Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Pennsylvania

We got married at the Crystal Tea room on 3/29/25. To say this day was an absolute dream does not even reach the level of true admiration I could give in a review of Finely, the CTR staff, and especially our amazing coordinate Brooke. From the moment we walked in the doors at our tour we knew this was the venue we were going to get married in. Brooke made the entire process, from before we even booked the venue, seamless, easy, and made us feel like we were truly able to enjoy the planning process, something that is often very stressful for people to navigate. We had many specific requests and I am a very detail oriented person and Brooke and the Finley team went our of their way to make sure every single detail and idea was curated beautifully and fit the aesthetic and vision I had in mind. She even offered suggestions that I didn’t even know where in my mind, that is the mark of an amazing coordinator and team. The tasting was so much fun and gave us a glimpse of what our day could really look like. We got really great ideas that we incorporate into our own day which was very helpful. We came back a few times to take measurements, look at specific areas, discuss food plans, and every single time we felt more and more excited about our day at the CTR! We felt very well taken care of on the day of our wedding. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, everything was set up and Miguel was very accommodating to the things we needed throughout the day. The staff was so welcoming and kind and helped us through the entire event, they even provided me socks for my shoe change when I forgot mine! The team strategically accommodate for mine (and many other) allergies and special accommodations and if anything went wrong on the day of (which I don’t think I did) I literally would still, 6 months later, not even have the slightest clue! We were fed, never thirsty, well taken care of and still saying we wish we could do it all over again. There is no amount of thanks that we could give to Brooke, Miguel, the Finely family, and the entire CTR team.

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was everything we could have dreamed of and more for our wedding day. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator, Jordan made us feel genuinely cared for, paying attention to every detail and making the planning process feel effortless every step of the way. As the big day approached, Nikki, our incredible maître d’, was our calm in the chaos. She ensured everything ran flawlessly and allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment without stress. Her assistant Ashley and our bridal attendant Sydney were beyond attentive, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. On top of all of that, our guests are still raving about the food — from cocktail hour to dinner, everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The level of love, care, and professionalism shown by the entire team is something we will never forget. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more — it made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Our wedding is scheduled for 10.10.2020 and just like most couples, we've had to seriously think about what to do. Stacie has been absolutely wonderful calming our nerves and helping us pick a backup date (twice) and come up with all the necessary precautions that come with a pandemic. We can't thank her enough for everything. We would recommend St. Nick's to any couple that is looking for a more traditional atmosphere and a venue that really cares about the couple.

Where do I even start? Terrain was absolutely the correct choice for our venue. Every single aspect was perfect. From our first tour, we felt special and the staff was attentive. The tasting was beautifully curated - delicious meals to try, beautiful ambiance in the venue, and a live musician. Our event manage, Olivia, was fabulous. She was kind, patient, and clearly was a professional. She was made everything easy, which is how you want it to be. One of the reasons that I picked Terrain is that the space is BEAUTIFUL! I honestly didn't need many decorations and guests raved about how beautiful the space was. Literally all night - every single person said, "This place is amazing. The set-up just makes sense and it was made for weddings." Unfortunately a guest experienced a medical emergency at our reception and the Terrain staff was cool, calm, and collected. It couldn't have gone smoother and I 100% trusted them. Fernanda, our wedding attendant, was a lifesaver. She checked in all night, making sure I had food, got water, made sure guests were comfortable, and that I had anything I needed. Honestly, I cannot rave enough about Terrain. They know what they are doing and helped make my wedding the best day of my life.

Amazing venue and wonderful people! Cindy is knowledgeable about the coordination and makes your day go smoothly. They listen to you and help you customize your day to what you want! My husband and I changed our venue to the Rivers after concerns with Covid and had originally worked with Kerrie who helped explain things and how they would work with COVID. Honestly we could not have bad a better day. We received many compliments on the food, venue and cake. They cake was beautiful! Chef Meemee helped us add our personal touch by adding our pets to the cake since they could not be there. It is a great experience at the Rivers. They have so many knowledgeable people that work with you to make your dream a reality!

We got married at Evermore Events and could not be happier with our experience! We booked with them back in early April 2024, and it was such a joy to see how far the venue has come since then. Watching the space grow and evolve into what it is now was truly special, and we feel so lucky to have been a part of that journey. The owners were incredibly accommodating and made sure every one of our needs was met. They were easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We even chose to host our rehearsal dinner there, which worked out beautifully—especially for our out-of-town guests who appreciated not having to navigate city parking. Although we didn’t use their design package, we were blown away by the florals they offer. They are absolutely stunning in person and add such a beautiful touch to the space. Evermore Events is a gorgeous, affordable venue that truly goes above and beyond for their couples. We are so thankful to have celebrated our wedding there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and elegant place to say “I do.

Planning was made easy, food was second to none, day of service was incredible.

The venue was perfect. The food was delicious. And working with Parker at The Fluted Mushroom was fun! (He was also very responsive, flexible, helpful, and professional from our first meeting until the party was over.)

The Audrey at South Pointe was an absolutely stunning venue for our wedding day. From the moment we walked inside, we were blown away by how elegant and beautifully designed the space was. The interior is timeless and sophisticated - perfect for creating a romantic, upscale atmosphere without needing much extra décor. Heather and Sydney truly made the entire experience exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and organized from start to finish. Their calm, professional presence made the whole day feel so much less stressful, and it was such a relief knowing everything was in such capable hands. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team to work with. The Audrey at South Pointe exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, stress-free wedding experience.

We just had our wedding at Frosty Valley on Dec 30th. It was the best experience we could have had. The team was so responsive, helpful, sweet and accommodating. We can't that everyone there enough for helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams! The food, grounds, cottages, venue, drinks and people were all absolutely incredible.
