As the Mother of the Bride, I can confidently say that The Arts Ballroom is truly one of Philadelphia’s best-kept secrets. Forget the Ballroom at the Ben! Totally doesnt' compare to The Arts Ballroom. My daughter’s wedding on December 13, 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you step inside, the venue takes your breath away — the crystal chandeliers, the stunning grand staircase, the lighting, and the elegant cocktail room create a timeless, classic atmosphere that photographs beautifully and feels incredibly special. Originally, my daughter was set on the popular winery/barn wedding trend. I suggested she “just take a look” at The Arts Ballroom — and that was all it took. The moment we toured the space, her decision was made. It offers elegance, romance, and sophistication that is hard to find anywhere else. The food and service were truly 5-Star+. Every course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and our guests are still talking about how incredible the cocktail hour and dinner was. Just as impressive was the Viennese Hour. The staff — the Event Manager, Maitre D, and Food Manager worked seamlessly as a team and handled every detail with professionalism, warmth, and care. The Events Specialist-Isabella Soto was phenomenal from our very first meeting through the wedding day itself. We felt supported, guided, and completely at ease knowing everything was in expert hands. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed flawlessly — allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend The Arts Ballroom highly enough. There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible The Arts Ballroom is as a wedding venue. From the moment we first walked in, we knew it was the one — the space is timeless and elegant, with stunning architectural details, perfect lighting, and that unforgettable grand staircase. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Our guests still haven’t stopped raving about the cocktail hour, the entrees, and the legendary Viennese dessert hour.

But what really sets The Arts Ballroom apart is the team. Isabella, our coordinator, was a total superstar — responsive, professional, and truly invested in making our day perfect. She answered every question with warmth and precision and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Emmy helped us master every detail of our rehearsal and processional, and our Maitre’D took such good care of us on the wedding night — we never had to worry about a thing. The staff runs a perfectly tuned operation with grace and calm expertise. They execute 100 things at once, and they do them all flawlessly. We could not have felt more cared for, and I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Absolute perfection from start to finish.

The Arts Ballroom is one of the best all inclusive spots for a wedding in Philadelphia! The location is perfect, close walk for those epic Broad Street photos and access to many parking options close by. The venue is one of the most beautiful and clean venue I’ve been in. Bonus points for being neutral and not having carpet. From the second we booked The Arts Ballroom for our wedding we were not disappointed. The whole team there are incredible, Isabella, Emmy and Therese were amazing throughout our whole wedding night. THE FOOD is incredible and we have not stopped hearing about how much all of our guests enjoyed the food. The selection they provide for cocktail hour and dessert hour is unmatched. And the dinner selection was amazing as well. You will not regret touring and booking the Arts Ballroom for your wedding!

This venue gave me the perfect Cinderella wedding , my guest can’t stop taking about my fairy tale wedding that the Arts Ballroom gave me . People book this venue for any event you won’t go wrong trust. Please hire Nicole for your coordinator , I called her my CHAOS coordinator meaning someone who solve problems you never knew existed in ways that will blow your mind . The Arts Ballroom deserves more than five starts. My daughter's wedding was there is past weekend. From the moment they toured the venue with Taylor and all the correspondence I had with Taylor she didn't miss a detail. Taylor exceeded all our expectations. The venue is truly beautiful and the food is exceptional. Mike our Maître D was so attentive to every detail of the night and always made sure there was nothing needed. The cocktail hour was amazing with all the food and décor. We had guests coming up to us to say they have never been to such a beautiful wedding reception and how delicious all the food was. The entire staff during the entire evening was absolutely the best not missing a detail. I even had John one of the owners present and he could not have been more gracious and attentive. The Venetian hour was above and beyond what I could have imagined. If you want to have an amazing venue and delicious food that The Arts Ballroom is the one, I highly recommend The Arts Ballroom.

The Arts Ballroom team was professional and catered to our every need. We had many options to chose from for our wedding venue and we are thrilled we chose the Arts Ballroom. This gorgeous venue and fantastic team will make your event meet every goal and dream you have. The event space was recently renovated and is perfect for a large gathering. There is great flow between the spaces and parts of the event (e.g. ceremony, cocktail hour, reception etc). The food is absolutely fantastic. The cocktail hour menus are extensive and tasty. So many options and so much food. They even create an entire dessert room like it's WIlly Wonka's Chocolate Factory. The location can't be beat either right downtown next to so many hotels and parking.
