Our spacious reception venue 'The barn' accommodates up to 200 guests and features rustic wood tables that set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. With multiple outdoor ceremony sites, couples can exchange vows surrounded by breathtaking views before moving indoors for dinner and dancing.
On the property, you’ll also find The Mission House, a stunning retreat that can sleep 25+ guests—ideal for hosting family, friends, or your bridal party. The home includes a luxurious king suite with a private restroom, three queen bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and plenty of space to gather. Guests will enjoy the dining room with a commercial kitchen, plus thoughtfully designed restrooms: the ladies’ restroom includes two private washrooms and four shower stalls, while the men’s offers two private washrooms and two shower stalls.
For the couple, we offer not only a beautiful bridal suite with a mimosa bar, but also a newly refurbished private bridal cottage, tucked away from The Mission House to give the newlyweds their own peaceful retreat at the end of the night.
Woodside offers three different wedding packages, each of which can be tailored to fit within your budget and vision. To ensure your day runs seamlessly, a dedicated Venue Coordinator is on-site to support you every step of the way.
