Choosing The Sunset Room at The Vista was the single best decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the initial tour to the final send-off, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough, ensuring our day was absolutely perfect and stress-free.

As first-time wedding planners, we were initially overwhelmed, but the team immediately put us at ease. They did a really great job running us through the entire process step-by-step, making it feel manageable. They were experts at breaking down and explaining the costs so everything made perfect sense. They provided excellent, trustworthy advice on everything—from vendor recommendations to insurance—and never steered us wrong.

Their flexibility was a lifesaver! They happily accommodated changes to our seating chart, guest list, bridal party size, and decor choices. They truly handled an overwhelming amount of the planning process for us, allowing us to simply enjoy being engaged. Their communication was always open and prompt, answering every question (even the silly ones!) with patience.

Crucially, the team was present during our rehearsal the day before and on-site the entire wedding day to ensure everything went according to plan. This level of day-of coordination reduced the amount of stress I felt as the bride to zero!

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! We loved having both the indoor and outdoor ceremony space options, neither of which felt cramped. The team enhanced the space by offering a wide range of colors and decor pieces for us to choose from.

A true luxury was having access to the beautiful Bridal and Groom Suites two hours before the ceremony—a rare and wonderful perk that allowed us to relax and get ready on-site. On the day of, the staff handled all the set-up and take-down, and also did a wonderful job engaging with our guests, making everyone feel welcome.

We were astonished by the extremely reasonable pricing compared to other venues in the area, especially considering how much is included. The Sunset Room provides incredible value without ever compromising on quality or service.

We could not have been happier with the Sunset Room at the Vista and the incredible team there. They went above and beyond to make our day feel magical by beautifully decorating and organizing the room for Christmas while seamlessly incorporating our own décor. The space felt warm, festive, and elegant—exactly what we had envisioned.

The staff was exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They worked closely and professionally with our catering vendor, which made the entire day feel effortless for us and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without stress.

From the thoughtful setup to the smooth coordination, it was clear how much care and pride they take in their work. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend this venue.

I want to say that the ladies here made the experience of planning a wedding so much easier. The package included catering decorations with the venue and the coordinated almost everything for me. Anytime I had a question they were available. So happy with how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. I have to give the biggest thanks to Jill honestly could not have done this without her.

We could not have been happier with The Sunset Room! The staff is amazing and their all inclusive packages make the planning process so easy. Had our wedding here. Our guests couldn’t believe how nice the venue was! Our special day was amazing and everything was exactly how we envisioned it! Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t get a “sunset view” but that didn’t stop us from having the best day of our lives!

I didn't have to worry about anything. The staff had everything in order and helped guide me through every step to keep the event on time.

My husband and I just got married on 11/2/2024, and had our reception at The Sunset Room. We are beyond pleased with the staff at the venue and could not be happier with how the day went. Throughout the entire planning process the women of the Sunset Room were there to answer any questions that I had or to assist in any way.

One thing that stuck out to me the most throughout this whole experience is how they go above and beyond for their clients. For example, we had asked them to send us their preferred vendor list to help us find a DJ. We selected our DJ from that list back in 2022. Unfortunately, there was unforeseen circumstances where our DJ could no longer do our wedding due to health issues that landed him in the hospital. We found out about this four weeks prior to our wedding. We were devastated, and did not know what to do since our wedding was one month away at this point and every place we reached out to had a wedding already booked. I reached out to the venue to see if they could help and they found be a replacement DJ that day for the same price as the DJ we originally had a contract with. They did their best to make the wedding planning process as stress free for the bride and groom as possible.

Overall, we could not be more pleased with the Sunset Room and I would recommend them to anyone who is planning on getting married!

The Sunset Room was the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding. The women that work there go above and beyond to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams. They take care of all the details which reduces the amount of things you have to worry about while planning your wedding. The catering company, Stratwood, will not disappoint you. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. There are endless places to take amazing pictures that include a beautiful sunset as your background. If we were to have the opportunity to get married all over again, we would choose The Sunset Room.
