Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Philadelphia

We got married at the Crystal Tea room on 3/29/25. To say this day was an absolute dream does not even reach the level of true admiration I could give in a review of Finely, the CTR staff, and especially our amazing coordinate Brooke. From the moment we walked in the doors at our tour we knew this was the venue we were going to get married in. Brooke made the entire process, from before we even booked the venue, seamless, easy, and made us feel like we were truly able to enjoy the planning process, something that is often very stressful for people to navigate. We had many specific requests and I am a very detail oriented person and Brooke and the Finley team went our of their way to make sure every single detail and idea was curated beautifully and fit the aesthetic and vision I had in mind. She even offered suggestions that I didn’t even know where in my mind, that is the mark of an amazing coordinator and team. The tasting was so much fun and gave us a glimpse of what our day could really look like. We got really great ideas that we incorporate into our own day which was very helpful. We came back a few times to take measurements, look at specific areas, discuss food plans, and every single time we felt more and more excited about our day at the CTR! We felt very well taken care of on the day of our wedding. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, everything was set up and Miguel was very accommodating to the things we needed throughout the day. The staff was so welcoming and kind and helped us through the entire event, they even provided me socks for my shoe change when I forgot mine! The team strategically accommodate for mine (and many other) allergies and special accommodations and if anything went wrong on the day of (which I don’t think I did) I literally would still, 6 months later, not even have the slightest clue! We were fed, never thirsty, well taken care of and still saying we wish we could do it all over again. There is no amount of thanks that we could give to Brooke, Miguel, the Finely family, and the entire CTR team.

The Presidential checks off all of the boxes to make your day one of the most enjoyable life time experience and memory. The owner and family as well as staff were all professional as well as personable. Looking forward to many events at the Presidential in the future.

My fiance and I toured about 4 other venues before walking into POMME and knowing that this was immediately the place for us. It felt very secluded and whimsical/outdoorsy, while not being too far away from the city for our out of town guests. We did our tour with Grace (who ended up being our wedding day of coordinator) and she made us feel so at home! We knew it was the right place for us. Everything from that moment on was perfect. I hear a lot of stories about other venues, so I was nervous something would go wrong... but EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! From the tastings, to the decor, to the bridal suite, and THE SWANS! I seriously could not be happier that we went with POMME. Plus, Grace was amazing throughout the whole process and made me feel so calm day of! (I love her.) Thank you Grace and thank you POMME!!!

MEI did a wonderful job on our wedding. The food was amazing. Nick is very straightforward and was very reasonable (probably even generous) with all of our COVID changes, from a wedding that originally supposed to be in 2020 to it finally happening, at a different location, in 2022. We went with the Grand Buffet package which included 4 and 1/2 hour open bar, 1 hour cocktail hour with butlered hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, a Buffet Dinner with our choice of five hot entrees from a menu that included options I would not expect at that price point, two hot vegetables and three salads, a tiered wedding cake, champagne toast for all guests, china, silverware, linen covers and napkins, chair covers and sashes, and a deejay (though we decided to go with a live band), centerpieces, and staff. The package is incredibly competitively priced. Something to note is that Nick strongly prefers to communicate over the phone rather than by email and often replied to my emails asking that we call instead. As a very introverted millennial with a weird work schedule, I found this challenging at points, but it is well worth the slight discomfort to work with such a great caterer. I would highly recommend choosing MEI for any of your catering needs, especially for your wedding.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Belle of Blue Bell! From the moment we toured the venue with Ruth, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. Ashley, our Event Coordinator, was incredibly patient and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She kept us informed, answered all our questions, and helped us feel confident and prepared going into our wedding weekend. On the day of, Karen, the Club Manager at Blue Bell Country Club, was absolutely AMAZING. She managed everything so seamlessly. Her attention to detail made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Karen’s team were also incredible and kept our bridal party on track, always there when we needed something. The Belle itself is a gorgeous venue. Even with the cold and rainy weather, having everything indoors (ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception) worked out perfectly. The space was beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. Guests raved about the dinner, the variety of food at cocktail hour, and the desserts— especially the mini ice cream cones. We’re so thankful for the entire team at The Belle and would recommend this venue to anyone!

Everything was A1!! PROFESSIONAL! CLEAN! HELPFUL! WONDERFUL! MY WHOLE PLANNING PROCESS WAS SMOOTH. THANKS TO CELEBRATIONS!

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was everything we could have dreamed of and more for our wedding day. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator, Jordan made us feel genuinely cared for, paying attention to every detail and making the planning process feel effortless every step of the way. As the big day approached, Nikki, our incredible maître d’, was our calm in the chaos. She ensured everything ran flawlessly and allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment without stress. Her assistant Ashley and our bridal attendant Sydney were beyond attentive, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. On top of all of that, our guests are still raving about the food — from cocktail hour to dinner, everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The level of love, care, and professionalism shown by the entire team is something we will never forget. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more — it made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Terrain is a classy venue with great service, great food and superior attention to every detail no matter how large or small. The staff is super friendly with a great attention to detail. They will accommodate you to the best of their ability. The planning process was easy due to their organization. There are scheduled calls/meeting throughout the entire process which keeps you on track. All of the planners are thorough and ask all the right questions. They also ask questions and make suggestions on things you may have missed or not thought of! It is a top notch venue, not to mention it is BEAUTIFUL. Every guest we spoke with raved about the food and beverages provided. We really enjoyed the evening and could not have been happier with Terrain. We highly recommend Terrain for any event you are planning!
