From the moment we chose Springfield Country Club in Springfield, PA, we felt an immediate sense of calm and confidence—and that feeling only grew stronger every step of the way. Planning a wedding in a relatively short window of just eight months can feel overwhelming, but our coordinator Anna and her team turned what could have been stressful into pure joy. Anna was attentive, responsive, and proactive from day one. She and her staff worked seamlessly with every vendor and photographer we selected, making the entire process feel effortless and collaborative. Their professionalism and genuine care made us feel completely supported the whole time.
On our wedding day, Springfield Country Club delivered on every promise and then some. We had our ceremony right on-site, got ready in the beautiful salon, stayed in the hotel, held our reception in the stunning Golf View Ballroom, and continued the celebration with an after-party at Tavola. Having everything under one roof (and on the gorgeous grounds) gave us such peace of mind. We never had to worry about logistics or transitions—everything flowed perfectly.
The environments themselves were everything we had hoped for and more. The ceremony space felt intimate and magical, the Golf View Ballroom was elegant and warm with those beautiful views, and Tavola provided the perfect lively, relaxed vibe for the after-party. Our guests could not stop raving about the food—genuinely some of the best wedding food anyone had ever tasted—and they’re still talking about it weeks later. From the carefully plated courses to the thoughtful presentation, every detail showed care and quality.
And the photos… the scenery around the golf course and ceremony areas is simply breathtaking. The rolling greens, the natural light, the carefully maintained grounds—they created the most unbelievable backdrops. Our photographer captured moments that look like they belong in a magazine, all thanks to the stunning setting Springfield provided.
A special, heartfelt thank-you to Anna for guiding us so beautifully through the planning process, and to our incredible Day-of coordinator Milton for orchestrating an excellent wedding day and after-party. Anna & Milton’s calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes made the entire experience completely stress-free for us. We were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the love of our family and friends without a single worry.

First and foremost, Dennis made everything so stress-free. He responded right away to our MANY questions and emails, never making us feel like it was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond when it came to arranging the cocktail party and reception! He and Mike also made it possible to stay in a beautiful suite during a very busy (and, I’m sure, booked PGA tour that they were hosting that same weekend. Everyone said how amazing the food was. Many even stated that that was the best wedding/reception that they ever attended! The staff was courteous, the DJ, DUCA, who was recommended was fun and professional. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for making this day so special!! Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s is not enough!!

Anna did such a wonderful job taking care of us. She is so detail oriented and thoughtful. She really guided us through the whole process. Answering a thousand silly questions along the way.

The Venue itself was beautiful, the staff all showed a level of hospitality that is sometimes hard to find. They really made my wedding run smoothly.

Truly so so happy that we went with this venue for our wedding. They truly have experience working South Asian weddings and everything was perfect from site visits to day of. We had our wedding at Springfield Country Club in September 2025 and everything was perfect! Our wedding coordinator, Anna Evans, made the entire process so easy and was always available to answer any questions that we had. SCC included everything that we needed which made the planning process a breeze. The Golf View Ballroom was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the golf course with plenty of space for our guests. The entire evening ran so smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a thing. We received so many compliments from our guests about how well the evening flowed and how delicious the food was. They especially loved the ice cream bar! We cannot thank Anna and her team enough for making our wedding day so special and memorable! We would not hesitate to work with Anna in hosting another event at SCC!

Our daughter’s wedding at Springfield Country Club was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The venue was stunning, the atmosphere warm and elegant, and every detail was handled beautifully. We got married at Springfield Country Club in May 2025, and it was the best decision we made. The venue is stunning—the room we had cocktail hour was newly painted, and both the indoor and outdoor space was absolutely beautiful.
From day one, the staff was responsive and helpful. Our venue coordinator, Anna Evans, answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). She made us feel completely supported through the planning process.
The space came with tables, chairs, and a beautiful bridal suite. The bridal suite had enough room for myself, my husband and our wedding party to store our things for the evening. Everything was clean and well-kept, and we were able to drop off everything we displayed at the reception a few days before the wedding.
On the day itself, everything ran smoothly, and guests kept telling us how gorgeous and comfortable the venue was. Our maitre d at our wedding was great, and was so attentive to me and my husband during the reception. The food was incredible, and even with just getting the standard package without any add-ons, we had more than enough to serve our guests. The food at both cocktail hour and for dinner was excellent. They were so accommodating as well with food allergies, which was so greatly appreciated.
We were able to host our guests at Tavola's for an after-party, and Steven Smith was great to work with to coordinate that.
We had a lot of guests from out of town, and they all loved having the Marriot onsite for such a convenient place to stay.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Springfield Country Club for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was perfect—not only for us, but for our family and friends as well. We received so many compliments on the beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and great drinks. The entire day felt magical.

He was so responsive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was just right. His support made the planning process smooth and stress-free, and we’re so grateful for all of his hard work.

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and everything went great! From the first meeting after seeing the beautiful space both inside and the grounds and hearing the fair price, we knew we wanted to have our wedding here.

Dennis, the main coordinator was always super helpful and responsive, and made it such a great experience. The food at the cocktail hour and dinner was both delicious, all the guests were commenting on how great it was. Cocktail hour had so many trays of catered food and also stations you could upgrade with for different tastes and they were a big hit. The coordinators also made us a plate and left it in the bridal suite to ensure we got a chance to eat.

When we did our tasting for dinner the food was delicious and the quality was the same on the actual wedding day. They served everyone’s plates at a table in a way to make sure everyone’s food was warm and it all looked incredible. The room setup was wonderful, the staff took all our decorations and set them up in a very attractive way, then helped take everything down after it was over.

All night our coordinator made sure we had a drink in our hands if we wanted it. The bridal suite was so great to keep the bridal parties things in and nice to have a private bathroom. After taking family and bridal party pictures close by on the grounds, they let us take a golf cart to different scenic places on the golf course to get nice pictures with our photographer.

It was a great night and SCC left us absolutely stress free and in good spirits all night! We had the afterparty right next door and it was so easy for people to change and get back, we had great turnout and some more fun. In the morning we hosted a breakfast in the same room and it was so great to see everyone to say good bye and have some more delicious food. Could not recommend this venue more for ease and great help from all staff!

Anna was great! She helped us through the process and had wonderful suggestions. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how she was personally in the room making sure everything went well.
