My husband and I got married at Meredith Manor on 11/14/25. What an incredible experience! We highly recommend Meredith Manor as a wedding venue. From the first time we visited up until our wedding day, we knew we were in great hands. The team at Meredith Manor, especially Frank and Mimi, are so amazing and great to work with. Mimi was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, and she was always quick to respond. Frank, Mimi, Karen, and the rest of the Meredith Manor staff exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. They allowed us flexibility in determining if we would have our ceremony outside. Karen, the bridal attendant, was extremely attentive while we were getting ready. They even arranged for a smaller cocktail hour for the bridal party so that everyone had a minute to eat something before greeting guests - and as a bride walking into a venue with 155 people, this was extremely appreciated. It gave my husband and I a moment to have a snack and soak in the newly married bliss! Our guests raved about the appetizers and entrees. They particularly loved the mini cheesesteaks on croissants. Several guests noted how well the venue handled allergies and expressed appreciation for this. The staff was attentive to all guest and bridal party needs throughout the night. The venue itself is absolutely stunning both during the day and at night. Even with 155 guests, we did not feel crammed or rushed. Our guests have been reaching out to us with praise for the venue and their staff. We are so glad that we had our wedding at Meredith Manor. We could not have picked a better place to spend our special day than Meredith Manor! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Frank and Mimi were an absolute dream to work with—so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. They truly went above and beyond to make our day everything we hoped for and more.
The entire staff was amazing and made the day run so smoothly. Every moment felt effortless, and we were able to just relax and enjoy every part of our wedding without a single worry.
And the venue itself? Stunning. If you're looking for that perfect rustic, romantic charm, Meredith Manor is the place to be. The grounds are gorgeous, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it has that magical quality that every couple dreams of.

Everything we wanted and more!
From an open house in 2019 to our wedding in November of 2023 Meredith Manor was a dream come true. Mimi made everything incredibly easy to plan and Frank (and my bridal attendant Gabby) were absolute ROCKSTARS the day of. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating venue to make sure my vision came to life. I’m in love with our photos and a huge part of that was how beautiful Meredith Manor is. All of our guests continue to rave about the venue, the food, and just how incredible it was overall. I wish I could relive our wedding at Meredith Manor over and over again! I could not speak more highly of Meredith Manor. The whole wedding planning process can be a lot but Frank and Mimi made it as smooth as possible! From planning to the execution, I couldn't ask for more. They paid so much attention to detail, not even just for my special day, but everyday with the beautiful grounds they keep. The whole staff was extremely kind and attentive. Not only did they make me feel like royalty that I couldn't even lift a finger, but they treated every guest the same way. The food was amazing and there was tons of it! For the price Meredith Manor offers, you are receiving so so much more with quality and quantity. So many quests complimented saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and I would agree 100%. The drinks were great and the bar tenders did an amazing job at portraying exactly what I had envisioned. I could go on and on about Meredith Manor, in fact tears come to my eyes just thinking about the wonderful day they gave me! Meredith Manor was an absolutely wonderful venue for our wedding. Frank and Mimi answered all of our questions, were extremely organized, and handled literally everything that we asked. At every moment throughout the wedding day, I felt like Frank and Mimi had Derek and I at the center of their priority. We were literally pampered by the staff. The level of organization is just unbelievable at times which makes the entire process go smoothly. Nothing went overlooked, every minute was calculated and even the smallest details were not forgotten. I would recommend Meredith Manor to literally anyone getting married that wants their wedding day to be smooth, stress free, and a ton of fun. Once we arrived on site the day of the wedding, everything was literally taken off of our shoulders and the staff handled every single detail from there. We celebrated our wedding on 4/1/23 and are so happy we chose Meredith Manor. The barn is gorgeous, the grounds and pond are breathtaking and the food was AMAZING! Mimi, Frank and their entire team are experts at creating a beautiful, low stress event that will have your guests raving. We had such an amazing time and absolutely recommend Meredith Manor. Mimi was excellent with getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had very quickly, the taste test was amazing, the list of alcohol/quantity they provided was spot on, the transportation recommendation was so reasonable and the head sets they use made everything seamless. The team was somehow exactly where we needed them to be at all times. We had no suggestions on anything they could have done better. They made our day so easy that we were able to enjoy every minute instead of stressing about the details. They handled everything. We had our wedding at Meredith Manor on
5/29/22 and it was the best day of our lives! Mimi and Frank are absolutely amazing from day one until the end. They are so organized there and make sure everything goes smoothly. The venue is breath taking and my husband and I knew it was the one immediately after the open house. It was the first and last venue we looked at. The food was soo delicious and even being the bride, I sat and ate my whole dinner because it was so good. Also, Frank ensures the bride and groom eat lol. Mimi answered all of our questions and was super helpful with the detail decisions. We also used the House Florist and so we were able to use any of

Perfect Venue if you want a worry free experience
They run such a well organized operation!! My husband and I felt like guests at our daughter wedding. We enjoyed the entire evening totally worry free. Our guests loved the appetizers as well as the dinner. The fish tacos were a big hit on the appetizers list ! I had salmon as my dinner choice and it was delicious. The meal portion are bigger than your average restaurant. I was very surprised by the size of my salmon. The beef and vegetarian choices were equally delicious. I will like to point out all the things that you will NOT need if you choose this venue.

A Magical Venue
Wow, that’s the word I heard the most when our family and friends came to our wedding at Meredith Manor. This venue is beyond beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The staff was amazing! Mimi and Frank were wonderful, both with communication before the wedding and keeping you calm the day of the wedding. They made sure everything ran smoothly, they were incredibly efficient in every way possible. The florist is also amazing,I’m still getting compliments on our flowers from the pictures. The food was incredible, everyone from the wedding kept telling us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and everything was delicious. From the appetizers to the entrée to the dessert it was all wonderful! Perfect Wedding Experience
Fell in love with the venue at first look. Met with Frank and we were sold. We visited a few other places but couldn't get Meredith Manor out of our heads. Our wedding had to be there. The process was so smooth and easy going. Mimi was always quick to answer an email questions big or small. The rehearsal and the day of were perfect. My husband and I got married at Meredith Manor on 7/9/21. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day so we could truly take advantage of all the beautiful outdoor photo locations that sold me on this venue. We got married in their beautiful outside garden area (even though they set up the inside barn - just in case - because there was a chance of rain that day). Our reception was held in their newly built large barn. Our entire day ran very smoothly thanks to the close attention to detail of Mimi and Frank. Throughout the entire year of wedding planning anytime I had a question Mimi responded quickly via email with a detailed answer to help me with the next step of the process.
*Another detail that sold me on this venue compared to others I had looked at (we toured 9 total) was they included so much in their package (tables, chairs, linens, flowers, catering, cake, décor items). This helped minimize the number of outside vendors we had to find on our own.
If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony/barn wedding I can't think of any better place. (We live in Harrisburg, PA and decided it was worth the extra drive for this venue!)

Obsessed with this Wedding Venue
I absolutely LOVED this venue for my Wedding! The most beautiful barn with tall ceilings and wood beams for that perfect rustic feel. The outdoor ceremony spot is also gorgeous along with so many awesome photograph spots on the property, including a gazebo, ponds, bridges, flowers, greenery wall, etc. I also absolutely loved working with Mimi, Frank, and Becky on the planning process. The ensured we stayed on track with the planning process and made sure everything was perfect the day of. Even, when we had to move our wedding due to covid, they were super accommodating and empathetic. They even let us practice our choregraphed first dance in the venue prior to our Wedding Day! I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue. Only thing is I wished I had more time to enjoy the night!!Meredith Manor's reply:

Amazing Experience
Amazing experience at Meredith Manor from our tour with Frank to leaving after our reception they made wedding planning as easy as possible. Our original date was April 2020 they were very helpful with picking a new date and making the transition as easy as it could be. All the extras included in the packages were so helpful ceremony site, room to get dressed, food, cake, flower, and many decorations all done by them. It saved us so much time, energy, and frusturation during the planning process. As soon as we drove up I knew it was the place for us and I am so happy with our decision. During our reception we had so many compliments on the venue and staff from our guests a few people even asked me for info and booked their own weddings here. Meredith Manor has our highest recommendation for wedding venue.
We met with Frank early on pre-COVID and he was amazing and very accommodating. Being a COVID bride, we honestly did not know if our wedding was going to happen on our originally planned wedding date, but Mimi was so amazing, calm, and helped guide us through some of the most difficult times of wedding planning. We talked on the phone and through email a lot the few month before the wedding and she assured us everything would go as planned and in a safe and socially distanced manner.
It is unbelievable what you get for your price at Meredith Manor (venue, food, flowers, linens, table settings, and cake). The new barn is ABSOLUTELY stunning and my dream reception location. I fell in love with it from the first time I walked through the doors. Our centerpieces and fresh flowers on our cake were stunning and Becky was amazing to work with. She made my dream come true for the centerpieces and so many people loved them!
The food was also absolutely delicious! Mike did an amazing job on everything we went with and the filet mignon was the biggest hit, everyone raved about it.
Overall, we are so so happy that we chose Meredith Manor and would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a rustic wedding location. Thank you so much Mimi, Mike, Frank, and Becky and all the servers! You all did an amazing job :)Meredith Manor's reply:

Incredible, absolutely beautiful venue, and best staff!
I am not even sure where to start here, I am speechless with how stunning this venue is. The staff was incredible day of, insanely organized each step of the way, had a very comprehensive list of vendors they have worked with, and their chef and florist are IN HOUSE! Mimi is wonderful, patient and understanding. She worked with me when I needed help, she answered everything quickly and happily, and sometimes I was even asking the same questions over and over - but she just kept answering sweetly. Frank is unbelievable too. He is the ring leader, knows exactly what he is doing and does it fantastically well. He was accommodating, and communicative about each little detail. I got married at Meredith Manor on May 17th, 2019. I cannot say enough great things about the venue, the management and the staff! We had a small guest list so our reception was in the smaller barn and our ceremony was in their beautiful garden. (The new, big country barn is absolutely gorgeous as well for those planning a big wedding!) Initially, we met Frank who showed us the garden and the barn and went over all of the details and answered our questions. He patiently explained what is included, what we are responsible for and went through the contract. The booking process was simple and the contract is straight-forward.
One of the great things about Meredith Manor is that all of the catering (even the wedding cake!) is included in your price as are the ceremony and centerpiece flower arrangements. Also included are the tables, chairs, linens (unless you upgrade), plates, flatwear, etc. (I never knew that these items are quoted or rented separately at many venues.) They also hold bi-annual open houses where you can taste appetizers and cake samples and meet many potential vendors if you'd like. (We found our DJ, photographer, hotel and officiant there!) Mimi, one of the owners and the main point of contact after booking, was very attentive and responsive to my many questions in the year from when we booked to our wedding. She was able to accommodate many of my (reasonable) requests and was fair and honest when she could not.
Fast forward to our wedding date. Everything was FLAWLESS! Frank, Mimi and the staff were amazingly attentive and kept the ceremony and reception running like clockwork. The venue, flowers, and decorations looked beautiful. The food was great, the staff was amazing and everyone had a fantastic time.

Meredith Manor was amazing. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, they provided friendly and personal communication. They made us feel incredibly special and as if they had known us for years. The day of the wedding was everything that we hoped it would be and more. We had very questionable weather and at the last minute we had to rush the ceremony inside. What they are able to do in fifteen minutes was breath taking. The ceremony was gorgeous and we are still getting compliments. The reception was incredible as well. The staff was very organized and the guests did not need for anything. C Sent on 09/12/2018Although the weather didn't cooperate for us to have the outside ceremony we had hoped for, the wedding was wonderful. Mimi went the extra mile to help us move the ceremony to the barn, and it was lovely. Frank was so attentive to whatever we needed. I loved that he took our drink orders and had them ready after the ceremony along with appetizers! I had guests coming up to us all night asking how we found Meredith Manor and commenting on the excellence of the staff. One of my vegan guests said it was the best vegan meal he'd ever had. I loved that there was no uncharge for us to have a cookie table, and the staff quickly added a second cookie table when needed. All our lanterns and other decorations were carefully wrapped, so that when the wedding was over we could pack up quickly. I would recommend Meredith Manor without hesitation.

Kierstin Sent on 06/05/2018Meredith Manor is a hidden gem in Chester county, PA. The venue is beautiful, staff is excellent, and the food is delicious. We visited the venue in December and knew even then it was perfect. Seeing it in May for the actual wedding was incredible. Meredith Manor also provides information on recommended vendors-- which were all fabulous as well.
Frank and Mimi have an organized timeline for brides to use, are always available to answer any questions, and were fabulous to work with the day of the event. My visions for my own decorations were executed flawlessly. Frank kept us happy the entire evening of the wedding. Mimi was also present for assistance. The courteous, attentive, and quick wait staff was one of the best I've ever seen at a wedding. The food was also a highlight of the evening. It tasted just as great as the tasting!!
The venue also includes many photo opportunities for the bride and groom. We were able to take advantage of the beautiful flowers, but also use the remodeled patio for some different scenery. The decorative lights in the tent and patio areas make another excellent touch. The last upside was the newly renovated tent AC. On an 88 degree day, we were all cool in the 66 degree tent.
Overall, I would choose Meredith Manor again and again for my wedding venue. They made it easy, fun, and beautiful-- every bride's dream.Meredith Manor's reply:

Laure Sent on 11/09/2017Meredith Manor and the staff were fantastic! From our first meeting with Frank to all subsequent meetings leading up to the big day, I was sure that we were in good hands. During our wedding the staff was on the ball, communicative, made sure that the wedding party was comfortable and happy. We had day-of coordinators as well, but with MM’s staff you wouldn’t even need them. I don’t have enough great things to say about the beautiful venue and staff!! Perfect spot for an indoor/outdoor event.

Jessica Sent on 11/02/2017Our dream wedding came true at Meredith Manor! Our guests cannot stop raving about how it is the most beautiful venue they've ever been to. We had all of our wedding pictures taken at Meredith Manor because the venue is huge, beautiful, and so many great spots from fences to fountains to gazebos to barn doors. Frank and Mimi were so amazing throughout the whole process and kept me so organized! They have several suggestions for vendors and we took them up on all of them and they were great! It made planning the reception very easy and stress free. Becky, the in house florist, did our centerpieces and flowers on the cake. She was very accommodating even after I wanted to change my colors a couple weeks after our meeting and everything turned out beautiful. They use Bakers of Buffington for the cake (which is included in the cost) and we would have used them anyway because they are the best! We also used Chet for our DJ who was awesome and kept the dance floor packed all night. Also, Frank had suggested a bus company for transportation and they were half the cost of any other place we looked at and very reliable. The cocktail hour was held in the old barn with a huge bar. They have two rooms (open to each other) so guests can choose to sit or stand, which was great for our elderly family members. The BYOB saved us a ton of money and our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres (which you get to choose and they had a ton of options). After the cocktail hour, guests were asked to move into the huge tent (which is now temperature controlled with AC and Heat - great for our 83 degree October day). The tent is already decorated with beautiful white lights, one guest said it took her breath away when she walked in. Dinner was served promptly and was delicious! At the end of the night they packed up everything for us (alcohol, cake, gifts, centerpieces). You will not regret choosing MM for your wedding, especially for the great value!

Amanda Sent on 11/01/2017My husband and I fell in love with Meredith Manor the second we toured it. When we got in our car, we both looked at each other and said "this is it." From that point on, Frank and Mimi were very helpful with questions and concerns we had. They are strict with their DJ's and transportation services, but at the end of the night when you see everything run smoothly, you appreciate the strictness. The food was to die for, and the guests agreed. I supplied a small amount of decorations and Mimi had everything placed even better than I could have imagined! Our flowers were done by the house florist and they met every expectation for my centerpieces and for my bridal parties flowers as well. As we were being served dinner, Frank made sure my husband and I had a drink, and asked if we needed anything. I was very impressed by his and all of the employees attentiveness to not only us, but to our guests too! The whole night ran so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate at! I highly recommend this venue for any couple looking!

I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work along with. If I could, I would get married here again and again. It was breath taking being there with all the lights and decorations.
