Stella of New Hope is a restaurant wedding venue situated in the heart of historic New Hope, Pennsylvania. Located on the banks of the Delaware River, this stunning property provides beautiful views as couples and family members raise a toast to love. With a variety of event spaces available, couples can celebrate the wedding they’ve always dreamed of at Stella of New Hope.
Facilities and Capacity
This restaurant provides indoor and outdoor areas for ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, and more. Ceremonies overlooking the river can take place on the quaint Promenade. This partially stoned and lawn area offers gorgeous vistas as couples exchange vows and announce themselves partners for life. Complete with vibrant flower beds, the Promenade can accommodate up to 100 guests for seated celebrations. Additional outdoor spaces include the Stella Patio. This partially covered spot is accessible from the Promenade stairs and the main restaurant. This patio offers river views and the bustling Main Street. The patio is a great setting for cocktail hours as couples and their guests mingle and watch the sunset over the woodland horizon. Equipped with heaters and a warm fire, this area can also be used during cooler months. The Dining Room and Bar is a beautifully designed event space for memorable meals and receptions of up to 70 people. Here, couples and their guests can sit down and supplement a range of great-tasting dishes. A night of dancing and unforgettable memories can then take place in the expansive Ballroom. Featuring large windows and a neutral color scheme, this airy space can be decorated and transformed into the setting you’ve always envisioned. The Ballroom can comfortably host standing receptions of up to 200 people.

Best day of my life!
I also want to give a shoutout to everyone else working the venue. The bartenders were so friendly and very efficient. The people working the parking lot were super helpful. Shyanne kept an eye on us all night long to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as countless other staff members. I wouldn’t change a thing about that day!

An extra note: Stella has a sister property called Carriage House of New Hope with 3 luxury suites that is only a block away. This is where our bridal party got ready and where we did our first look and majority of pictures. It is another beautiful location that really elevated our whole wedding weekend.
