Located in Rome, Pennsylvania, Dewing Events is a rustic farm wedding venue. This family-owned venue offers a luxurious yet down-to-earth ambiance for such a magnificent occasion. The Dewing family wants to forge new friendships through their event venue and invites you and your loved ones to feel at home. They spent several years updating the property and hosted their first wedding celebration at the century-old barn in 2019.

Facilities and Capacity

Dewing Events offers 180 acres of potential for your big day. The newly renovated barn sits on a working farm but maintains a sense of tranquility. This historic, airy space welcomes celebrations with up to 150 guests and has plenty of room left for a dance floor. The barn features a covered back porch, a side deck, and onsite bathrooms. Generously sized lawns are abundant, perfect for spending some time outdoors or taking those all-important wedding photos. If you want to tent these spaces, up to 250 guests can be accommodated. After a busy day, retire to the farmhouse with a selection of your nearest and dearest. Here, you will find four bedrooms and a loft with six beds, giving the house a capacity of 15 people. It also features a fully equipped kitchen. Nearby, other guests might enjoy some of the family’s other two homes. Each of these abodes has an outdoor hot tub and a basement pool table.

Alongside generously sized spaces, Dewing Events also offers various services and pieces of furniture to help you on your day. Their various packages include such features as tables and chairs. There is also a range of table-toppers available. When you have finished celebrating, the team at this venue is happy to take charge of cleaning up, leaving you free to bid farewell to your guests.
