My husband and I had multiple guests tell us our wedding was "the best ever." This was in part thanks to Bartram's Garden!! The scenery/natural backdrop throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are gorgeous. The food (especially passed apps) are delicious. And the service is impeccable. Working with Kelly throughout the planning made what many find stressful to be an easy process -- she is patient, communicative, and helpful! Our day-of-coordinator, Saayid, was perfect. He attended to all our guests' and our needs. Getting married at Bartram's was a total dream!

Weddings are among the most meaningful and high-pressure moments in life. Every detail matters, timelines are tight, emotions are high, and consistency is everything. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, one constant we could rely on without hesitation was the exceptional team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown/Center City, led by Austin Dyees and Malik Bonney. From our very first inquiry, Austin and Malik demonstrated nothing short of extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. They are the true definition of exceptional customer service. This was not typical hotel service. This was true partnership, care, and ownership of an experience that mattered deeply to us. From start to finish, they went above and beyond at every opportunity, genuinely rolling out the red carpet for us and our guests. The hotel truly bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, and both my wife and I can honestly say we have never experienced this level of platinum-diamond service without additional charges, hidden fees, or any sense of being nickel-and-dimed. We hosted the majority of our wedding guests at the hotel, and Austin and Malik handled every aspect seamlessly. During one of the most stressful moments of the weekend, our best man was dealing with a sick family member while also navigating valet and transportation concerns. Austin and Malik stepped in immediately, handled the valet coordination on his behalf, and ensured everything was taken care of so he could focus on his family and his role in the wedding. That level of compassion and awareness meant more to us than words can express. They also assisted in coordinating catering for the groom and the entire wedding party as a celebratory thank-you lunch. They helped ensure the timing, setup, and logistics were handled smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the moment without distraction. These thoughtful gestures consistently demonstrated their ability to anticipate needs before they were even voiced. Their care extended to our families as well. When the bride’s stepfather required a more comfortable chair in his room to be able to rest and sleep properly, the team addressed the request promptly and without hesitation. The solution was handled quickly and discreetly, reinforcing their commitment to the comfort and well-being of every guest. In addition, during an extremely busy New Year’s period, we required extended time at the hotel, including early check-in and additional flexibility in the days leading up to the wedding. Despite the high occupancy and demands of the season, Austin and Malik never hesitated to assist us. They worked with us to ensure we had the time, space, and accommodations needed to prepare, all while maintaining the same exceptional level of service. They generously accommodated us with a king suite and a queen suite for the night prior so we could remain separate, allowed us to rehearse elements of our wedding in their office conference space, and ensured our guests were cared for with the same level of attention we received. They even surprised us with champagne waiting in our suite. Each detail, no matter how small, was handled with precision and genuine care. Beyond the flawless execution, what truly set this experience apart was the sense of connection we felt. Over the course of our stay and planning process, we did not just feel like guests. We felt like we had made friends and even family along the way. That level of warmth and personal investment is rare and speaks volumes about the character of this team. We trusted this team with one of the most important weekends of our lives, and they exceeded every expectation. Austin and Malik represent the platinum-diamond standard of hotel concierge and hospitality service. They embody exactly what A+ service should look like and are a credit not only to this property, but to the Marriott brand as a whole. This level of service sets this property apart not only within the Fairfield brand, but across the hospitality industry as a whole. Marriott leadership should be incredibly proud of the team at this location. We would also like to sincerely thank the incredible supporting staff who helped make our wedding weekend flawless: Ta’jal, Tim, Letitia, Lauren, Brian (Maintenance), John, Jihad, Quamir, and many others who worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help. The wedding of Lauren and Farrell Moskow would not have been possible, nor nearly as successful, without Austin, Malik, and the outstanding Fairfield Inn & Suites team. We will absolutely return to this property whenever we are in Philadelphia and will confidently call upon this team again whenever we need accommodations or support in the future. We would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding, milestone event, or high-stakes stay, knowing they will be cared for at the highest possible level. If it were possible to rate this experience beyond the standard scale, we would give it 10 out of 5 stars without hesitation. Their level of care, professionalism, and execution is simply unmatched.

We got married at the Crystal Tea room on 3/29/25. To say this day was an absolute dream does not even reach the level of true admiration I could give in a review of Finely, the CTR staff, and especially our amazing coordinate Brooke. From the moment we walked in the doors at our tour we knew this was the venue we were going to get married in. Brooke made the entire process, from before we even booked the venue, seamless, easy, and made us feel like we were truly able to enjoy the planning process, something that is often very stressful for people to navigate. We had many specific requests and I am a very detail oriented person and Brooke and the Finley team went our of their way to make sure every single detail and idea was curated beautifully and fit the aesthetic and vision I had in mind. She even offered suggestions that I didn’t even know where in my mind, that is the mark of an amazing coordinator and team. The tasting was so much fun and gave us a glimpse of what our day could really look like. We got really great ideas that we incorporate into our own day which was very helpful. We came back a few times to take measurements, look at specific areas, discuss food plans, and every single time we felt more and more excited about our day at the CTR! We felt very well taken care of on the day of our wedding. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, everything was set up and Miguel was very accommodating to the things we needed throughout the day. The staff was so welcoming and kind and helped us through the entire event, they even provided me socks for my shoe change when I forgot mine! The team strategically accommodate for mine (and many other) allergies and special accommodations and if anything went wrong on the day of (which I don’t think I did) I literally would still, 6 months later, not even have the slightest clue! We were fed, never thirsty, well taken care of and still saying we wish we could do it all over again. There is no amount of thanks that we could give to Brooke, Miguel, the Finely family, and the entire CTR team.

The team did a great job helping to organize our wedding! They took care of everything and were extremely responsive. It was so nice to have a team that was so organized and trustworthy help us on our big day.

Morris Arboretum was an amazing and beautiful wedding venue. They worked with us every step of the way to make our day as special as possible. Luckily, we experienced great weather, but if we did not, they were ready to go with a back up plan. The Rose Garden was so beautiful for the ceremony and Out on a Limb was perfect for cocktail hour. We highly recommend using them as a venue. So amazing!!! Thank you Morris!

We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than the Hilton at Penn’s Landing! From start to finish, the team and working with Neil was absolutely amazing. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism that we felt nothing short of “wow” every single moment. The food was impeccable, the service flawless, and the stunning waterfront views created the most beautiful backdrop for our celebration. Having all of our events and guests together in one place was not only convenient but made the entire weekend feel seamless and extra special. We had an absolutely amazing Indian wedding weekend at the Logan! Angela and Amy at The Logan went above and beyond to understand our vision and cultural needs, coordinating multiple events and logistics throughout the weekend. They worked closely with our vendors and planning team and ensured that our guests and family were comfortable and cared for. Most of our guests were from out of town, and the Logan was very efficient with the check-in process and helping to shepherd the guests to the different events. There were numerous thoughtful surprises throughout the planning process from Angela and Amy that showed they truly cared and were invested in making our wedding weekend special. When rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, they quickly pivoted to transitioning us to an indoor space. The ballroom was then seamlessly transformed for the reception. The entire staff at the Logan was organized throughout all the events and made us and our guests feel welcomed and stress free. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable wedding experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Valley Green Inn, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amber. From the very beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and incredibly organized. On the day of our wedding, the weather threw us a curveball, but Amber handled it with grace and precision. She kept everything on track, made quick adjustments, and ensured our guests were comfortable—without ever making it feel like a compromise. We gave Amber a game plan, and she executed it flawlessly. Her ability to adapt at the last moment was truly impressive. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, adjusting the timeline, or managing the flow of the event, she was always one step ahead. Her calm demeanor and clear communication made us feel completely supported throughout the day. Valley Green Inn itself is a beautiful, intimate venue with a rustic charm that perfectly complemented our celebration. But it was Amber’s coordination that made the experience seamless and stress-free. We’re so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend Valley Green Inn to any couple looking for a scenic venue with top-tier support.
