Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Pennsylvania

The Crystal Tea Room (CTR) was amazing and Finley Catering knows how to run and host an event! We had been to a couple of events at the CTR so we thought we knew what to expect when we toured, but touring it ourselves we realized just how beautiful the space is. After taking the elevators up, everything is on one level which made it very accessible for our guests and there was plenty of space for all of our guests (252), during cocktail hour too. We got married on 1/2/2026 and the wintery/cozy vibes were perfect in the atrium during cocktail hour as the sun had already set. All of Finley’s staff was there to help from the planning coordinators to the day-of coordinators. They have run so many events, so everything ran smoothly and all of our questions were answered promptly and they eased all our nerves during all our planning meetings. Lots of our guests are from Philly originally, so they were thrilled to hear our wedding was at the CTR and it did not disappoint! Our guests are still talking about it! Our ceremony was on site and it was beautifully setup; cocktail hour food and drinks were amazing; specialty cocktails were perfect and we were able to get exactly what we wanted; dinner was perfect (ate quickly to get back to the dance floor!); dessert was delicious and Master’s Baker made an incredible cake. Finley gave us the top of the cake to take home the next day which was wonderful too. We had our after party at the CTR as well and it was a great time with DJ, more food, and drinks included! Our budget was met too which was great. All in all 100/10, we cannot recommend Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room enough. It truly was a perfect evening!

We just had our wedding at Frosty Valley on Dec 30th. It was the best experience we could have had. The team was so responsive, helpful, sweet and accommodating. We can't that everyone there enough for helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams! The food, grounds, cottages, venue, drinks and people were all absolutely incredible. Thank you all for the best day and weekend! Book this venue for your dream wedding!

Our wedding is scheduled for 10.10.2020 and just like most couples, we've had to seriously think about what to do. Stacie has been absolutely wonderful calming our nerves and helping us pick a backup date (twice) and come up with all the necessary precautions that come with a pandemic. We can't thank her enough for everything. We would recommend St. Nick's to any couple that is looking for a more traditional atmosphere and a venue that really cares about the couple.

The venue was perfect. The food was delicious. And working with Parker at The Fluted Mushroom was fun! (He was also very responsive, flexible, helpful, and professional from our first meeting until the party was over.)

We just got married at Terrain Gardens two days ago and we had to write a review. Our experience with Terrain was outstanding. From the day we toured to leaving on the shuttle after the wedding, us and our guests were completely taken care of. The venue? Beautiful. The food? Delicious. The service? Fantastic. Our guests have been raving about it since they walked in for our ceremony. We knew we were in great hands and that we could relax and enjoy our day. And it was a beautiful day. I can't say enough good things. If you're considering Terrain Gardens for your wedding, just sign on the dotted line, you won't regret it.

I had my wedding at The Crystal Ballroom last year, and we were absolutely blown away with how beautifully it came together, thanks to the help of Scott and Diane. They have done a lot of work to make the interior of the venue look polished and elegant. We did not need much of our own decorations because of how nice the venue looked on its own. Diane and Scott were extremely organized through every step. They provided outlines, itineraries, and regularly communicated with us over the phone and through email. Diane responded to me within the hour for anything I needed leading up to the wedding. You can tell their family has been in this business a long time, because their organization and commitment to our wedding day meant that I did not have to worry about the outcome. If we were to do it all over again, we would pick The Crystal Ballroom every time.

From the moment we toured The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets Ellis Preserve apart is the incredible team behind it. The attention to detail, care, and dedication from everyone at Finley Catering is unmatched. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect and ensure not only the couple, but every guest, has an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, we had so many guests tell us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were truly incredible. Jordan, our event coordinator, was with us from the very beginning and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She was always helpful, responsive, and someone we could truly count on throughout the year. Nikki, our maître d’, was amazing on our wedding day and was on top of every detail, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. We cannot thank Jordan, Nikki, and the entire Finley Catering team enough for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. If you are considering Ellis Preserve, book it, you will not regret it!

The Audrey at South Pointe was an absolutely stunning venue for our wedding day. From the moment we walked inside, we were blown away by how elegant and beautifully designed the space was. The interior is timeless and sophisticated - perfect for creating a romantic, upscale atmosphere without needing much extra décor. Heather and Sydney truly made the entire experience exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and organized from start to finish. Their calm, professional presence made the whole day feel so much less stressful, and it was such a relief knowing everything was in such capable hands. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team to work with. The Audrey at South Pointe exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, stress-free wedding experience.

Amazing venue and wonderful people! Cindy is knowledgeable about the coordination and makes your day go smoothly. They listen to you and help you customize your day to what you want! My husband and I changed our venue to the Rivers after concerns with Covid and had originally worked with Kerrie who helped explain things and how they would work with COVID. Honestly we could not have bad a better day. We received many compliments on the food, venue and cake. They cake was beautiful! Chef Meemee helped us add our personal touch by adding our pets to the cake since they could not be there. It is a great experience at the Rivers. They have so many knowledgeable people that work with you to make your dream a reality!
