Catering at the venue is provided exclusively by Thyme and Seasons Catering, one of Lancaster County's premier catering teams. These culinary professionals excel in a huge variety of cuisines and cooking styles, so they are always happy to customize their menus to suit a couple's requirements. The manor's events team will provide essential rental items, such as glassware, china, linens, and flatware, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Beautiful Venue with Wonderful Staff!
I would highly recommend Riverdale for a wedding! It was a magical day!
I appreciated the tasting we had to make sure of all our food choices. We did change the menu based on that tasting. We had stations instead of a sit down dinner. The food was delicious and presented so beautifully! Many of our guests commented on it. The bartenders also did a great job. It was nice to save some money by bringing in our own beer/wine/liquor.
The venue was gorgeous! The pavilion and patio were so pretty and the grounds were beautiful. Having the farm house to dress/take pictures was so nice and super convenient. We also enjoyed having the ballroom along with the patio to use throughout the night. It allowed for dancing but also quieter conversations.
I would highly recommend Riverdale for a wedding! It was a magical day!
