Where do I even begin with Whispering Pines of Carlisle? At a time when everything in the world was a mess and so much uncertainty this venue and the ladies whom run it came through like a shining light for my husband and I. Our first venue that we had our heart set on was not working with us to hold our wedding in 2020. Our florist referred us quickly to these ladies three months before our scheduled wedding. They were super responsive immediately and got us in for a tour and to our luck had our date still open! The place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The convenience of tables, chairs, linens and chinaware included in the price was a huge plus. The newly renovated Grooms and Brides rooms are super pretty. Tracy was always so quick to answer all of my many questions through text and telephone conversations along the way. Deb was there the night before at rehearsal helping set up and putting little touches to our décor we brought along, that she had. The day of the event the ladies were always checking in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we needed anything. I am so happy we went with Whispering Pines of Carlisle and would have definitely started with them from the beginning had I did a bit more research on locations in this area. We are already talking about having our 10-year wedding vowel renewal there! Thank you, Tracy and Deb, – you both were our saviors!

April was absolutely amazing! I cannot believe how awesome my day was thanks to her. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. The day of I hardly saw her (but that's because she was busy making sure my day was perfect!). The part that makes her the best, by far, is the fact that she was so wonderful when dealing with my (extremely) crazy/rude mother and grandmother. I felt really bad for her because of that, but she handled it so well. The gazebo was such a beautiful place to get married, and April was accommodating for all of the quirky things we wanted to do during our ceremony. The reception could not have been more beautiful - everything was set up perfectly and the food was absolutely delicious. We chose a buffet for $$ purposes (GET THE STUFFED CHICKEN!), but it went so quickly and smoothly. I totally recommend them!

The venue was perfect for our day. The owners John and Nancy are extremely helpful and will help you every step of the way. The cost of the venue does include chairs and tables (linens are extra). They even have decorations from other weddings that you can use to supplement your own. One of the best experiences with our vendors.

We got married at this venue about a month ago and I do not have enough good things to say. The grounds were absolutely stunning in every way, many of our guests said it was something right out of a fairytale, and I'd have to agree. We went with the entire weekend package which was so nice as it allowed us and our bridal party access to the grounds Friday midday through Sunday which allowed everyone to get settled in and figure out how we wanted to decorate with no rush. The inside was lovely, with such beautiful historic pieces in every room. Kim was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and helped our day go off as smoothly as any wedding can. Especially as I was planning everything from my home on the west coast and we did not meet in person until the weekend of my wedding. Also the meals they included in our package were spectacular! I really can't recommend this place enough

This was the first venue we looked at and I knew within the first 5 minutes Linwood was the venue for our wedding! It was clean, charming, and in full bloom for April. Every guest raved how incredible the site was and how much fun they had staying in the property. Grateful for such a wonderful experience!

Kit and Robin are the dream team. The moment we shook their hand during our initial tour I knew this was the venue simply because of the owners. As a former wedding photographer, I've seen many stressed brides in my time and given how prone I am to anxiety I always assumed I'd be one of them. Thanks to their exceptional care, I felt absolutely no stress during my wedding day!! They took care of most of the decorating and setting up, handled vendors as they arrived, and expertly maneuvered around bad weather conditions to still allow us to hold our ceremony on the island. The property itself is stunning with SO many beautiful places for photos, but Kit and Robin go above and beyond to fill nearly any request. We had our bridal party and a few out of town guests stay at the B&B throughout our time there and everyone was so impressed and enamored with the B&B and the owners. You will not regret choosing them.

The Barn at Creek’s Bend was the perfect climate control venue for a vow renewal and wedding reception. The facility has a gorgeous deck to mingle outside in addition to the spacious manicured barn itself. We also appreciated using their top of the line A/V system to share a brief video of the original wedding for all the guests to enjoy. The facility has beautiful charm and elegance, perfectly fitting everything we hoped to have for the celebration! Having both The Barn at Creek’s Bend and The Sports Emporium on the same property, allowed us so many extra opportunities for making the moments unique and memorable for all! We were sure to end the reception early enough for any of the guests to then enjoy some mini-golf and go-cart riding at the Sports Emporium with the Bride & Groom! The owners and staff were so helpful and took care of making sure the event ran smoothly for our family and guests; we could truly take in the moments, enjoy our guests, eat, dance and play without worry! Thank you to all who helped make this day a very joy filled day, in all the ways!

Was a great day and everything went smoothly. We would love to have another event here some day. Staff was all very friendly and made us and all our guests feel at home. Thank you to all at comfort suites.
