Meredith Manor is a beautiful, country-style wedding venue located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania (about one hour west of Philadelphia). The venue includes a stone Historic Barn with two very spacious "get ready" rooms for bridal parties featuring new furnishings in 2025, available as early as 10 am with a Bridal Attendant. Right next door, the Country Barn can host between 80 and 300 guests within a spacious wood and stone interior, crafted in classic Amish style. Wedding ceremonies can be held onsite, outside under the canopy of century-old oak trees or inside the Country Barn. Guests may walk the grounds of the 10-acre property, which includes a Koi pond, main pond with multi-colored lighted fountain, white gazebos, brick courtyard, and topiary gardens lit by pathway lights.

Facilities

Meredith Manor can host special events year-round. Numerous flower gardens, an open courtyard with park-like bench seating illuminated by Edison lights, and rustic architectural designs combine to produce a variety of beautiful photo backdrops. Couples can tie the knot in an outdoor ceremony space beneath a canopy of oak trees with an icicle lighted, white arbor entrance and gazebo. Within the main venue space of the Country Barn, guests can enjoy an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and the duration of the reception featuring climate control, dimming lights, and enough audio insulation to host bands. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a warm rustic-style atmosphere that creates natural beauty without decorations. A large 20'x16' stage can house a band or DJ. The Package includes in-house catering, non-alcoholic bar setup with experienced bartenders, linens, table place settings, hot drinks table, setup of your floorplan, organization of your seating arrangement, full catering services with professionally trained staff and complete oversight of your timing and details for the day. The culinary team at Meredith Manor works exclusively with this venue. Menus have been designed as a varietal selection for all to enjoy and can be adjusted for those with food allergies or dietary concerns. Upcharged entrée options are available as well as additional late night fun snack menu items: smores, ice cream sundae bar and late night snacks.

Couples supply their own liquor utilizing a recommended quantities list from the venue to determine the quantity based on their guest count. The venue’s beer distributor is required to supply all of the beer in kegs only.
