From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted by front desk staff, servers, bartenders, banquet managers and, of course, Jen, who all treated us like royalty. This remarkable level of attention also extended to our guests, who repeatedly commented on the staff's genuine helpfulness and politeness. We had the absolute joy of celebrating our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The venue itself is stunning, historic and full of character. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful the space was and that it was the perfect setting for our celebration.
We loved that the Cork Factory is a one stop shop! Our food, drinks, cake, parking, and even a room for the night was included and they also have the most gorgeous rooms to get ready in for an added cost. They also coordinate linens and other decor, which is great for those of us who have no idea what we are doing!
The food and drinks were incredible. Guests are still raving about both the hors d’oeuvres and buffet, and we loved that we were able to add a personal touch with three signature cocktails named after our cats. Additionally, the Cork Factory is extremely accommodating for guests with dietary restrictions. They were able to create multiple meals to ensure that our guests with allergies were safe to enjoy the food on our big night at no additional cost.
However, for us what really stood out was the dedication of the Cork Factory team. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, and we never once had to worry about logistics. The team at Cork Factory- from the reception desk staff to our bartenders and servers were so friendly and fun to work with as well as highly capable. A huge part of our wonderful experience was thanks to our coordinator, Scout Will. From our very first meeting, she made us feel supported and understood. She asked the right questions, offered creative suggestions, and guided us through every step of planning with warmth and professionalism. On the wedding day itself, she handled every detail and still managed to make sure we got a moment to eat, breathe, and enjoy it all. We were so well taken care of that we didn’t have to troubleshoot a single thing- literally everything was taken care of for us. Scout’s kindness (and fellow love of cats!) made working with her even more special.

We had the absolute best day at the Cork Factory Hotel! As we all know, planning a wedding can be quite stressful. Our coordinator, Abby, made the process so easy and kept us on track with our timeline throughout the event. Our guests loved the venue (especially the food) and said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I originally only wanted our fall wedding to be outside, but I wouldn't change a thing about having our ceremony and reception at the Cork Factory. It is such a unique, rustic, and warm space - it fit our aesthetic perfectly. Not to mention having all of our guest staying conveniently down the hall from the ballroom was so easy. I highly recommend renting the bridal and billiard suites as well for getting ready in. I know our hair and makeup team was happy about it because they have the room and set up to pamper us all morning. You are absolutely making the best decision by having your wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel!

My husband and I got married at Cork Factory Hotel in August, and it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we first visited the venue to the final dance of the night, our experience was nothing short of magical. Our coordinator Jen was fantastic. She was extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning process and helped make our visions a reality. On the day of the wedding, Jen and the rest of the staff ensured that everything ran seamlessly. They managed the logistics and coordination effortlessly, which allowed us to enjoy every moment of the day without any worries. Our guests also LOVED their experience at Cork Factory Hotel. Everyone loved the convenience of having everything all in one place (we did too!). They also raved about how amazing food and drinks were.

On the day we first visited the venue, I remember seeing a bride and groom walking out of the hotel the morning after their wedding. They said, "Get married here--trust me." I'm also here to say the same thing! We had the most amazing experience at Cork Factory Hotel and couldn't recommend it more!

It took me a long time to finish writing this review because I had so many high points of my experience with Cork Factory Hotel. First, when looking at different venues, Cork Factory Hotel stands out from the crowd. Kerri was a fantastic tour guide for the gorgeous venue and the photos speak for themselves. The wedding guides they provide make it really easy to run comparisons and figure out your estimated cost/budget right from the start, with clear prices per head and all taxes and fees included in those prices. We loved how beautiful the whole place was, and how everyone could stay right on-site in lovely rooms that were reasonably priced- with a free parking lot on site making that part a breeze for guests staying overnight and guests coming only for the wedding. Fast forward to booking and planning the remainder of the wedding. I was assigned Jennifer Noel as my coordinator and she could not have been nicer or more helpful through the whole process. With about year and a half to plan from the time I booked the venue, I sent emails to Jenn the whole time (usually when thoughts ran through my head on Friday nights- sorry about that Jenn), and I have no idea how she kept up with all the weddings happening that week and month and then mine that was far off in the distance but she maintained incredible files, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what was going on with my wedding all along. Cork Factory Hotel was really accommodating for everything we wanted to do and every idea we had. We held a meeting maybe 6 months pre-wedding where Jenn got a lot of information from us and let us know exactly what decisions were left to be made, and she very kindly accepted our decisions on a pretty rolling basis as we got our plans together. We loved the whole place so much that we held our rehearsal there too and Jenn was there to make sure everyone knew what to do for that night and for the wedding and keep it all running smoothly. For the day of the rehearsal and wedding, it made what would have otherwise been a lot of stress for me to gather all of our decorations and everything so easy. Jenn got the welcome bags from my mom and a huge box (maybe several) with all my decorations for the rehearsal and wedding, and I just needed to show up to the rehearsal and see everything looking incredible. Same for the wedding- Jenn and Cork Factory Hotel kept some flowers in vases from my rehearsal and had them all ready to go with the rest of my decor for the wedding. The morning after, it was all in boxes ready for me to just carry it out. That was all so appreciated. The wedding day itself—could not have run more smoothly. Jenn and everyone at Cork Factory Hotel had us running exactly on time and I never had to worry. We took so many pictures during cocktail hour but returned to find Jenn there waiting for us with a huge plate of our hors d'oeuvres for the two of us to get a couple of each one. She had all the answers all the way through so we could relax and enjoy as much as you can during the rush of a wedding day! Honestly could not recommend Cork Factory Hotel and Jenn more.. it is a stunning place with absolute professionals who have everything under control, treat you so kindly and like you matter, and pull off the most beautiful and fun events. Thanks again Jenn, Kerri, and the rest of Cork Factory Hotel. Hope you pick this place – you will not regret it!

Food & Drinks- Everything was prepared by Cork Factory Hotel. The food was so good and the wedding cake was beautiful We arrived to our room after the wedding and after party to find extra cake to enjoy as well as the tier boxed up for our first anniversary. They really made everything SO awesome and easy.

Additional details- A lot of the little things are totally covered. They're ready to help with everything. The linens are all included, I used their table numbers, and I had a really cool cork box that I used as the guestbook, having guests sign a cork and throw it in the corkbox. I bought sharpies but didn't even think about needing a bowl or something to hold the corks and the markers. Jenn had an ACTUAL CORK MATERIAL little pencil holder and bowl that we put the sharpies and corks in... seriously. So amazing.

We had our wedding here just a week ago and I wanted to be sure to write a review because everything was amazing! The best part of CFH for us was that it was all-inclusive meaning it was the venue, the caterer, and the accommodation all in one. Every one of our guests was traveling from out of town so having enough accommodations was a huge priority for us. We didn't get penalized for any unused rooms in our block either! We held our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks here as well (in the warehouse) which was so nice because everything was on site and it made it so easy for guests. We also were assigned a coordinator from CFH (Abby, shoutout to you!) which was amazing too. We didn't need to pay extra to have her and she was awesome to work with. She responded to my many many questions and handled so many things day of so that we didn't need to worry. She and her team handled setting up and packing up all of the décor we brought which was unexpected but so nice not to worry about. Many of our guests commented how beautiful the venue was and we definitely agree! I would absolutely recommend Cork Factory to anyone who is getting married in the Lancaster area!!

The most beautiful rustic and elegant venue in Lancaster, especially if barns are not your thing! Abby Forney was amazing to work with. She always communicated with us and responded quickly, even when she was on vacation!
I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her, or a coordinator at all. She kept everyone in line and knew the timeline of the night. She even knew where and how I wanted certain decorations and made sure it happened.
Cork is an all inclusive venue so they handle everything from food, alcohol, service staff, cake, set up and cleanup. They make it extremely easy for everyone to just show up and enjoy themselves. Everything went smoothly and we will cherish the memories forever!
Also the bride and groom suites are amazing!

To say our experience was amazing would be an understatement! From the first email to the day of the wedding, the communication and clarity were amazing. Our coordinator Jen answered questions quickly and honestly. The entire process was incredibly transparent and easy. I cannot say enough good things about Cork Factory!

I am SO glad I had my wedding reception at the Cork Factory Hotel. The entire process was seamless from touring the venue, getting detailed information about the venue, booking a date, reminders about upcoming payments, and especially working with the staff. I am so lucky that I got to work with Abby as my day-of coordinator, she was calm, detailed, and very flexible with everything from moving tables around to making meetings work around my busy schedule. The day of, everything ran without any problems and we had the absolute best time! I highly recommend the Cork Factory and Abby!!

Our wedding here August 19 was amazing. Our coordinator Abby made my vision come to life way better than I could have! I loved that everything was in one place- hotel, venue, we also had our ceremony here and did a ballroom flip. Which it’s amazing what the team was able to do in a one hour flip. There were also bridal & groom suites on site we rented. Everything was great. I had the best day.
