We had a beautiful service in this church, with the reception at the adjacent fellowship center.

The church is rather new and quite bright and airy, making it a gorgeous site on a spring afternoon. You must be a Catholic to be married here though.

My family has belonged to this church for generations. We never considered getting married anywhere else. Our church does have some strict rules about music and decorations, but I wouldn't have changed a thing.

New Providence Church of God is a beautiful church - we couldn't use our own church b/c it is too small, but they were helpful & friendly & couldn't have been better - especially after another church telling me that they weren't a chapel! I was very grateful for this church & everything they did for us & would recommend to anyone!

Our daughter and son in law celebrated their Big Day in Downtown Lancaster with the perfect weekend pairing of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Marriott Convention Center on the square. Our daughter and son in law wanted a modern yet classic wedding and Trinity Lutheran is a stunning and sacred space with history dating back to the 1700’s. Sunlight infused the stained glass windows as the bride made her way to the altar. Trinity is stately and beautiful and yet our guests needing accommodation were able to be present. The staff and Pastor were beyond gracious and the music was superb. They now offer livestreaming which allows those not able to travel to still capture the moment. We paired our wedding vows at Trinity with a reception at the Marriott which was the former Watt and Shand department store . The wedding party was able to walk to and from the Marriott in the downtown to the cheers of passersby. Where else can such an experience happen? The church and city were excellent for photography. Say “I Do” to your wedding at Holy Trinity and you will be glad you did.

What a wonderful place to have a wedding! What a BEAUTIFUL place to have a wedding!!!! All of the staff were helpful and prepared for our day. There was a place for both the groom/groomsmen and bride/bridesmaids to store their clothes and get ready for the day. The pipe organ and house organist (Jerrold) were amazing and I do not regret my choice to have my ceremony there.

we used this church for our wedding because of who they are and what they represent! "Love God, Love God's People, Love God's World!" It doesn't get any better then this! This church has such a Love for their community and the people in it that you can't help but want to be a part of it not just use it for its services! The people there are caring and do everything they can to accommodate your venue! The wedding coordinator was amazing and Sooo helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel special and help everything run so smoothly! So grateful to Capital Area Christian Church for allowing us to rent their church and make us feel so special on our special day! Thank you Pastor Don Hamilton and retired Prayer Shepard Cabot Lodge for Everything!
