Museum Wedding Venues in Lancaster

We only looked at two venues and stopped after finding the musuem. The price you literally can not beat for everything you get with it. We had a small intimate wedding of about 53 people and everyone came up to me at the end of the night raving about the location. They loved being able to explore the museum throughout the night. Half way through the wedding process we got a new event coordinator and there were a few times were there was miscommunication but overall it was a good experience. The courtyard with the trees and lighting was perfect for our ceremony and the exposed brick looked amazing in pictures. The lobby was the perfect size for reception and you dont have to do much to it because it's already so pretty inside.

We had a fantastic wedding at the National Civil War Museum. Everything was absolutely perfect! The venue is fantastic. From being able to have your wedding outside to having the patio for cocktail hour and inside for the reception, our day was perfect. Kate is great to work with and Marcus was also a huge help!

We had so much fun working with April and her team! April had so many great ideas and really helped bring our wedding vision to life and make our day better than we could have imagined! She was very flexible when COVID changed our original plans and is such a warm, caring person. We loved picking out artwork for our wedding and being able to customize based on our theme. There are also closets full of candles, vases, and other decorations that really helped pull everything together. We also rented our linens from April (she has every color you could possibly imagine!) and some beautiful dinnerware to match our colors. Our guests really enjoyed the venue and we got many compliments on how unique and beautiful it was! We definitely recommend choosing Mulberry Arts Studio for any event you’re planning!

We and our guests loved the uniqueness of this venue! Our DJ was able to provide a lighting package that helped turn the museum into a fun dance environment too. The staff were all very responsive to our messages, and the price was great for our tight budget. The only downside to using this museum was that we were not allowed to set anything up until 5pm the day of the wedding. I would suggest doing the ceremony in a different place if you're not planning on using a church. Otherwise, we were very very happy with the museum. We are still hearing about how cool it was for our big day!

Indian Steps was the perfect location for our wedding ceremony. It's absolutely beautiful, with plenty of spots for taking photos afterwards and getting a variety of backgrounds. Very affordable and flexible. I highly recommend them as an outdoor wedding venue.
