The quality of service would have been a 5 before the day of the event but we had one particular staff member that was to be in charge after the director of sales left who was not the nicest person, she was rude to my 7 year old daughter who asked for juice after the bar had closed. Also, be sure they really review the bar detail with you, our bar closed at 9:30 and we still had a good amount of guests still there, they would also not let us keep the kegs of beer that we already paid for after the bar closed, and the kegs were self serve. The food was excellent, the director of sales was great as well, just that one person put a damper on the day, bad day or not you don't bring it to work.
